Great staff! Overheard a mechanic letting a customer in the bay next to me know that based on the records he had another 2,000 miles before he needed an oil change. The mech said they could certainly do it, but it was up to the customer. Nowadays that kinda honesty and integrity from a business is all too uncommon. Our mechanics were also really nice and definitely thorough.

Now, Im not sure if this is their fault, but the last three times I have gone in, something new on my car has been broken that I know for a fact wasnt broken before. Most recently, they brought up my coolant level being low even though I had just topped it off the day before and could see from my car seat that it was full. They wanted to fill it up for me at a small fee, but I declined. Well now I am leaking coolant, and I know I wasnt prior to my visit because I had literally checked it less than 24 hours before.

I came in about a month ago and shortly after I got an oil change here I started having issues with my car. My car is now currently in the shop again and we pin pointed the issue. This location put the wrong oil in my car. That couldve blown my car up. I didnt have a good feeling when I was out of there in a crazy short amount of time. Friendly staff, but I would not recommend.Update: thank you for putting the wrong oil in my car. It was also dirty oil on top of that. Much appreciated 🥰

Good guys, good service and good coffee. It was a little pricey at $93.00 for an oil change but with full synthetic oil. In and out in like 20 minutes cant complain. I will be a return customer.

This would be 5 stars if the price was a little lower. However, paying extra gives you fast service. I called all over town to get an oil change. I had to make appointments two days out. I called Jiffy Lube and they said to bring it in. Twenty minutes later, I was back on the road.

The employees here are knowledgeable and efficient. My only complaint is the price. $70 for an oil change is to much in my book. Thats why only 4-Stars...everything else here was excellent.

First visit customer and I was impressed. Matt and the team were super fast with the oil change and friendly guys. Everyone else around town was quoting days to get an oil change. I was literally in and out the door in maybe 15 minutes.

Today I came in to use my Community Health Network coupon provided by my employer for a discounted oil change and they refused to accept it! Coupon is specific to Jiffy Lube? Doesn’t make any sense to me? He couldn’t explain why?

Came in today for a last minute oil change and I had a tire that I needed to get patched that Riley Park Tire, Monroe and dellen Chevy all refused to do same thing from every one of them it was too close to the red zone for them to warranty the repair, insurance would not allow them to do it. Fast service and friendly but will not provide compete services as advertised. My tire psi are the same when I left as I arrived and still low. Even after asking the tech if they added air cause my digital gauge still showed low he stated they added air. This is a common thing among service centers though they always skip essential services to get more customers in.

I expected the usual car repair place experience, but this place went above and beyond, was super nice the whole time, never pressured me about having to buy anything. Just everything about the whole time I was there was very welcoming. Its nice to see real customer service is still around, since it is so rare these days.

Too expensive and lousy communicator. I pulled right in to a bay. Two people in waiting room, I was the third. I assumed my car was almost done after :45. Then somebody came in to ask me routine questions. THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ON IT AND NOBODY SAID ONE WORD TOO ME! How do you let me sit there that long and not say ANYTHING to me?

During oil change was told my rotors and brakes were down to the last 5% . $280 for rotors and brakes. I gave ok. I have 2012 Colorado. After lots of banging and trying I was told they couldn’t get rotors off they never seen that kind. So they were going to “Brake slap it” ! I asked so what about the rotors that were unsafe. I was then informed by tech that the rotors are now ok! I’m sitting here wondering what in the hell are they doing to my truck. I have heard them tell multiple people there pads are down to the last 5% and they need to do rotors also. Beware of them upselling for no reason. I am getting my truck back I hope it’s ok

Went for an oil change before work. It wasnt very busy so it didnt take long.Print out marked things as completed that obviously werent done. If the things I can see werent done but marked as such, how do I know the things I cant see were actually done?Like anywhere, I guess it all depends on who works that day.
