Smaller selection of boots, belts, etc. What they have is pretty basic + a few surprises if you get lucky with size & fit. Gentleman took the time to help dig for a pair that would work for my daughter. He was knowledgeable about brands & inventory.

Went here to get my work boots. Was greeted. Young man helped me get my thorogoods boots at first they seem super tight but after one day it felt like I broke them in better than my old cheap pair. Leather is awesome gave me a free pair of laces with the 300 dollar boots. Still getting used to the boots but quality is worth it. Go here for ur boots and other shoes. Stuff for woman as well and purses.

They sized me for a pair of work boots and grabbed multiple pairs for me to try on. They were very patient and listened to what I wanted in a boot and also helped with there input as well. They will order direct from manufacturer! The gentleman who assisted me was polite, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. I wont hesitate to make this my 1st (which Im sure will turn into my only) stop in future. This is a fantastic boot store. It basically only sells boots, and thats a big part of what makes it so great. I had to get new safety shoes for work, and this was one of the locations where I could get a voucher for a new pair. The staff was really helpful, measuring my feet and making great recommendations (I can be kind of picky). They had to order in what I wanted in a different size, and I got a phone call when they were ready. They also have all the cleaners, conditioners, and polish youll ever need to keep all your leather looking great.

Nice collection of boots and the staff was very helpful. They even ordered me a pair of boots just to try, no obligation. Just wasnt a fan of how they stock, store and display them. Theyre organized by size which is actually kind of nice to find what you can fit, but the boots are all sitting there unboxed, in several rows in several layers. They were dusty as hell and it was hard to detect which ones they had without really having to dig around.

Im an oddity as Im from the UK. However, I own a pair of Double H biker boots that it is impossible to source a pair of replacement heels for in the UK. I tried many places in the US and all of them failed except these guys. They have been able to supply me with new heels and nails on two or three occasions. No mess no fuss. Great store and staff and Ive only ever dealt with them by email! Thanks Brian, if you are still there!

Used to buy lots of work boots from here but a recent experience has me going elsewhere. I was there about an hour before closing time with my wife. When we walked the only employee in sight was cleaning...Ok good. But as soon as we walked in we got the welcoming of the party of 8 that walks into a restaurant 5 minutes before closing. He then just followed us around at a very uncomfortable distance we walked in a loop from the door back to the door and left.
