Greensboro is so lucky to have such an incredible family owned furniture store that offers so many high end brands at fair prices! Every time I need new furniture I always head to Priba. Not only are the salespeople knowledgeable about all of the brands they have but also, they always help me with decorating ideas. The size of the store is large enough to have many choices but not so large that you feel overwhelmed. I also love that when we have purchased a piece from their showroom it is delivered very quickly instead of having to wait. I am always too excited to wait!! Let me start by saying the first impression of getting into the store and meeting with a sales representative is fantastic. I ordered a piece of furniture a at the end of May and was suppose a delivery date in the middle of July. Unfortunately I am now just being told that this wont happen as we they had delays with the manufacture of the furniture. The issue i have with this is it was just communicated the day the furniture was suppose to arrive.

My parents have bought from Priba Furniture for years and always had a great experience. My husband and I just bought our first home and we needed a lot of furniture. I have to agree with my parents.......it was a GREAT experience! They treated us really well and was so patient with us. They helped us with our main living room and two bedrooms. I just got my new sectional delivered and I love it!! From making sure the size was correct, to picking the fabric and pillows- it was so obvious they wanted to make sure it was right for me. They were patient and helpful- and it was a great experience from beginning to delivery! Thank you Priba!!
Please read this before choosing to place your order at Priba:I gave Priba an order for two custom chairs, along with a (roughly half) deposit, in mid May, 2019. I did not receive the chairs until January, 2020. While I can appreciate that things can occur which are beyond their control, Priba’s lack of customer service was disappointing. Our Salesperson, who was the president of Priba, failed to return any calls and it was difficult get any information from Customer Service.When the chairs finally were delivered after seven months, there was an issue with one of them. Priba advised that they would discuss with the manufacturer but only after I had paid in full. At that point I had lost confidence in their ability to deliver as promised. So I refused. They came back and picked the chairs up. They were repaired and delivered (again) five days later.This was the most painful furniture experience I have ever had. We were disappointed with the lack of customer service after purposefully shopping local. Please tell your family and friends “do not order any furniture from this store”.
My wife and I have done 2 homes with Priba Furniture. 100% satisfaction with our choices, service, and prices, both times! I was nervousat first but they made it a great experience. There is no better place to shop for furniture!

I ordered an office chair 7 months ago and have still not received it. And, rather then contact me directly to explain what was going on, I had to call them - numerous times - to find out what was going on. I shave paid in full and still have not received it and have no idea when I will. I would absolutely not recommend ordering from Priba.
Huge selection and excellent service. Jane did an excellent job with helping us find a sofa that was exactly what we were looking for and without the usual high pressure sales tactic I get in my local furniture stores. Well worth the drive.

I love Priba Furniture and sales rep Maria Dean. Priba has a great selection of quality furniture lines and accessories. More importantly, if you can only afford to buy a few quality pieces at a time, you still get the same level of professional and friendly customer service as if you were buying several rooms. Maria is always helpful and fun to deal with.
Claim 70%off sale but after going there they only marked things up like JC Pennys does only to look like prices were lowered when actually its same price or slightly higher than usual.In 2016 i I placed expensive order for sofa that was promised to me in 3mths. I hear nothing, after 3mths I call only find out my order was never placed and they blamed company making it. Empty apology promising put rush on it. Needless say that didnt happen. Approx 6mths later and multiple emails and phone calls i phone calls sofa finally arrived. Less than 1yr later cushion was separating and not holding shape they offered replace it promising it wont take more than month. Several mths later I call update and somehow order got lost. Anothe promise to rush order. About 3 mths later a stinky cushion arrived. Told smell would go away but its been mths and it still stinks. Priba never took responsibility nor ever provide me with true apology or any compensation for my time and trouble, nothing!!. I didnt purchase poor quality but felt thats what I got with worse customer service.Priba isnt the store it use be! Wont buy from them again.
Maria Dean has be great for us. The selection at Priba is great and I always end up saving about 30-40% off the best price I can find anywhere locally. Of course I have to pay shipping but thats about what Id pay for local sales tax.
I ordered a desk for my home office and was told it was in stock and would be delivered before Thanksgiving. The Friday before Thanksgiving a received a letter telling me it would not be delivered until 3/15/15. I called and was told they found one in High Point. I went to High point and meant the sales person to pick the desk up only to find out it was the wrong desk. The desk also had some damage on the top. I asked her how much she would sell me that desk for and she quoted me higher than the new desk I ordered. This was not a good experience at all. I have purchased my last piece of furniture from Priba Furniture. Bad service is not what I expected from them. Go to Furniture Land South. The always make sure the customer is satisfied.PS. BE PREPARED FOR THE SALES PERSON TO CALL YOU AND GIVE YOU HELL ONCE THEY READ YOUR REVIEW....WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This furniture store is not your usual place in that they sell directly from the floor, have dynamic selection, and sales people are overly eager to help you. At first I was taken back by someone insisting to get my info at the door, but it helped me throughout the process.
First and last time customer. I ordered two bar stools and four cushions on 05/08/2018, still waiting on two cushions lost in transit. I was told the missing cushions would be expedited to me. As of 07/25/2018 still havent recieved the cushions. On 07/24/2018 I called and ask to speak with a manager. Left a message, still waiting on a call back. Not the way I would run a business.

I love the selections. Our first sales person drop the ball. Our church was looking for few pieces for our newly designed foyer. I thought I would be assigned a new sales person but the owner decide to help me (red flag). The reason you have sales associates so you can handle the responsibilities of running a business. I made two appointments to meet Scott but was never available. I called several times with no return calls. Scott only call after we paid the invoice (and of course I missed the call). We was upset because the table was dusted and they did deliver 1 of 2 pieces we ordered. We paid the delivery driver. The driver did not clean the table or mention that Scott would bring the 2nd piece. I called and lefted several messages. Scott emailed me the following day at 5:03 that he had the 2nd piece and wanted to tighten the base. We didnt call or tell his staff his intentions of delivering the second piece. They would call his cell and could not reach him. He was in and out all the time and none of the staff would know where he was. Christine (customer service) is responsible for handling problems has no clue what Scott was doing. There will be problems in retail sales but how you respond to the customer is the mark of a good company.... and Priba fail miserablyThe following day (3 days after we gave them a check for incomplete order) I call Scott and told him we want to return the table. Scott said You will receive a store credit and we are unable to pick up the table for a week or so. We have options so we will not be purchasing any more furniture from Priba Furniture
