Get you a Harley from this place, Period.Also, recently, I went to store my bike for the winter past closing time, which they didn’t have to take care of me, but Phil was VERY understanding and patient with me and took care of me after hours. I don’t write reviews, but this is absolutely worth it. The owner, Jeff, is absolutely amazing and truly trusts his team that he chose to help you in every department of service. He is very responsive to any questions you have regarding his store. Take the riders safety course. You will learn to trust your equipment, trust your riding skills, and if you dump the bike, it isn’t yours and they have crash bars. Risk dropping a training bike, rather than your bike. I Almost didn’t take the course. I am glad I did.

Had a great customer service experience. After ordering a coat from another dealership and waiting for 4 days for shipping information, I finally found out they didnt have it in stock. Zero communication. Contacted House of Harley as a searched showed they had the coat I wanted, they got back to me to verify they had the size i needed in stock. I purchased it online and received a call saying they got it and would ship it out. I asked if it would go the same day, the awesome customer service person said usually they go out next day but I explained that I needed it soon due to the delay from the other store. She set an alarm to check that the payment came thru in a half hour, called me and said all was good and it was being pulled and shipped as we speak! Ordered on a Friday and got that Monday! Super happy and what wonderful customer service. Above and beyond. Thanks a ton. I will tell everyone my story.

Recently, a friend and I made our journey to the Harley Museum. On our way back home, my front tire of my 2020 Street Glide Special connected with a large, graveled rock courtesy of haulers less careful than they should be. After learning my oil cooler coils had been bashed by the rock, emptying my engine of oil, I found myself along an unfamiliar interstate.After a wrecker ride to House of Harley, we discovered a whole new family. We have never been treated so kindly in our lives. we were in need of getting my bike repaired, finding overnight accommodations, and a great place to eat. This is a cool, kind of old school dealership. So many are cookie cutter but this one is different, and reminds me of a time before corporate got so involved in the stores lay out. Good selection of shirts, and a huge discounted motorclothes area

This is one of the best dealerships (of any kind) that Ive ever been in. Top notch customer service and experience. I was 4 hrs from home and was never going to be a regular customer but they still helped us out with a bike breakdown for an hour and a half. The the next day we breakdown again, they picked us up within 10 minutes, and got my bike in the shop. Service was so good I ended up buying a bike there and have scheduled some maintenance/upgrades with them ... again they are 4 hrs away from me. My Husband and I stopped in to look at a bike for myself. Everyone greeted us with a smile and “How’s it going”. I was on a Sports Bike and my Husband was on his Harley. I LOVED the fact that even though I wasn’t on a Harley or my Harley Gear that they didn’t treat me any differently. So most definitely will be coming back to this Harley Dealership AGAIN!!!!

I had pretty much written off dealerships due to several bad experiences with my own bike, and their general attitude towards their customers, especially those in the Chicagoland area.  Out of touch with their customer base, out of touch with the market, and dont come off as people who actually ride.Other dealerships need to sit up and take notice.  House of Harley could teach a master class in customer service. They have found a way to seperate themselves from other dealers through their white glove service.  I was looking for a bike for my wife, and went through the usual BS with the other dealers, then a friend suggested I try HOH.  From the very first contact, I could tell they were different. Tommy and Kevin made the whole process so easy, and worked with me through my preferred communication method.  They were very responsive, understood what I wanted, and made the deal happen.Since I was going to be driving to pick up the bike, I contacted the service department and asked if they could squeeze me in last minute to mount some tires on some wheels for my bike.  Alex was extremely helpful and said they could take care of it, no worries.When I arrived, they treated me like a celebrity. It was a really fun and easy experience.  Scott and Alex took great care of my wheels and tires while Kevin and I took care of the paperwork.  Diane in motorclothes was very helpful while picking out our shirts, and Angel in marketing was very sweet.All in all, well worth the 7 hour round trip for me.  They have restored my faith in what dealerships should be, and are huge assets to the Harley brand.  They knew their market.  They know how to build a relationship.  They actually ride. They have a customer for life.

2.5 years ago I walked into House of Harley for the first time to inquire about the Riding Academy, knowing nothing about motorcycles. Mark signed me up for a class and I have been hooked ever since. I have purchased a couple of bikes and a number of upgrades all at the House. You can buy a bike and parts, or service your bike at any number of places. But what keeps me 100% happy and loyal with the House is the people. Every single person that works for or is associated with the House is top notch. Everyone. I ask a lot of questions and do a fair amount of research to understand (Tim knows this) and every single time, I am treated with the highest level of respect, care and kindness. It doesnt matter the department ... Sales, Finance, Motorclothes, Service ... its all consistent. Highest level products and service. Even better people. If youre in the market for a bike, service, or clothing, or even thinking about dipping your toe into the motorcycle community, definitely give House of Harley a try. Purchased my motorcycle here and spent a lot of money on parts and labor. The dealership had issues creating the work order, forgot parts, and didn’t install everything before tuning my motorcycle.The fix? Bolt on upgrades that should have been a part of the tune, and lying to get me out of the door.After spending so much money at this place, their only response was a ridiculous survey asking about my experience.

I did my rider course and got my bike from them and it was all a breeze simply cause the riding coaches, and salesmen pointed me in the right direction with no hesitation. I was referred to HOH from a friend. I was not disappointed. I was told to look up Russ Disch. From the first interaction to the last, i found nothing to complain about. It feels like they went out of their way to get me exactly what i wanted. This is just their way. I drove through 4 states to get there and wouldnt hesitate to do it again.

House of Holly was one of the best experiences Ive ever had going into a Harley dealership. My wife and I were there over 10 years ago looking at motorcycles before I bought mine, now we were back just to buy myself a jacket for our anniversary. While there we decided to look at some bikes we talk to Eric who let her sit on 1 that she liked And the next thing we know we walked out with a 2020 street Bob. I have reached the point in my riding life that I needed to move from two wheels to three. The staff at the House of Harley understood my needs and were very helpful in showing me what was available. The entire process was smooth with no pressure to buy. I was able to test ride the bike to get the feel along with my wife so we could both decide. They also took me through the customization process, helping me to personalize the bike for my needs and wants. All-in-all a very rewarding experience. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used bike.

You cant beat good customer service. Theirs is excellent. I ordered a jacket for my wife and told them we were going on a trip in about 9 days. My wife had her jacket in 3 days at our door. I didnt even have to use tracking. This isnt my 1st purchase from them and wont be my last.

I havent ridden since college and decided it was time to cross off one of my bucket list items. I went to House of Harley and signed up for their riding class. The gentlemen that signed me up was great. He walked me throught the process. When we finished, he introduced me to Russ. Russ was super!!! He got me into a great bike, no pressure and was very paitent as I was a little apprehensive. It has been a while since I rode. All was good. When we got done signing the paper work and going over the fine points, Russ took me around the store. Everyone was pleasant, upbeat and friendly that I had taken the plunge. It had a family atmosphere feeling. Thanks to Russ and the whole staff. I am now a member of the Harley family.

Large venue for the HD 115th Anniversary event. Plenty of good vendors from leather shops to patch stops to Vance and Hines mobile shop. I got my front tire changed here after a 2,200 mile trip from CA to Milwaukee. They also did the 30-point inspection to prepare for my ride back to CA. Price definitely not cheap but nothing is cheap when it gets to Harley Davidson. Friendly service crew.

Have been a customer of House for a long time, typically store my bike with them every other year and have service done. Everyone in the service department is awesome and extremely helpful. This year Brittani went above and beyond in making sure I was getting the right parts, replacing parts that were long over due and helping with a ton of the cosmetic parts on the bike, lots of emails and pics back and forth to get it right and ready for spring. Im rarely surprised by a companys level of customer service, but must tell you that these fine folks blew me away! The speed of processing my order was incredible (I received my items in only a few days from my order date). Everything arrived neatly packaged. I mistakenly ordered a sissy bar and pad that I thought were compatible. They werent. My mistake. I was dreading trying to contact the vendor to try to arrange a refund or exchange. H of HD did an excellent job installing my AIM clutch slave cylinder. Other dealerships I contacted had no experience installing them so I came to H of HD, and very glad I did. Let me just start by saying I am not a first time motorcycle buyer. My last purchase from House of Harley was the fourth Harley I’ve owned and the second I purchased out of state, I live in NJ. Like anyone I was nervous to purchase a bike sight unseen but after talking to Russel, my salesman I felt a lot better. I soon found out that not only Russel but everyone I spoke to in the dealership were absolute professionals and made my buying experience one of the most pleasurable and easiest ever. I can go on and on but then my review would sound phony. Bottom line, no doubt a five star dealership for its custom service. Also this is the first review I’ve ever written because I feel good people should get the credit they deserve.

Mark (Academy Director) managed to get me into the last class of the season for a second try at my license (and this was actually the second time he accommodated me; the first time I had to cancel last minute). My instructors (Greg and Jim) were great and I cant believe how much I improved over the two-day course. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at House of HD - they have made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to get into the great pastime of riding Harleys!Original Review:Being totally new to motorcycles, House of Harley-Davidson was the perfect match for me in realizing my dream of riding cycles. My wife and I first visited House to attend one of their Saturday afternoon concert events. Having been intrigued by cycles for decades (Im 55 and never did anything about it), this provided the spark to finally make the leap.Russel Disch (sales) helped us every step of the way. He took the time to show us JumpStart (on two different visits) so we could get a feel for being on a cycle. He provided information about Rider Academy which I signed up for immediately.I cannot say enough about the benefit of that Rider Academy. The instructors (Jim and Jim) were awesome and very patient. I went from having never sat on a motorcycle to being able to operate one over the course of the three day class. The class, however, made it clear I need a lot of practice and that is where Russel helped (again).Russel listened to my concerns about getting into the right cycle so that I would not be overwhelmed while learning. He showed me many options and I am now the proud owner of a 2017 HD883 SuperLow which I am using to develop my riding skills with my learning permit. And its going to be perfect in the future for my wife and daughter (when I graduate to something a little more powerful).I cannot say enough good things about my experience at House. Everyone makes you feel welcome -- the ladies in the Gear Department, the Service department, management and, in particular Russel. They made the process of getting onto a cycle seem effortless and I am very grateful for all of their help!

I ordered the backseat and pegs for My 2021fourty eight Harley Davison! We were going on a trip Saturday morning so I needed the backseat and the pegs to be able to ride on the back of my bike to my vacation… The Woman I spoke to got my stuff sent out I paid $70 extra to get it delivered in two days fedex sent me my update saying it would be here on the first by the end of the day low and behold it never came!!!! Now today is Saturday and I couldn’t go on my trip because I don’t have a backseat and pegs to sit on my bike so I had to cancel my trip which cost me $1000 because there was a no cancellation policy! So now I’m out of $1000 plus the $70 that I spent to get it here in two days! So of course I think it’s FedEx problem and I called them and they said that someone at House of Harley changed it to ground ( without letting me know or giving me my money back for paying extra) but when I talk to House of Harley they seem to not know what I’m talking about! So I still have no backseat or pegs for my bike, I’m out of $1000 plus the 70 I paid to get it two day shipping, and no one seems to know what I’m talking about! I will never do service with them again I’ve been in customer service since I was 17 years old... I have never in my life seen such horrible customer service. Makes me really sad like I’ve cried for two days because the hotel took my money I was so excited now again I’m out $1000 plus my 70 for two day delivery
