I have had a unit with this place for almost 4 years. Always paid on time. I have paid $720 a year. And on April 4th (Easter Sunday) 2021 I was in town for Easter. My plan was to move some of my stuff out because I was in the process of moving out of the area. Two hours away. I arrived at the unit and discovered I was locked out. They say that we have a 5 day grace period but it WAS the 4th. I was unable to get my things. Which is why Im writing this bad review. This was NOT the only time this happened to me. Happened several times over the time I stored my stuff here. To me that is horrible customer service. Over time I paid more for storage than what my stuff is worth. And you lock me out. Despicable!

We have been storing our camper with Mt. Comfort for several years, plus we have a storage unit. The service we have received has been exemplary. John went above and beyond to help me park my trailer in the snow recently. We have always felt safe with our camper there. Honestly, we wouldnt go anywhere else for our storage needs.

I’ve used this facility twice, for a period of a year each time. The staff are friendly and easy to do business with. The location is off of Mt Comfort Rd in an industrial areas which makes it a bit difficult to find at first but I felt my belongings were always very safe. They offer the use of their moving truck for free!!!!!! (With a deposit you get back after returning it) ... you can’t beat that! Prices are very competitive. Can’t go wrong with this self storage.

This is professional and courteous company. Every time I call or go in person to speak to them they sound genuinely happy to help. Their moving truck and courteous attitude was one of the few pleasant points in the moving process.The storage units were clean and great condition too. We felt our property was safe and would remain in great condition which it did!

Friendly, spacious, good prices

I have stored at several facilities and this is the only facility I have never had issues with. It’s clean, secure, and Jon is always friendly and accommodating. Its location right off of I-70 is so convenient. Would highly recommend them!

VERY clean, secure & employees are very helpful

I have been storing stuff there for about a decade...first my own overflow when I moved to Indy...and then items from my mothers estate. The family that owns the property could not be nicer or more professional. I have climate controlled storage and it is always clean and I know my belongings are safe.

Im so glad I chose Mt. Comfort Storage! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you out! I transferred to a larger unit in the middle of the month and didnt charge the full price! Its always clean with the 24 hour access and the climate controlled units I just dont think I could have went anywhere else!

Pricing started fair but has been increased significantly every year until I now feel its stretched beyond what is reasonable.

Mt. Comfort Storage was a game changer in my life. I needed flexible storage quickly after my life turned unexpectedly, and the owner of Mt Comfort Storage emphasized with my needs. My needs were satisfied in a friendly and efficient manner. I cannot recommend Mt Comfort Storage enough.

I was expecting a completely different experience. A storage place seemed a little scary to me, but when I needed to store all the stuff from my parents estate that I couldnt fit in my own house, I drove unanncounced to Mt. Comfort. Couldnt have been easier. They were friendly, clean, and had exactly what I needed. Im no expert, but the price seemed more than fair. Thumbs up!
