She is very nice and informative. She answered all of our questions and was not afraid to offer her advice when asked. We did order furniture and will be back in the future.
We went to the store at 7900 W Layton Ave. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the various styles of recliners and proper fit. He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed. Found the recliner that properly fits my husband, who is tall, and one that fits me. Thank you!
Great deals with remodeling sale! Stopped there looking for a pair of recliners & found a really good deal on one recliner and a reclining couch. Best of all, they had the colors I wanted in stock and was able to go back the next day with the truck & pick everything up. Great people to work with and well made products, I will definitely be going back when looking for furniture in the future. It was definitely worth putting up with the construction noise & dust for a good deal.
Me and my mother had a wonderful experience today at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. Our sales associate Andie was very friendly, respectful, and polite. She was very knowledgeable and professional about the rocker recliner we were there to purchase for my 85 years old mother. I would recommend anyone to go there and buy furniture. So far so good. It took seven months for our order to arrive at the share house. And then we found out that one of the pieces we ordered was incorrectly ordered by the sales associate we saw at the store. One piece was delivered today. It is just what we wanted.The manager at the store is trying to “fast track”’the correct item. I will write another review after the second item arrives.
Lazy-boy showroom has a great selection of recliners. I found just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Was happy with the shopping experience.
La-z-boy delivered the product on time. The delivery was done in a professional manner. I have done business with La-Z-boy for over 20 years. In the 20 years I have had only one small issue in which they owned up to the problem and corrected the issue.
The sales lady was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. My husband found a couch that is comfortable for him with a high back that is suitable for his tall frame. Whereas I found a lounger chair with nice head support and without the rocking or sideways movement. With the remodeling at their store, we lucked out with some good sale prices. The only downer was the several months long waiting time to get our new purchases delivered - and these were the items in stock as shown on their floor! Choosing a custom fabric you are probably looking at almost a year I would venture. Delivery went smoothly; both items in very good condition.
The whole greenfield staff was amazing and very helpful. Tony had all my answers to all my questions and did a great job in helping me figure out the right recliner to choose. Thank you very much Greenfield Team and you know I will be back.

The delivery of our new recliner was on time and went smoothly. The delivery men delivered the char directly to our apartment and set it up. The process took only a few minutes. They were efficient and very polite. I am very satisfied with the delivery process AND, the recliner!

I dealt with a wonderful saleswoman named Andrea. I have a spinal cord injury, she never rushed me while I sat in chair after chair . She made sure I didnt feel rushed, as I took my time to relax in several chairs. She didnt hoover me, or sit next to me in every chair and ask me how this chair felt compared to the last one. It was a great feeling knowing that I could truly take my time, and make the right choice for me!
I visited during the 50% off remodeling sale and found that prices were still high based on the original price. Plus the sales person told me that if available he could still order an item brand new at 50% off too. Why would I want a dusty floor model when I could have new for the same price? I bought a mirror that I found on display after the sales person said he had shown me all they had. I was happy with the one I located and actually bargained more off since there was a non repairable scratch on it. I was happy for the added discount and will clean up the item here at home! I like the sales people at this location but one female employee at the check out counter rolled her eyes to the other employee about a customer who had just left with a purchase. Not good!!! At this point I just wanted to pay and leave but should have said something as I normally would have.
Its been a nightmare.Day after chair was delivered found we couldnt easily raise or lower the leg rest. Called Lazy-Boy who said the best they could do was have a tech to our home in a month. Day after he was here, another mechanical problem popped up. Another call to Lazy-Boy and again told we would have to wait a month to have it serviced. He, too, couldnt resolve the issues. Now Lazy-Boy is claiming our carpets the issue even though the other 2 Lazy-Boy chairs we purchased are working fine. The help desk is now saying the chair doesnt need a repair but that they will look into whether they might replace it. They also suggested we find a way to raise the chair and see if we can live with it as is. A $1000+ chair and its suggested we live with its mechanical flaws?!The other 2 recliners work fine and are comfortable. Sad and frustrating that when you have issues you cant get the support you need, just excuses.
La-Z-Boy would get a five star rating but for two reasons. They are expensive!!! and it took more than 6 weeks to get a chair. Otherwise a fine retailer.
As of now I cant give anything but 2 stars. Frankly I should do 1 star but I love the design of the sectional I bought. I ordered it in April was told it would be delivered by mid June. It kept getting pushed back. I got a date of August 11th called the 13th and they told me they were waiting for the last piece which is now scheduled to be done the 25th!! Completely ridiculous! I work in customer service and refuse to be mean at the person on the other line. Being nice I got offered free delivery. Free delivery should of been offered when it wasnt delivered in June! Im invested so I havent canceled my order and again Im understanding that its late due to staff shortage but still not happy!
Received my chair.The rocker legs were chipped. Back of chair upholstery had dark spots. Bad piece of material. For $800.00 it should have been flawless.
I found Tony and Stephanie to be very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or pressuring. I felt safe in the store given very good adherence to COVID recommendations. My only frustration was that one of the sofas I bought wasn’t on the floor so my tall husband could make sure it was comfortable. I was especially grateful for Stephanie’s expertise and will definitely be back for more items in the future.
Just made my second purchase at this location. The sales team in both purchases were so incredibly patient with me and helped me be comfortable with my choices. Quality is outstanding, but the helpful and non-pressuring sales team are the reason I go back.
My wife and I stopped in and purchased living room furniture from Julie at this store recently. Julie was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and worked well with us in picking our fabrics for the furniture. Not at all pushy and a real pleasure to work with.
Sadly, they are remodeling right now so floor samples are very limited. Few customers but all the salespeople were busy and we ended up leaving without talking to anyone so di not get our questions answered.
La-Z-Boy has a nice easy to use website. We pre-looked for a sofa, then went to our local store to take a look. We were greeted by a super friendly and helpful salesperson. Nice that he wasn’t pushy. He let us browse the store, than seek him out to discuss furniture. He was helpful picking fabrics, and did a great job explaining the cushion differences. Can’t wait to get our sofa!

Just bought a new couch and two chairs. The sales assistant was wonderful in helping us to match our existing furniture. Their Presidents Day Sale gave us great pricing. Overall is was a very comfortable and satisfying experience. GOOD JOB!
We placed our order for furniture back in December, with the hope it would be delivered by our family reunion. Not happing, we are expected to get our delivery in September. Very little follow up from the team at the store, we had to call to find out what was going on. Even after we explained our situation and expectations. We made our deposit and have nothing to show for it for close to nine months.
Great service!! Justin was great. He worked hard to find what we wanted. The only issue is that they don’t have a lot of in stock items. We had to custom order which will take 5-6 months. Seems extremely long but we will get what we really wanted.The sofa came in within 4 months. Yeah! Delivery guys were great, on time and professional. Very happy with this purchase.

I showed up mid February 2021 I’m sorry mid January 2021 to buy a lazy boy recliner because I was going to have knee surgery in my recliner was very old I went to the La-Z-Boy showcase in Brookfield and was told upon entering the store that they didn’t have anything that they could sell everything had to be ordered and would take months they did have one in the back I could look at and I ended up buying that leather chair for way more than I thought I should’ve paid for a chair because there were non-pandemic bad planning because I saw that they were places Sychrony and Janesville had every kind of lazy boy recliner I just didn’t look there
Julie was exceptionally helpful!!!! We came in not knowing what we really wanted and also the first place we stopped. Didn’t have to go anywhere else. We were sold on the recliners and came back next day to order matching couch. Our original furniture was bought there also and after 20 yrs still in great shape just wanted updated stuff!!! Salesperson Curt Lancaster did a good job of helping me decide the best choice of model and features in the recliner I purchased. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have not received my new recliner yet but I am hopeful it is the same high quality as the others I purchased in the past. The store had a nice display of a wide variety of furniture styles. So far, I am very pleased with the sales process.

Well I picked out this recliner not knowing it was a clearance item until I looked in clearance room.When I got it home wasnt happy with it I called the store and said I wanted to return it I was informed that I couldnt return it .I wanted to buy a more expensive one they refused to work with me my sales person wouldnt even call me back so I am very angry I am stuck with a chair I hate.

My husband and I first visited La-Z-Boy about 3 years ago to buy a new living room set, but ultimately decided to wait before making the purchase. We came back this past weekend to finally commit and we were very impressed that we had the same salesperson and they kept all of our notes from our last visit, including the dimensions for our room and even our dog’s name! This saved us so much time. Instead of trying out every couch again, we just revisited our top 3 picks from last time. This was especially great since we had our newborn with us this time. Great customer service is something that can’t be replaced!

We have always purchased lazy boy recliners and love them. Because of the pattern I picked I was limited to what recliner I could choose. The first day we had it I knew my back wasnt going to love it. I spoke with Curt the store manager, and with no hesitation he had us come in and pick out a new chair. I had to give up my pattern but picked out the most comfortable recliner ever! The customer service we recieved was above and beyond all of my expectations! Truly the best customer service! I would highly recommend Lazy Boy furniture

Julie was awesome with the design portion and Andie was very helpful with picking out the correct couch loveseat and two chairs. We cancelled our first order because I had second thoughts about my color choice. Went back the next day and Julie respected my decisions and worked with me again to come up with a new plan. She was very patient and had great ideas and helped me narrow down the choices to something I now love. Only downer is the 4-6 month wait due to Covid.
I do not usually write reviews, but the lack of communication in delivery was totally unacceptable. The sales associate whose helped me was great, but the delivery process was terrible. I was supposed to get a call the day before with a delivery time, which I did not receive. I then called them that evening and was connected with Tony. He was rude and not helpful. He could not give me a delivery time and told me I would receive a call well in advance of delivery. The next morning I received a call at 8:00 am telling me they would be there in 20 minutes. I called my mom to meet them, which takes her about 20 minutes. I received a call from the drivers office at 8:15 am telling me they were there and no one was home. I even sent the driver a text to tell him my mother was on the way and that the garage was open so he could start unpacking. They came from Chicago which is about a two hour drive and we were the first stop, so there was plenty of time to call me in advance with the delivery time. Very disappointing.
Curt helped us find the sectional that we wanted. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He gave us time to shop around the store and was not pushy even when we wanted to go elsewhere to compare couches. Would definitely recommend this store and will be a returning customer!

THE WORST experience ever. We repeatedly walked past 2 sales associates who just looked at us and never greeted or acknowledged us, despite overhearing that we had questions. Another couple in the store had the same experience while we were there. However, both associates jumped up to chat with friends when they arrived. We spent 7k elsewhere.
We stopped at lazy boy looking for a smaller recliner after shopping at Colders in Milwaukee 1st. Prices were unexpectedly reasonable and the number of styles to choose from was amazing. Justin our sales rep was not pushy and extremely helpful. We have a recliner on order, the only concern is that we wont have it available for pickup for at least six weeks that seems a bit excessive probably due to the virus. I would have given at 5 if it were ready in a reasonable time frame.
Very unhappy with store. I ordered two recliners weeks ago only to be told mfg ran out of material I chose. They asked me to choose another fabric and offered 4 to pick from. None of them were near the color I needed. Canceled the order. Cant settle for what I dont want. Sold chairs they couldnt fulfill. Wont go back there again. Two weeks plus for me to find out. You shouldnt sell chairs that you may not be able to get for the customer. And manager Kirt was not very nice. Kept blaming the manufacturer. But, LAZY BOY is selling it. I should of at least been given a choice of material in the color or near it to pick from. Very very frustrated. Will not go back. In this instance, sorry doesnt cut it. Dont have a sale, or take an order if you dont know what the manufacturer can do. Dont like being part of an experiment.

What turned into a random trip into the furniture store turned into one of the best purchases of our life. My wife and I had been searching for a new living room set for over 6 months but were always turned off by pushy sales people or mediocre furniture. However, our trip to La-Z-Boy changed all of that. My wife and I were greeted by Jim, a lovely gentleman from North Carolina working in the Greenfield store. He asked some basic questions and assisted us as we ventured through the store. He wasn’t overbearing and respected our few requests. We happened to visit during a factory close-out sale and scored an amazing deal on an entire new living room set. The finance manager was also exceptionally awesome to work with. It was a seamless transaction, and we were thanked at least ten times for our business. Great selection. Great staff. Known quality. I highly recommend this store for a great experience.
