Absolutely amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Adam! He quickly identified the part that I needed with a price that I couldn’t turn down. Adam had to have the part shipped from another store which is a 2 day process… He went above and beyond and ordered the part before I even called back to confirm that I wanted it. He said he would rather have it sitting at his store waiting on me… than to have me waiting on it with NO AC.Good job!!! This is now my go to spot for appliance parts!

Great customer survive! Had our air unit go out and they helped us with a replacement motor part for a 3rd of the cost of anywhere else. They also made sure we had all other essential parts, and explained the installation process. My dad recommended them to us. 5 stars!

Ive been to this D +L several times in the past year and everyone Ive dealt with is friendly and knowledgeable, even going as far as talking me through how to troubleshoot fixing my dryer that wasnt heating. I highly recommend using D and L for anything appliance or hvac .

Had me on hold for ever to the point I just hung up and called somewhere else.

I found this place after my local parts supplier let it slip that this was where he got his parts. Staff was extremely helpful and the part I needed was about half the cost of everywhere else I checked. It might be a half hour drive away but totally worth it. Easy to find and well located. I probably wont go anywhere for a while.

I called first thing this morning and explained the issue I had with my refrigerator and was transferred to Wayne! He helped me to confirm the right part for what I thought was the problem and was super nice about it!!! The part was also more than half of the price that I found on another website! On top of all the stress that comes with the risk of food spoilage and the potential added expense of a new refrigerator it was a much needed pleasurable experience! Thanks D&L! 😊

Compared to online the price was a bit high but thats to be expected. I had already tried ordering the part for my washer once and of course I got the wrong one.The staff was mostly knowledgeable and had the good sense to do some quick research to help make sure I got the right part.Overall I had a good experience and will go back.

One parts store that opens on Saturday. Need to replace the igniter on my Hotpoint oven. However, as usually, we took our sweet time getting out Saturday morning and I knew D&L closed at noon. Called at 11:15am to make sure they had the part, they didnt have an original part but they did have one that was prefect and was 20$ cheaper. I arrived at a little before 12, they had everything ready to go and I was out in 2 minutes.They were one of the best people Ive had to deal with when it comes to parts. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always really helpful counter staff. One of the few places that will sell to people w/o an account. Im a homeowner who can tackle basic issues like a bad thermostat, or capacitor change, and these guys are always willing to help with information. Also, the price on the capacitor I purchased was MUCH less than I could have bought it for online. Its always a pleasure to deal with this company!

Poor customer service!!!! I am currently in the store. When I walked in there were 3 men on the computers, one man looked at me, but none of them acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited and waited and then one of them finally said whatcha need. If they want continued business then I would suggest acknowledging customers when they come in. If I didnt need that part so bad then I would have walked right out!!!!!!
