Lifetime warranty is a winner. 10 yr anniversary is this year and my tungsten ring cracked. No questions asked, they sent out for replacement and I will have it before my anniversary. They gave me a silicone ring to use in the meantime and will be helpful for working out in the future! While waiting, my kids were offered Gatorade which made their day. There are no sales at Kesslers all diamonds and rings are at their best price therefore there is no haggling. The Kessler 81 cut is amazing. Grading and pricing are explained to the customer along with opinions from the sales person. I have had my ring for 20 years. Hard water turned it yellow. I cleaned it weekly! They took it back, cleaned it, and it looked like the day I got it!! Have also taken it in for couple of minor repairs and have gotten it back looking like new every time! The service is unbeatable! And the warranty IS as good as it sounds. LOVE Kesslers!

Amanda was the lady that greeted me and my fiancé at the door. We didn’t make an appointment so they were busy. After we waited for a little time (not upset about waiting) Amanda came over and said she would get us started until a salesperson was available. SHE WAS AWESOME! I can not stress this enough. My husband and I have been married for 35 years but we recently started a new beginning. We wanted to make our old rings new to represent that. We worked with Kris who was excellent! She listened to what we wanted and found a ring in the store that was similar in design to what I described, so that I could see how it looked on my finger. We asked for some custom changes and if they could use our original diamonds, plus a few new ones 😉, since that was important to us. A few weeks later we came in to see a wax model of the ring. Kris helped us create a custom ring using the diamonds from my husband’s grandmothers ring it turned out better than we bee could have expected! I had To The Moon and Back pendant that I bought for my daughter. Today the chain for the pendant broke, so I contacted Kesslers and explained what happened, and they told me that they can fix it, and that it was covered under the insurance that I had on the pendant and the repair would cost me nothing. I then brought the pendant in to the store, and in about five minutes they replaced the chain, and they also cleaned and polished the pendant. Now my daughter can wear her pendant again. I purchased the pendant for her, because this was saying that my wife would say to our grandson. My wife passed away 2 years ago, and the pendant will always remind her that her mother will be always be with her. Thank you all at Kesslers for fixing my daughter’s pendant, and for having returned a piece of her mother to her.
