I love this place but dont buy the 5$ Thursday sushi deal. It was all rice and sauce. When I say there was a silver of fish in each one I mean like some you couldnt even see it or maybe they missed some. Thats why they put so much sauce on these ones, so you cant see. It was basically rice drenched in spicy mayo. It was really gross.

Love shopping here. My favorites are the Wild Sockeye Salmon, Lemon pepper rotisserie chicken and the Fresh Ground Almond Butter. Always great service and friendly staff!!!

Seemed pretty expensive on most items and the quality not as outstanding as you would think. Wanted to buy some steaks but was told their shipment wouldnt arrive for an hour or so. Weird they dont have a real butcher shop in store.

Their deli is fantastic and the service is wonderful. Their produce is fresh, $$$ but worth it. Its smaller than other stores but dont let that fool you, expect to find things you dont see elsewhere.

I have to say many things earn them a good amount of stars. They now carry healthy looking fresh tumeric, the mixed greens box lasts far longer than other stores we have purchased from and the many special diet items they carry is a big plus. Only thing that stops me from giving a full 5 stars is the occasional attitude we get from an employee, kind of like we are bothering them from asking a question. Additionally, sometimes some produce or meat looks rotten or not so clean in the display area and you have to let them know. The prices vary. At least they correct issues pretty promptly and dont ignore them

Extremely rude staff. Between asking a simple question at the deli and checking out, I unfortunately encountered more than one rude employee. We have been shopping here every week for at least the past year, so I was very surprised and let down by the extreme lack of customer service and poor attitude throughout the store. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at my local Fresh Thyme but my experience has drastically changed these past few weeks encountering some extremely rude and unprofessional cashiers, specifically Keren and Barbara. I’ve never experienced any other uncomfortable experiences here at this store besides for checking out with either two of those ladies, and it’s upsetting to know Barbara herself is a supervisor. I’m not sure if these are teenagers, but the attitude and unprofessionalism Keren continues to give off is just crazy.

Love the store except for the fact at checkout today an item I placed on the checkout was not included with my order. Thankfully I was not charged.

Good variety of meats, produce, and great deli best place to get a good roasted chicken better than Pick n Save aka Kroeger or Walmart. Fresh bread is amazing and fast n friedly service.

Shelf markings/numbers are needed in the store to help you easily locate what you want. You have to meet the associates for almost everything. On the positive note, the associates were quite helpful.

Im a delivery driver for a local delivery service had four items on my list took me 40 minutes to find them because I cannot find a clerk insight to leave me in the right direction to the products I was looking for you need better customer service at your store you guys are a total joke in way over price for the bad service that you get I guess the new motto is expect less and pay more

This was my first time stepping in this store and I was really surprised. It was so nice and clean and had so many cool products you dont find at regular markets. So much organic products! It reminded me of whole foods but with better prices. We will definitely be back! Loved it

The place is always spotless and very appealing when it comes to a food market. I went in for lemons, limes, and a few other things. The lemons and limes looked fantastic as did a lot of the other produce I looked at. Ive been to the store at least 20 times over the last year or so and I always enjoy going there. The people are very friendly and not afraid to help you out if youre looking for something in particular. I will say Im very pleased with the proprietary Fresh Thyme foods that they have. Ive never been disappointed with their cheeses, pizzas, and even their own wine is quite good. They dont sell a lot of the name brand items, but I dont go there to buy those things. I go to this place to buy food that I want to be very fresh, and in many cases, organic.

I just started shopping here and I have not been disappointed. The prices are surprisingly fair and everything seems to be of good quality. The employees at this location are really nice and always go out of their way to connect with me, even if it is brief. I feel like the people here really enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out!

I love this store, but the guy in the deli has a very poor attitude. He has helped me at the deli counter 2 different times, and both times he was very, very rude. After the 1st time I just started avoiding the deli counter completely but I thought today wed give it another shot because everyone has bad days. Today, my husband and I asked for a few meats shaved instead of sliced, and he rolled his eyes and in a rude and irritated tone said that one of the meats we asked for isnt usually shaved. I am well aware, but I asked for it shaved because I eat it that way. He then went on to slam every roast of meat that we kindly asked for onto the counter before taking it to the slicer. We asked him for shaved turkey, he completely ignored us so my husband politely asked if he heard him, and he replied yes, again in a snotty and rude tone. Not sure if we made him angry because we asked for shaved meat but regardless, its his job and his job to at least be polite, acknowledge he heard us, and not slam meat on the counter. He didnt say thank you, didnt say have a good night, which is fine but a thank you isnt asking for much considering we thanked him for his help and work. I wouldve purchased more meats and groceries but I just wanted to leave. I would even understand a little irritation towards us if we asked for 5 lbs of shaved meat but we got under a pound and a half in total. At the end of our day we just wanted some deli meat for dinner and couldve done without the poor attitude. I like coming here for the great selection of boars head meats, but its probably not worth the drive and the bother. Its a real shame. Just be kind. Even if youre having a bad day yourself, remember youre probably not alone. You really have no idea what someone is going through and the smallest amount of kindness goes a very long way. We are all just trying to find our grove in the world we live in these days, but yet somehow a lot of us can still manage to be kind.

The chicken brats I bought were BIG, meaty and just to my taste... Cooked some as soon as I got home. Sweet potatoes were the best price in town, and good quality. My only complain is the 4 lb limit per customer for the fresh chicken sausage.

My family & I are really living this grocery store. Its more high-end and its a really great value. The produce is always prefect. The service, top-notch. I highly recommend.

Wonderfully fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is always clean, and I see someone restocking when inventory gets low or sorting through to look for damaged and removing it. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable of where products are located. I usually end up buying something new Ive never had before, so many cool foods and even the healthy, organic stuff is tasty.

Because I like the store I will take time to make a 25 minute drive Each Way (Plus the time in the store)to shop there. I appreciated the Wed.overlap with the sales as I could take advantage of both weeks in 1 trip.The previous weeks ad & the new weekly sale ad.Well, today the store unfortunately lost between $30-$50 Profit !! I made my trip today, I was shopping I asked an employee a questn. & Learned we don’t overlap any longer ✔️.I’m a person that actually loves grocery shopping, reading labels, looking for The Best Buy & I went out of my way to go to that particular store.....needless to say I was so discouraged I put a couple things back and just left the rest. Don’t know when I’ll go backagain ⤵️

The quality of the food here is amazing! The produce section has a very large variety. Their meat department has incredible deals. If you are looking for a unique ingredient this is where to start in looking for it.

Not a bad place to shop but some stuff was expired! Some nice customers some not so nice! Like this old lady we encountered making comments under her breath because we parked in the handicap spot! First off all we have a placker, secondly our daughter is handicap an she was with us shes 3 she cant talk walk or eat orally! Word of advice keep your comments to yourself if you dont have anything nice to say dont say it at all! If it wasnt for the nice gentleman/customer putting carts away that lazy people couldnt i would have lost some faith in humanity today!

Fresh thyme is one of my favorite stores. I love the salmon in the oven safe bag with the vegetables. You just throw it in the oven and you have a meal for a night. 😁

Employees were standing around talking to each other.. werent really asking if anyone needed help finding anything.

Its really clean, anyone looking for organic products this is the spot. I gave it a 4 star because everything is so expensive. I definitely dont mind buying at cheaper places, but if you have the money, you should really consider this spot.
