My husband and I were incredibly impressed with this bookstore. In addition to the expected great selection of books and great service, they have a large selection of educational kids toys. We also enjoyed the gift wrapping bring offered when we were there. Recommend this place for gift buying or finding a great book for yourself.

A candy store for your brain.

I will no longer recommend this place. Go somewhere else. The staff were following me checking to see if I’m trying to steal something. I was in one section looking through the books noticed her, moved around the store and noticed her following again. Went through the store with her acting like she’s organizing looking at me directly.Could it be because of how I look, possibly.I wasn’t wearing anything big or bulky just plain jeans and a polo shirt. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!

I was able to contribute to a local author symposium which I thought was great that a chain store held. The people here, especially Megan are very helpful

Please be aware that this place is permanently closed. I drove past it a lot and it was empty. The sign isnt there either. So if you plan on going to this location, please dont go because its not there anymore. You can go to the other locations in the area.

There are a lot of helpful employees. I recommend the membership if you go there more than twice a year. It pays it self off with the savings you get in return. The store is clean and staff are knowledgeable. I got several books and a planner. Its really nice. They have most popular books in here.

Whats not to like about Barns and Noble unless you dont like reading, music, food,and good coffee. All in a peaceful fairly quiet,clean place. I can relax and enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by things I love. Would nightly recommend this place if just to get in touch with yourself.

It was nice, quiet, warm & comfortable, actually quite peaceful. I stopped in to get some magazines that i could not find at my local drug store or grocery store and which Amazon does not provide any appreciable savings. Wish I would have had time for a Latte or a snack, everything looked delicious, but I had to get home to my dog.It is disappointing the store will be closing mid June or July of 2020

This is toward the Starbucks cafe in this Barnes & NobleI come in every Friday morning and i cant even describe how sweet the lady is that works in the cafe. She always has a smile, goes above and beyond with her customer service and really tries to get to know you. I really enjoy coming here so i can do some homework, have breakfast and drink my coffee. She really is the sweetest.

I love the Barnes and Noble! I go there once a month after my Dr appt to get a couple of books. Some of the staff are super friendly. Starbucks being there adds to the experience. I wish this location could stay open

A lot of things are half off right now, and they have the best selection of planners. I cant imagine going anyplace else for my planner each year. However, since my last visit, theyve rearranged things and created a colder atmosphere, in my opinion.They used to have a comfortable setup of tables and chairs where you could set your stuff down and relax while choosing your books. There were a couple of chairs, but it was very uncomfortable trying to choose a planner from a pile on my lap.

My favorite book store where I can spend hours! The cafe is an added pleasure. You can find most anything you want and there reduced selection is so fun to browse. They have a great selection of some very cool gift ideas for graduates. They have nice comfy chairs to get comfortable in too. A cool place to go to on a rainy day.

Such a relaxing and yet inviting atmosphere. On top of books thy have a huge selection of many many things, like board games, music, toys, and so much more! A great place to expand your mind and find some inner peace! It also helps to have a Starbucks inside for a quick energy boost!

This location was horrible. I went looking for a specific game that I couldnt find elsewhere locally. The website said they had two in stock. When I got there, I asked where I might find it. An employee asked another one to check inventory, mentioning that other people had been at that location asking about the same game, but no one could find it. So I decided I was going to look. I looked in every single conceivable place, behind other games, in weird places you might not think to look. The original employee had abandoned me pretty early on and approached me about 10 minutes later saying they had looked in the stockroom. I couldnt tell you if they had actually done that or not, since I was no longer relying on any help (Im inclined to believe them, I just cant verify that). I guess I was just expecting either them looking alongside me, or saying something about the popularity of the game and that they would look at how to update the website or special order more stock or something. I ended up feeling like I was a nuisance they werent going to deal with, rather than a valid customer who would probably have spent some additional money there (with or without thr game) had I felt more well-received.

Great bookstore. I love the BN Membership and the kids club too. They always have the books that I am looking for. Employees are helpful and always pleasant too. They have nice story times for kids and different events such as Lego building. The manager Tim was super helpful.

Went there for childrens books. The staff was very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for and more. Love their music and discount table. Oh, Starbucks there has tasty cookies.

This place generally has the books I like to read. It also has a Starbucks and its a nice place to pull up a book or a magazine and peruse a stack of books they might like to buy. Bookstores of every type are starting to become rare and rare. To good place to go

I love books, and Barnes and Noble but this location doesn’t have enough staff and when I asked for help the young woman walked past me and didn’t even bother to try and help. It was like she was bored or I was bothering her. All I ask is that you train your staff to have some manners.

Probably Im the wrong person to review bookstores since I love them all. Nice mix of classics and new stuff. Stay out of the music and movies section unless you are a fan of spending ridiculous amounts to own media you can access every day for free.

I purchased a book online and it was ready for pickup in less than an hour. I found a few more things I wanted. I went to check-out, told the associate I purchased a book online. He found it easily. I paid for the other items and headed home. Very fast and efficient.

Whats nice about this place is that you can find a book and sit down and read it before you buy it while youre having a cup of tea and a cookie. I think they have a bigger selection of DVD than BEST BUY has. I always find something that catches my eye here and keeps me coming back. There staff is super at helping you find what you want when your in a hurry. Top notch place

Great selection of books for all ages. There is a Starbucks inside the store, which smells wonderful while shopping! This location also sells a variety of toys, stuffed animals, games and music - as well as different Holiday items...a lot to choose from!

This is a great Barnes and Noble for reading while drinking a latte but dont bring your laptop if you need an outlet.Pros: The people are friendly and welcoming. The location is clean. Loads of books. Bright and open. Cafe has great food and A+ drinks! Ample seating in and out of the cafe.Cons: No outlets available in the cafe for laptops to be plugged in (and no plans for it in the future). Can get loud at times.

I love the close parking, the discounted and often unusual books, and the toy section. Of course, I also like the variety of available books and music.

The store has an excellent selection of books and a Wide variety of genres to choose from. The customer service is pleasant and there is also a Starbucks Coffee store Inside of the store. This store also has sales from time to time and you may find a very well scripted book for a discounted or clearance price.

We sat in the cafe most of the time which was nice but got quite busy around 2pm. The bookstore didnt seem as busy, UNTIL we went thi check out and the line was very long. So long that I put my items back as I didnt have the patience to wait.

Im a very avid reader and have had a membership to Barnes & Noble for as long as I can remember. Lately it seems that the selection has been dwindling. I used to be able to come in here and browse at things for a long time and now it seems like theres much more on the discount rack and they have a lot more niche items. Theres a lot more games and toys than are our books its almost seems like.

Fun store. I like that their employees leave you alone. Theyre happy to help, relatively easy to find as well. Its nice to be able to look through the books without someone lurking over my shoulder, breathing heavily, waiting like a hungry neglected dog to get my attention.Theyve got some fun pop culture stuff too. Figurines, gundam models, plushies, and various other knickknacks.

Horrible service. Went into the store to buy my wife a book for Christmas that she wanted. I did not know where to find the title in the store so I went to the Customer Service desk. This was my first mistake. There was a woman behind the desk who was greatly engrossed in a sheet of paper she had. She made no move to help. A second woman appeared who immediately helped the woman behind me. My second mistake was staying. Finally, the clerk put her sheet down, asked me what I wanted, and upon learning what I was after, ran off without a word. After wandering around, I found the book I was after. Shop Amazon. Your computer will give you better service.

I like this Barnes and Noble.Clean bathroom.Clean store. My problem is with the cafe.Not clean.If you want soy or almond milk in coffee check the date on container and make sure they shake container.I have given up on their coffee. Trying to get a good cup is impossible.Really sick of their stale hard as a rock cookies also. Eat elsewhere.Ill go there for purchase books.

Great place to read a book and grab your favorite drink. Associates are very helpful but not overly aggressive. Of course, if you want to make a purchase, they also have an exceptional collection of videos, cds, audiobooks, language courses, etc., from which to choose.

I love reading books, but my visit this day was for a text book for school. They didnt have it so I wasnt happy.

The last of a dying breed. Books in a brick and mortar. Its too bad people use it like a public library and dont buy anything. For paying customers its a good place to shop. Its just very annoying the staff dont ask the people sitting on the floor of every isle to go take up space somewhere else. 4 stars for selection and th he novelty to buy something in person. Minus one star for the zoo like atmosphere and lookie loos.

They have alot of different items from books to toys to cookbooks and science kits, that was there when I went. They also have a little kids corner.

Excellent. An atmosphere for all ages! Everyone is treated kindly. Children and their parents learn together whatever broad interests they have...all the way from toys, games, nature, art, and a wide variety of books...fiction, non-fiction, children stories, adult intereats. The cafe is great with soups, sandwiches, quiches, variety of special drinks, coffees, lattes, bakery of many choices.

Very knowledgeable staff with lots of inventory from books of all genres, music, board games, a cafe inside and even some electronic items and accessories. Everything you could want from a book store, even plenty of options for the kids because they have a specific designated area for childrens books and games that offer a child friendly environment where kids can easily navigate to find what interests them.

You cant go wrong, what more can be said? This location has the friendliest staff, theyre always very helpful.

Decent store inside but the road to get into the parking lot can be a huge pain if crossing the opposing traffic. Easier to take a U-turn down the road and come back around.

Good store, nice specials when honored...I have picked up items that were not regular priced as part of deals. Once at the cashier to pay, I have been told by cashiers that those items were not on sale...when there were multiples of those specific items on the clearly marked deals or sale table/shelf areas. Items need to be priced accordingly with their reductions as they happen. It is quite annoying when you need to point out the deals to the cashier who does not believe you and there is a line of people behind you, only for the cashier to find that the items you want to buy are actually on sale. This has happened more than a few times. Staff okay.

This was my worst experience at a Barnes and Noble. It was fine until I had to wait in line and listen to the cashier talk about how badly he wanted to quit. He spoke to the one customer in front of me for over 10 minutes about how he had wanted to call in and quit before his shift that morning. Just a very negative experience.

The prices are okay, not great. Political stance is obvious when you walk in. Selection is pretty weak. Not bad, try Half Price Books first.

I was able to find exactly what I had needed, the item was well worth the money I paid. My only concern was one of the female cashiers was incredibly rude to an older man. He was having difficulty using his card with the chip in it. He also was hard of hearing. She was close to yelling at him as to how to use his card, and scoffing at him as well. I was embarrassed for him. I didnt catch her name, but she was shorter, short brown hair, glasses and probably 50 yoa. After the man left, she rolled her eyes and sighed. If I had my way as a customer, she wouldnt be working as a cashier, where the store leaves their last impression for us as customers. Unfortunate.
