Randy was so nice!!! they dont really do spoilers, but Randy went out of his way, to help me, right off the bat first thing he said, Yeah cmon down Ill handle it (on the condition no drilling needed), completely understandable.. The end result was exactly everything I hoped it would be, and it was a very fair price in my opinion, Ill definitely be going back there in the future for some odds and ends,

How is a bumper cover 250 when you will paint the whole car for 500. One panel that would literally only get half of it painted costs half of what the car would cost. Paint is not that expensive. Its not cheap but thats a ridiculous mark up. I took my business to a smaller company and paid a fair price for what I needed. No thanks maaco

Really 3 1/2 stars for me. I first want to say they do good work & they fixed my car. Just be sure to check everything before leaving the place. 2k paid from my insurance to fix my door. They worked with me on deductible so I didnt have to come out of pocket which was awesome! But they replaced my door with another one that had a ding in it. And when asked abt them fixing that, they claim thats how they saved me the deductible and wanted $200 to fix a smaller than a dime size ding. My thing is, why replace my door with a damaged door? Also the window wouldnt go back up after they fixed the door (when it did go up & down when it was damaged). So I had to go back. Also had tape still stuck all around my door and handprints all over my leather. I get that they worked with me & my insurance but they were paid 2k, had my car for almost 2 wks, & I had to go back twice for things they overlooked. Good people though & overall they fixed my door.

The headlights on my car were completely foggy and could barely see at night. Maaco of Greensboro came highly recommended (they dont just do paint jobs!), so I went by there to have them look at my headlights. Randy and Shannon were so helpful and friendly. He got my headlights looking brand new again, and I didnt need an appointment. I saved a lot of money having them clean my headlights instead of replacing them. I will say that this is my first and very last time dealing with Maaco. I had the parts ordered two weeks ago. Brought my vehicle in on Tuesday. Got a call the day after saying the parts were delivered to the wrong body. Then was told that one of the parts was the wrong parts. Had to pick my vehicle back and bring it back this past Tuesday because I was supposed to have it back this past Friday. Very dissatisfied. Looking for some sort of financial compensation as I had to take time off work two weeks in a row.

Very good paint job on our 2005 Camry! Great communication dealt with James, was very happy with the entire process. Just had my 2003 Tacoma painted there also a Great Job! Communication was good Jarvis worked with me and explained the difference in levels of paint jobs helped me to pick the right one another 5 stars would be given!

I actually called this one after I had some work done in Charlotte. The clips 2 hold the plastic down beside the window were loose. It sounded like something was about 2 fall off. I spoke 2 Randy. He took pics of the car & drove it. He even put some gas n it cause the light had come on. He ordered new clips & didnt charge me. They really made a bad experience 4 me so much better! I would go back here or recommend this place 2 some 1!

So I’ve been basically going back and forth with Maaco for over a month. Originally my insurance covered me for minor body work I had it set up to be done by macco. This was a 3 week process only for me to pick my truck up on a Friday evening 2/7/2020 to be exact. The first thing I noticed was my car hadn’t been cleaned and detailed it smelled like a mechanical shop and the mats they used and trash was still in my vehicle I was told by randy that the detailer wasn’t there and I could bring it back anytime to get it cleaned up well unfortunately it still hasn’t been cleaned and still to this day isn’t fixed! Issues with my vehicle started the very next day while on my way to work only to find out when I picked up my vehicle there was no coolant put back into it and no one checked before they gave the vehicle back to me so my vehicle was towed back to the assistant shop Jeff’s Golden Gate Tire and they just simply put coolant in it and brung it back to me! The very next day all types of things went wrong with my vehicle again unfortunately it was a Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to have it towed back in only to find out they misplaced a AC plug and Radiator Gasket they replaced the parts but eventually this caused a Blown Head Gasket on my brand new Vehicle that I had only had for 4 months it had never had any kind of work done to it before! This company caused me a lot of stress due to their negligence but the company Jeff’s did eventually get the head gasket fixed meanwhile the originally body work that was supposed to be done is basically incomplete! I text Randy a few weeks ago and told him about water still getting into my headlight that was supposed to be properly replace and my cruise control no longer working I got no reply I came by the shop 4 times until finally I herd back from him and he informs me that my headlight has to be replaced again because they didn’t fix it properly the first time! So I have to deal with a damaged headlight until a new one comes in. He also unprofessional threw up I my face that I still owe them for the deductible but my vehicle isn’t even fixed I’ve been going back and forth for over a month with this company! After going thru so many issues with my vehicle when it was only minor body work to be done and my headlight is still damaged why should I have to pay out of pocket when they haven’t even fixed what my insurance covered? Once this is all over I will never deal with this company again or recommend anyone else! This experience with Maaco is definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced with any body shop!

The work they do is great, however in my experience it is NEVER ready on time. I had a car fixed there this summer and it was ready a and a half after the promised day. I let that go because they said their painter had been sick. But there was ZERO communication. I didnt know it would not be ready until we called. This time I dropped the car off to have the bumper repaired on Sat the 22nd. Its my sons car and he goes to school in Boone so we got him a rental because it was not suppose to be done until Thursday the 27th. We called on the 27th and they said that it would be Saturday the 29th. My son came home from Boone and we of course had to extend the rental. We went to pick it up Saturday and were told it would be ready Monday morning first thing. My son was going to miss his Monday morning class and pick up his car in time to make it back for his afternoon class. Monday morning the car still wasnt ready. We were told that it would b ready at 9 am on Tuesday. He again had to miss his morning class but would be back in time for his noon class. We just called again to make sure it would be ready and we are now being told that it will be noon. This is totally unacceptable. My son will now have missed 4 classes in 2 days and IF it is ready today then it will be FIVE days after the date it was suppose to be ready. It seems the shop does not care at all and that as a customer does not make me want to do business with them.We are so disappointed. I will edit my review (good or bad) when we finally get his car back.

I took my vehicle to get an estimate and found out quickly that they are all about the money and not helping you. Someone had done some body work to my truck and for two spots they didnt want to give me a Warranty for the work they were to do to it. Which means if they did a bad paint job, they would not fix it. I left it, thought about and said forget it. Criminal attitudes is what James has.

I had my car painted in April 2018. I did the highest plan. It was raining when I picked it up and I couldnt inspect it. There are some bad places in the paint. They were nice and said if it flakes to let them know. I found dust (I guess from sanding) all in my trunk, the mud flaps were dusty colored from the sanding dust ( hard to clean). Just opened my sunroof there is pain spray or dust on the inside of the glass. They even paint the part of the lock where the key goes in th he door. My door lock stopped working was told probably from the dust getting in the door. You get what you pay for. Would not bring a new car with damaged there. My car is older and I didnt want to pay 2500 or more for paint job.

For the money you spend here you get a decent quality paint job. People come in and expect a 2000 dollar paint job for the 299 special. That special is just a coat of paint and enough prep work to make it stick. With that being said the body work your car needs is extra. Lucky for you the guys at maaco can deal with it for much cheaper than the guys at a dealership. Had a Chevy truck that the roof and hood and top of fenders and down the bedside was nothing but peeling paint and rust spots. They was able to strip it down to bare metal and make sure that the new paint went on flat. My paint job had a few imperfections ( little bit of trash) but lets be honest for 300 bucks its gonna have a little bit of imperfections. But with this being said I told Randy I wasnt completely happy with the paint job and he told me it will be alright. Came back in a few days and the paint was fixed. They really take care of you up here.

These guys need to brush up on their organizational skills to provide a better estimate on when vehicles will be ready. I had several ready dates communicated to me by Randall Javois and each time he would call when i was on the way to say the car would not be ready. This happened 4 times over 4 weeks. Randall remained a true professional even after I lost my temper. The work was decent but the guys didnt check to make sure all of the tail lights were working.

This was my first and last time taking my car to Maaco. I needed three scratches/small dents taken out and was told the repairs would take 3 days to finish. I called 8 business days later and asked if my car was ready. After being put on hold for over 20 minutes with no response, I called again and was told the delivery date I was given couldnt be guaranteed because of rain. Really?! I might not know a lot about cars, but Im not an idiot, and this sounded like a lame excuse for slack to me. I then talked to a manager and was told the real reason my car wasnt ready was because they were understaffed, not because of rain. Note to Maaco: either get your job done efficiently with what staff you have or dont try to take on more than you can handle. And dont lie to customers or lay out all your problems to them. Its extremely unprofessional. Seriously, take your car anywhere but this Maaco!!!

I went to Maaco on N. Church St. in Greensboro NC to get my 15 year old vehicle a full body paint service. At first, I was extremely skeptical to take my car to them after reading some of the reviews but the service technician, Eric Brown, assured me they would do a great job.Eric was Awesome! I called him multiple times asking questions about my vehicle and each time he was patient, courteous, and professional; and my vehicle once complete didnt look just great but Fantastic!If you need your vehicle painted, take it to Maaco in Greensboro NC on N. Church St. and ask for Eric Brown. You wont be disappointed.

Would refer people for their paint services great job but body work or collision repair I would say no ! I went her to get my back bumper repainted and fixed and came out ok but then month later I see the bumper is starting to stick back out . Very upset because they were so concerned about the money and fixing other non issues than fixing the one major thing. So now I need to get the bumper fixed. I really hate how businesses are money hungry now and not honest . I have pictures of my accident and me dropping off the car and me picking it

Do not take your car here. I took my car here to get a quarter size paint chip on my hood redone that chipped from another paint job back in Virginia. I called and asked if they would take it since it was still under warranty. They did. The managers friend called me from his cell phone and asked me to bring it in. When I arrived, no one knew I was bringing it in, or what it was for. The man over the phone said it would be same day pickup or overnight at the latest. It took 4 weeks. Never once did they call me to update me. Rather they kept giving me false finish dates. I called a total of 4 times and went over there myself to see if they actually had my car. Poor service, no communication, poor customer service.

I received great personalized service, the staff was great and my car looks amazing! I highly recommend them.

I went over to the store at 9am on Saturday to make a appointment to have some work done. I get parked and open the door to my car and then see a gentleman what I thought was unlocking the door. Then I walk up to the door to find that he locked the door and didnt pay me any attention when I pulled on the locked door. What great costomer service!

Firstly, Id like to point out that the employees were friendly and eager to please. If only the service was as good! I took my car there to have a paint job and to get small dents taken out, I was told it would only take up to 5 days... I didnt get my car back for 2 weeks! Every time I called, there would be another excuse. I understand things can happen.. but as business you need to be the one to contact the paying customer and explain any delay!Anyway, when I went to pick the car up, I immediately noticed some of the paint already chipped and a specific detail I wanted on my car was not done. Two weeks with my car for an incomplete job. Not happy!I was told to bring my car at a later date because there was only 1 painter...ive tried to bring my car there 3 times to get the job that I PAID FOR finished.. yet, they still only have 1 painter..I would never recommend this company to anyone in Greensboro.

I called to try and get a rough estimate and they were pretty rude. I told them the replacement part I needed and the guy was unwilling to give me any sort of price over the phone. Went to get a estimate for mu Pace Car spot fixing on my paint, was greatly advised and taken care of.

Well... I guess about the only thing right is the fact they painted it black. Basically sprayed plastic trim that was supposed to stay black, didn’t spray part of the hood, put primer all over my exhaust and wheels, painted the rubber seal of my sunroof, and didn’t fix all of the cracks. When I question the guy about it he was just full of excuses. Told him i wasn’t happy and he offered for me to leave it to make the corrections but he knew I couldn’t as I lived three hours away. I asked for a discount and he said no that he must have payment in full or he wouldn’t release the vehicle. He then told me I must sign the receipt saying I was satisfied or he wouldn’t release the car.This place is really not professional, nor do they provide a good product. The next customer behind me had the same issue of them painting over defects that were supposed to be fixed.

Got my tahoe painted there, the paint started peeling within the first 5 months. The overall job was terrible, looked like they sponge painted it. I took it to another Maaco paint shop and they said the only way to fix the rough orange peel feeling and look that was all over was to have it sanded down and repainted. This shop did not even put the badges on straight...the Tahoe badge was sloping up on the back; T was a whole inch lower than the E. The worst job ever. I would never recommend this place.

They charged me for new parts but instead installed used ones and didnt correct the damage, just painted over it. They promised the car would be perfect but was far from it. The workmanship was shoddy and they think its acceptable to do people in such a manner. If your vehicle needs body work and/or painting, DONT use maaco on Church St, go to a more reputable company.

Horrible experience! I was told the repairs would only take a week and two weeks later I called to see if the repairs were done. They were just finishing up. I was told that I could come in anytime between 9-12 on Saturday to pick the car up and there was no one there between 9-12. Awful experience wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
