Terrible customer service. Tried purchasing a brand new vehicle and was treated very poorly. Did not haggle on msrp as it was brand new. Took the trade in offer we were given and agreed on a price. We then mentioned we qualify for GM Employee pricing. The salesman, Stuart, then said he would have to check and see with his sales manager if that would work. Knowing he messed up by not asking about that discount in the first place, we were told by Stuart the discount was not offered by GM on that specific vehicle. We had already been told it would work by another dealership on the same vehicle. The general manager, Gabe, then came in to tell us he gets to pick and choose who gets GM discounts on new vehicles and we were basically out of luck. Gabe was very unprofessional and rude during the time he spoke to us. Instead of owning up to Stuart’s mistake of not asking about the discount up front and then even attempting to try to make it right with us, we were told we could not purchase that vehicle with employee proffered plus pricing and they weren’t going to help us any further. Highly recommend to NEVER shop at this dealership! They are out to take your money and move on to the next customer, not offer a good buying experience or good customer service! Purchased the same exact vehicle at another dealership with the GM discount applied with no questions asked! Time to choose new management at Dellen Chevrolet! What a waste of time!
Took my 2020 Silverado in for a couple of recalls. Was notified of a minor issue, truck slipped off the lift arm, no visible damage. The minor damage was confined to the underneath, service department stepped up and took care of the issue. Gave me an equal to better loaner. Nothing but a positive experience.
So sorry to have to say this, as the employees are so very nice to work with. However, I was not really comfortable with the pricing. Feels like (even with a coupon) the brake job was a little high and I definitely believe the cab air filter was over priced.
My appointment was at 3:00. I am sure of it because I wrote it down a couple of places and told others. When I got there, after 10 minutes of waiting, they told me it was 3:30. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient. Also, the print out didnt spell out everything they did. Im not sure, besides changing the oil, what other maintenance was performed. I like to know for my records and future needs.
My wife had ran over something that stopped our air conditioning from working in her Suburban. Dellen found the problem and replaced the condenser that day. In the past dealing with other service centers this would of taken a few days. Dropped the car off that morning got it back at end of day. Very pleased with the effort to detail.

I cant say enough about the service I received at Dellen. I gave them a a call because my Suburban was experiencing transmission issues and I wanted the breaks checked and the second row monitor inspected. As it turned out, the breaks were fine but the monitor needed to be fixed and the transmission needed work. Since it was going to be in the shop a few days, Dellen provided a loaner (without me asking) which was delivered to my house by Mo who couldnt have nicer.Matt in the service department gave my wife and I frequent updates on the status of the Suburban throughout the entire process. Matt proactively reached out to the warranty company and worked with them to get both the monitor and the transmission covered. This small detail stands out as superior service because a different Chevy dealership / service department in Indy looked at the monitor over a year ago and did not reach out to the warranty company.Our Suburban is now back at home and running smooth. I strongly recommend Dellen and really appreciate all of their help!
My car over heated and I took it to Car X since it was close to home(Castleton). Car X told me the car had blown the head gasket. Said they don’t repair gaskets and with 170,000 miles on the car it’s not worth it.Spoke with Dillon service department where we had purchased the car years ago and usually have work done there but it’s a far drive. We had the car towed to Dillon and guess what? It wasn’t the head gasket. It was the water pump!!! They saved me a ton of money and I didn’t have to get another car. Especially now with car inventory so low.Can’t thank Danny enough for being such a knowledgeable and honest mechanic.
Took my truck in to have my transmission fixed they tell me the noise it makes big clunk and feels like your transmission is going to fall out of your truck. And the big whining noise it makes like its low on transmission fluid and thats what they tell me supposed to do that aint right my transmission is bad and they wont fix it

This is the 2nd time Ive had to make a bad review for Dellen.. this time I didnt get my 27 point inspection sheet. They just said oh we didnt find anything wrong. Well probably because the inspection wasnt done. Both tires on passenger side leak air slowly and I wasnt sure why.. but the issue is I ask for a tire rotation everytime I do my regularly scheduled oil change and they clearly didnt rotate the tires considering the 2 tires that leak air are still both on the passenger side of the car. If they rotated the tires like I asked then they wouldnt both still be on the same side.. I found out 2 days after my Oil change that the front passenger tire leaks air cause there is a nail stuck in between the treads which could have been found if the inspection was actually done. Im not impressed at all. I bring my car here because this is where I bought my car from 4 years ago and its easier to keep up with the warranty forever but apparently I should just take my business elsewhere and just call warranty forever everytime before I do an oil change..

These guys are great. They worked hard, on two occasions to find and correct an odd noise from our front end that was intermittent and hard to find. Finally got to the bottom of it and corrected it. Then didnt charge us because it was a brake issue and they had recently done our brakes.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I try to put money down on a car... they wont let me! They tell me they want to put a credit app in for me. The next thing they do is tell me the next day that all the sudden out of the blue they have another buyer for it! Im later told that this buyer had been there many times to look at the car. So because Im coming from across the country, and make them an offer to purchase the car that they agreed to and then go to put money down on it they contact the other buyers and tell them what happened to get them in to purchase the car. This is of course my opinion, but its strange how these people show up out of the blue immediately after I make my offerThis is the kind of integrity this dealership has. Once I showed I can arrange my own financing for it they told me they wouldnt sell me the car. That it was sold to the other people. Even though they hadnt taken delivery of it, and even though I put down five times as much of a down payment and had financing arranged they would not take my deal that we agreed to first. Instead they went with the secondary deal. Make your own decisions about this place, but I would never consider them for anything if this is how their management operates this company.
After searching for a new truck on-line, I contacted Dellen to obtain a quote and an estimate of my trade-in value. Caleb in sales responded promptly, and later that day I had all of the information I requested by both phone and email. This was important, since I live 50 miles from the dealership and have to invest two hours round trip to visit the dealership. Arriving 20 minutes before closing time later that day, I found the truck prepped and parked right next to the office, awaiting my test drive. Within 15 minutes, I had the final offer in hand - including my trade-ins final value. I was immediately thanked by both Caleb and Larry when we agreed to terms. We completed the purchase the next day, with Caleb coming in on his day off just for this purpose. I was very impressed that Caleb and Linda in sales, and Matt in finance all made my wife and I the focus of their attention, even though they were staying late at work to ensure everything was just right. I also received a follow up call that same week from Caleb to confirm I was fully pleased with my purchase. This friendly and professional service, combined with competitive pricing, makes Dellen stand out compared to their peers.

I have a 2007 Corvette. I rarely drive the car, so occasionally the battery is dead when I do want to drive it due to sitting for months at a time. I went to get in my Corvette a few days ago and discovered I was locked out. My battery was dead, and I lost my key blade that opens the trunk in emergencies. I went to another Chevy dealer and had a key cut so that I could open the trunk and pull the emergency door handles in order to open the car and pop the hood. Upon arriving at home with my new key, I discovered that the new key would not open the trunk. I then called OVER 20 DIFFERENT LOCKSMITHS trying to get someone to open my car. All of the locksmiths except for 2, told me that they werent interested in helping with a Corvette. The 2 that attempted to help came to my house and both failed at opening the door. One of them said my best bet was to break the window. I did many online searches and was unable to find a solution, I then began calling Chevy dealers, Every Chevy dealer I called said to tow the car in and they would take a look at it. A friend then recommended that I call Dellen Chevrolet. I called Dellen and spoke with Matt in service, Within 3 minutes of my call, Matt had answers and gave me a solution to get into my car and didnt charge me anything for the help! I usually have my vehicle serviced at a Chevy dealer near me, not anymore! I will happily pass by several other much closer to me Chevy Dealers to bring my car here from now on. Highly recommend them!Thanks again Matt!!

I recently posted a review that was not flattering to Dellen because I was unhappy about a repair to my recently purchased 2015 Tahoe. Within hours of posting the review, the manager of Dellen called me to discuss the issue. We immediately had trouble with the radio. No warranty and I was prepared to purchase knowing that fact. The repairs were over $1,000. The manager offer to pay for part of the repairs. What a class act. They were under no obligation to help pay for the repair. Great customer service. I would tell everyone about Dellen.

We have bought our last 11 vehicles here dating back to 1998. They are great do deal with and the service dept are top notch. I just took our Equinox in for regular service oil change and tire rotation. I called the day before and they said bring it in at 8am, i did and was one of the first to arrive at 7:45 I let them know i needed to go back home so the Shuttle gal was there (who is GREAT) she took me home 4 miles away. at 8:40 THEY CALLED AND SAID IT WAS DONE AND THEY WOULD SEND THE SHUTTLE TO GET ME, All in all from shuttle home to shuttle back was an Hour. Now thats service, Thanks Dellen.

I was looking to buy a Dodge Truck so I stopped at Dellen Chrysler in Greenfield. A salesman by the name of Travis Green showed me a 2014 Ram Truck and I bought it. I really liked dealing with Travis and Dellen. The price was fair and and Travis was very helpful with finding the right truck. I also liked how fast it was getting all the paper work done. The used car manager name Marshall put more in my trade -in than I expected and that made me happy. He was also very helpful showing me the different Ram trucks on the lot. The next time I am looking for a car or truck I will go to Dellen.

Doug Higgins helped me with my used truck (2013 Silverado LT) purchase. Doug was very friendly and personable and the price of the truck was pretty reasonable too. The couple of minor issues found on the truck were taken care of promptly by the service department and they even gave me a couple gallons of gas for the extra trip I had to make (I dont live in Greenfield). I appreciated the small gesture and wont mind driving a little out of the way for future servicing. Overall, I had a great experience.

I purchased a tire and wheel warranty from Dellen when I bought my car. I left to go to work one morning and my front tire was flat and my back tire was very low. I put the spare on the front and put air in the back tire. I went to Dellen to have the tires checked. My front one was okay but the back had a nail in it. They quickly repaired it and I was on my way. They are always very knowledgable and friendly.

Jim Bowden responded to my email and I setup an appointment to come see the car I was interested in. When I showed up for my appointment Jim came walking out the door to greet me and my wife. We were taken to the car and introduced to a sales person who then handled the rest of the visit, the road trip, getting my car inspected, all the paperwork and then My wife and I drove home in our newly purchased car and I could NEVER have been more pleased with the whole transaction. I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email the same day for an oil change. The next day I again received a confirmation email. Once again the third day I received a confirmation email. This started on a Friday. My appt was made for Monday at 4:15. Monday morning someone calls to notify they dont have an appointment available for the time I chose. I wasnt happy but I rescheduled for two days later. They preformed my service and I got home to compare the results from the inspection with the last oil change they did. Six months ago I was told my breaks were in the front were 6mm and the back 4mm. Wednesday I was told they were all 7mm. I havent had any brake work done so someone doesnt know what they are doing. My tire depths were the same way, 6 months ago they were 7/32 and Wednesday 8/32. They were the same tires! Not sure I trust them to work on my car.
Linda Mabee was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She took the time to show us 3 cars and write up proposals for all three. When we decided the one we wanted she got the paperwork done for us and sent the car to be cleaned. We had to go, so she gave us her cell number and said to call after we had eat and she would meet us back at the dealership. We meet up and she went over the car again set up our On Star, the car was clean and we had a full tank of gas. She went above what we would expect. We were very satisfied.

I will never go back to Dellen (or Inskeep for that matter). Worst experience ever with a 3 year lease. Acadia had transmission problems from the beginning. Terrible customer service from the majority in the service department. They even put a bad piece (all busted up air housing unit) back in when it was getting repaired. How does that happen?!?! Or who does business that way?!?!

We had a good experience buying the car but the car we bought has been in the service department 5 out of 8 weeks we have had it. I am so not happy with this. They said that they sent it through the service department before we bought it and said everything was fine. We bought it made 2 payments and havent gotten to drive it but for three weeks. I havent seen any bad reviews so I wonder if they even post the bad ones.

I bought my car brand new in 2013 and my tint is already messing up so I called and they stated they will fix it no charge. Great! The problem is they are only available on Thursdays after 11am. But last Thursday the tint guy called in and of course no one told us, then we go back the next Thursday and it is almost noon and the tint guy is not there. I asked to speak to the GM and have been on hold for 10 minutes then called back and they gave me another time he would be there. And I even called the day before to confirm with Casey that he would be there at 11am. BTW they do not care about your time and rearranging your schedule to get something fixed. Not professional at all.
