Great experience! Went in just to get a feel of the prices after looking at some other sources, and having an idea of what I wanted. The sales associate, Kevin, was awesome, truly considered all my criteria, was receptive to my input when trying out different mattresses, and never attempted to up-sell me on anything. I felt like I was just having a good conversation about the sleep I wanted with a person who knew exactly how to help me achieve it. Ultimately, I got a phenomenal mattress with an adjustable frame for a price that I could not find elsewhere.

Lets be real, nobody looks forward to mattress shopping. There are so many different types on the display floor, and gun to my head, I couldnt identify the difference between any given two. I know exactly three mattress-related words: coil, pillowtop, and memory foam. I dont know what they mean, but I know them. Nigel made the whole process completely painless; I told him exactly what we were looking for, and he pointed me towards the mattresses that would best meet our needs. He gave me options when I asked for them but didnt bombard me with information, and when the mattress I liked best was slightly out of my price range, he made the financing process completely painless. Despite the fact he probably could have taken the mattress equivalent of a giant, lumpy sack of potatoes and sold it to me for several thousand dollars without my noticing or objecting that it was a punishment unfit for the most monstrous person, he didnt take advantage of my mattress ignorance in any way or pressure me into buying stuff I dont need. The last time I had to buy a mattress, I got talked into buying four insanely expensive pillows. Who pays $120 for a pillow? Is it stuffed with spun gold, diamond shards, and the hair of actual angels?? This time, I left happy and with exactly what I needed, and I couldnt be happier with the ease/speed of the process. Laurie was so helpful in working with us to figure out what was best for us. She was kind, knowledgeable and helpful to our own specific needs. And no pushy sales pitches or anything - just caring for us as customers.

Walked in the door and was immediately approached which was fine. After that the women would not leave us alone. We just wanted to pop in to see what they had and try out a couple mattresses but couldnt because she kept talking about the springs and how they finance which we expressed we would not be doing that day multiple times. It was so bad that we had to interrupt her to get out of the store. Will never go back there for that reason alone.

There was a good deal on a floor model that was being discontinued; Chris worked the extra time and effort to make the deal even better and one we couldnt pass up. We ended up with a new bed that we love. Also, the delivery crew was excellent - very professional and good communication regarding the delivery window and timing. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful - thank you Chris, Laurie, and Nigel!

My family and I had an excellent experience here. I was a little anxious at first because I came in with a budget (and wasnt actually intending to buy that day), but Chris wanted us to test some of the higher end mattresses at first. Once I was blunt about the fact that we had a relatively small budget, he got down to work and did everything in his power to get us a great deal. Let me tell you, he went way above and beyond what I expected! We got our king size bed PLUS our sons twin size bed and delivery of both (and removal of old mattresses) for less than I expected to spend on our mattress alone. I have never encountered someone so dedicated to working with me and my budget. Thank you Chris for being so awesome! We sleep so much better now because of you :-)

I bought a new Mattress with mattress firm. From start to finish my entire experience was headache and hassle free. Melissa went out of her way to take great care of my partner and I. She was very knowledgeable in a variety of mattresses and most importantly patient while we tried them all out. We had a great experience there. We had trouble with the mattress we originally picked and had no problems getting it exchanged for a new one. Laurie was great! She was very helpful and patient with us. I didnt feel rushed or pushed towards a certain product.

Great experience all around. Nigel (our sales rep) was really friendly, funny and a plesure to be around. Nigel made the entire experience fun, and as a result we bought our new bed.

Horrible experience! Was delivered a king and paid for a California King. The mattress was $3000! It is so uncomfortable that I can barley walk in the morning.The manager was very pushy and tried making us buy a $4000 mattress and when we sent pictures of the size difference and picked out a different mattress we should bave received a difference of $1400. This including a restocking fee and a new delivery fee which we should not have been charged since they shipped the wrong mattress in the first place.After coming into our home and moving the mattress downstairs the delivery men starting snapping pictures of our mattress and stated we had a stain and a small tear and they wouldn’t take it back. There is no stain as we have a protective cover on it. There was a small tear which was the product of movinhbthe mattress twice up and down the stairs.We are left now with a very overpriced mattress that we hate and will never be able to return.

Had Such a lovely experience here; it was quick, the sales associate helped get the mattress tied onto the car roof, respected my budget applying any pressure to buy a fancier mattress--& were still happy with the purchase.

Mattress failed after 6 weeks. Store was useless for support. The 1 star review i submitted to their website review board was rejected. So their own online reviews are fraudulently misleading.Junk!

We had a great experience. We werent expecting to buy when we went in but Laurie was so thorough and knowldegeable and she gave us just the right balance of attention and time to ourselves to test the mattresses that we decided to buy.

I have a somewhat unique story---I bought a mattress set and had to return it, not because I didnt want it anymore (I really loved it) but because my car broke down and I could not longer afford it. I never even got it home! It was disappointing and a little embarrassing but if youre like me youre like most young Americans--on a tight budget and living mostly paycheck to paycheck. Throughout the whole process of buying and doing the refund the Store Manager Laurie patiently helped me. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or to keep the set after my car mishap. She was professional, flexiblee and personable the entire time and I will DEFINITELY return when I can to buy a mattress from these awesome folks. I highly recommend this store!
