So many choices. This store is laid out very well with isles marked according to beverage. There are ample staff roaming around if you have a question. Prices are good with discounts available the more you buy. The store is well lit without being glaringly bright.

Total Wine & More: I love this place, their selection is massive! It’s like a library for alcohol. What I like the most is their huge selection of sample size/50ml bottles and individual beer cans and bottles. I like to try new products, but it sucks when you drop a lot of dough on a bottle or 6 pack and you end up not liking it. Buying a 50ml bottle for about $1 or individual beers for a few bucks eliminates that problem. Definitely worth a visit (and I’m not even a big drinker, especially by WI standards). They have an excellent selection of wine and liquor at great prices. I especially like when they include on tags if it is highly rated as well as a description of the flavor and body of the wines.They have birddog whiskey that my brother in laws like, and several flavors of rum.I was disappointed that they were out of toppers rum when I was there, evidently supply is low at the moment.Only wish it was closer.

Always a great experience here. Bourbon, beer or wine, this is the best store around. The only challenge is choosing what do you really want with such a wide selection. I can spend 30 or more minutes trying to decide. Tonight it was Rowans Creek bourbon.

We set up a consult here because we had no clue how much alcohol to get and needed guidance. She sat down with us for at least an hour and we went off of her suggestion with the number of guests we would have and we ended up with TONS of alcohol left. We wasted so much money. We might as well have just guessed ourselves. I was dissapointed because the point of a consult was to talk to a professional who could help calculate what we needed. The venue we were at had to go out and buy more because we ran out of blue uv. Thats the only thing we ran out of.

Friendly service and a wide variety of products. When asked at checkout if I found everything I needed I mentioned that my preferred brand was out of stock and they had someone bring it from the back and restock their shelf. That made my experience much better!

I love Total Wine! They always have a great selection at great prices. They have a huge selection and things you can’t find anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful so don’t hesitate to ask them questions! Beware of the tastings on the weekends- you will walk out with more than you were planning on buying, but that really isn’t a bad thing.

I should give it one star because this is a dangerous place to be left alone to my own devices. But honestly, great knowledgeable staff, hard to find beer, and the bourbon selection is tops!

Love the prices. Wish we could ask for a sample of a wine of our choice to try because Im bored with my go to wine but I am not sure how they could do that. Hope they can find a way to make it happen because the wines that the workers suggest to me have not been pleasing to me and Ive wasted a few bottles because of this.

Huge selection. Great customer service. LOW PRICES!!! Like up to 30% lower than conventional liquor stores! AND, when I told them I have breathing problems so I cant wear a mask, they gave me a face shield! Talk about being accommodating. I will definitely be back!

This store has a great selection of wines. Its the only local place where I could find a particular wine that I was looking for. You may ask why I am only giving it 3 stars? This is my answer; have in mind that this is a subjective review.Background information that you need is this: l, a mexican guy, was browsing the aisle. 6 feet away from me was another guy, caucasian, who like me was browsing the aisle.Some time passes and a store employee shows up and offers the other guy his assistance in finding a product to his liking; the guy dismisses the employee because he doesnt need help. The employee proceeds to ignore me and walks away without offering me the same helpI didnt get offended because I didnt need help and many factors could influence his need to move on but 5 minutes later, the same employee shows up and offers his assistance to the same guy who again says no, thank you and ignoring me again, walks away.Im not offended and probably wont influence my patronage but other people may be more unforgiving.In contrast, the cashier was very cordial

Total Wine is my favorite place fo shop for alcohol. Their experts are friendly and extremely helpful at finding you something to fit your palate. Using their experience, weve been able to find great whiskies and bourbons for my partner, and wine and tequila for myself. Weve never disliked anything that was recommended to us by the staff.

It was horrible, I asked to see a bottle and the guy said NO he must thought we were gonna run out of the store with a 70 dollar bottle and risk jail or a theft charge...

Hands down the best selection for miles. The only competition is the Total Wine in Brookfield! The people were knowledgeable and ready to help as needed, without seeming overbearing. There really is something for everyone, I dont smoke and I still marveled over the huge humidor.

Great selection as always. Customer service could be better, Marissa the cashier wasn’t friendly at all. I also didn’t like her attitude/tone when she asked for my ID as if I’m underage or trying to pull a fast one to buy beer. Train staff better to be courteous even if they’re having a bad day.

This is the best place to go for Alcohol. Not only do they have a huge selection and good prices, but the staff has always been helpful (with a smile on their face). I always leave in good spirits (and with good spirits!)

The beer variety is good, but you gotta watch the dates on the products, Ive found some beer that was over a year old.

Huge selection of beer, wine, spirits. Definitely a big retailer, since some of the wines Ive bought have been ok and missing some of the one off whiskeys. Designed for the masses. They are very quick to provide help and are friendly. Prices are competitive. I have found their cost to be 10-20% or more than discount liquor, consumer beverage, and costco on a bunch of items. Other items cheaper.

OK so first off just a solid WOW if you love wine (red) like I do than Total Wine lives up to its name because it is TOTALLY swell! The staff is great with helping me find wines from all over the world (France, Italy, California) and each one tastes different but so good! My husband likes beer and they also have a lot of that! Plus brandy for old fashions

Great selection of basically any alcoholic beverage you could ask for, and staff is super knowledgeable.Easy to get to, and a ton of parking, as well.Last time I was here I learned that any wine price that ends with a “7” is the lowest that you can find, so you know it’s a good deal. 🥂🍷🍾One of our favorite things is the “make your own 6 pack” aisle. I hosted a cocktail party (precovid) in my home for my wedding and a Total Wine rep went through the store with me to create a themed array of drinks and wine. It was amazing!

Really bad customer service. Employee had an elitist attitude. When i asked for the manager, she said she was the manager . yeah right. Get better help. Plus local stores have better prices anyway.

I liked how expansive the wine is, I will save up to buy the most expansive.

I came in thinking it was Disneyland & left super disappointed. I wasn’t able to check out because my cousin who was with me did not have an ID. I get that she’s wasn’t 21, but why on earth would you let us into the store then? There wasn’t a sign at the door stating you had to be 21+ to enter. The cashier even called the manager over who made me feel like i was doing something illegal. Why couldn’t the cashier just tell me herself that they wouldn’t sell me the alcohol instead of wasting more of my time. The whole situation was just humiliating.We were also considered “a party”, so I wasn’t able to return by myself. I could have gone to 5 & below to buy a fake mustache but no thanks.

Although the phone app tells you the aisle location within the store, there’s barely 1 bar of cell service near the store’s windows rendering it useless. Plus, there aren’t any kiosks in the store to find products either. To me, navigating the inventory is at best inefficient but mire like impossible. I need a liquor librarian to figure out what they have and where it’s located.Lastly, make sure you’re familiar with prices and shop around. They’re usually more expensive than other stores.

If theres ever a zombie apocalypse I will be bunkering down here. And dont bother coming to get me when its all over cuz I aint leaving! I would estimate that a normal liquor store could sustain me for a few months to a year. Total wine could keep me going for a minimum of 5 years. I went for a few bottles of everclear and was shocked to see multiple brands of grain alcohol. I ended up getting 3 handles for about the same price as liters are everywhere else.

Checkout went smooth until the instant rebate did not come off, and could not be done, a picture of the rebate was not enough. I paid the balance, then I went to the service desk. I was told I was one of many with the same problem. Staff was not there to fix the problem. I was credited the instant rebate.

This was the first time I was in there and I was impressed. I needed champagne for a reception and they had so much to choose from. I bought some cheaper but good brands for a lot less than in the grocery store. Wow! I will definitely be back. Great job. Even the checkout guy was nice.

It was great, and I already forgot the name of the associate who was ao very helpful for me, i get liquor to make tincture for my health, I am studying to be a herbalist. The cashier was also very pleasant and helpful great staff couldnt ask for a better place and better people !!!!!
