Got a great deal and had it delivered. My boyfriend thought he things came up missing but he was mistaken. I accuse the the delivery guys and for that Im sorry.

The owner Harry was one of the nicest guys Ive ever met and definitely went above and beyond for my wife and I. After searching all over for a certain dinning room table and bedroom set we wanted with no luck, Harry definitely came through and found it. It was also the best deal I found by far on both sets. Truly happy and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. I also recommend that you look passed the fake, bad reviews and exaggerated stories. Dont be so quick to place judgment. Purchased a recliner for $826. Six weeks later it broke. Owner blamed me and would not claim under warentee. He Said I broke it. I told him I didn’t but I’ll pay just to get it fixed. He refused. This is an Ashleigh furniture brand chair. Called ashleigh they said need to go to store it was bought from and have them fix it or order parts.This owner is the most unruly, rude, and unprofessional business owner I have ever felt with.I agree with many of the above comments. This guy needs to be put out of business.If you are considering doing business at this store. Don’t. Should be less than 1 star.

I have to give it zero stars because it doesnt allow you to give a zero rating. The owner of the business in question is currently being scrutinized for assaulting an elderly gentleman who happened to commit the crime of parking in his spot behind the store. Oops, no worries, theres no real need to go there anyway everything you need to get can be bought somewhere else and for a great deal.

I purchased a small sofa for $475 at Mattress Outlet in Greenfield. They delivered at the end of the day. That evening the sofa smelled bad but I thought it just needed to ‘air-out’. Well, after a week the sofa still smells! It smells like ‘formaldehyde’ and ‘particle board glue’. It’s a cheap piece of junk furniture, defective furniture. The smell is so bad I’ve covered the sofa with plastic, to keep the odor and smell down. I’ve been back to Mattress Outlet 4 times and the owner would not help me. The own told me to put bowls of baking soda on the sofa to absorb the smell! The owner told me I would have to deal with the furniture manufacture myself; Mattress Outlet would not take back the defective product.DO NOT purchase anything from this store; the products are junk and the customer services is even worse!

I too have bought 2 mattresses here. best prices. great customer service. i plan on getting all my mattresses from them as long as they are open.

Owner assaulted elderly man over a parking spot in “his” parking lot!! Do not spend your money here! If you need a stress relief try parking in his reserved spot he should give you plenty of legal reason to defend yourself🤣
