Noel and the team took excellent care of me and my car! They were helpful, courteous, and informative. They even went above and beyond and repaired my glove box that wouldnt close properly! Great locally owned business. They can handle everything from a basic inspection to complicated mechanical repairs. Reasonable prices and a good turnaround time. They dont try to sell you services and repairs that you dont need, but will recommend things that you might want to consider that they notice while making other repairs- but no pressure.

Had compressor replaced. They completed the job quickly and use correct high quality parts. The repair exposed another problem with the vehicle. Despite the additional problem only being exposed NOT caused by the first repair they worked with me to make the repair cost effective. Instead of charging me full cost to complete the second repair they charged me a more than fair price, preferring a happy customer. I will continue to use Greensboro Auto Tech because they treat me fairly.

Noel was extremely helpful and kind. They worked hard to accommodate my schedule and seemed to truly care about helping me out. It is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I think that is exactly what I found. I will certainly be coming back for all my auto repair needs!

I took my 1985 Dodge 350 Van to be diagnosed and see what can be done and if worth putting the money into anymore. They accessed it and were very honest on what it needed. We discussed everything and decided it just wasnt worth the investment anymore. I am very happy because any other mechanic would have just tried selling the service and not care that you wasted your money. Very respectable people. Highly recommend.

Updating my review!I brought my car in again for a similar problem with the AC. It was found the the part they installed 2 years ago was leaking and they replaced it again with no charge. Very very pleased with their professional and quick service. I recommend them to anyone in town needing auto repair.Great and quick service! I got a quote from another service place in town for $1200, after a thorough check, they could fix it for $120. My husband has also used them for varies check ups with excellent service. Highly recommend!

We took our GMC Sierra 1500 into their shop for an oil leak and breaks job. They were super friendly and did the job in a timely manner. We called on Thursday afternoon, dropped our car off at 4pm to be worked on the next day. Noël called me at 430 to tell me they had already found the problem and ordered the parts. At 9am the next morning Noël had already called me to tell me it was ready to go!!! He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and extremely well priced. As a family on a tight budget with 3 teenagers who all drive old cars I was thrilled to find them. This was our first visit with Greensboro Autotech and we will definitely be back.

Noel and the crew at Greensboro Autotech are now my go-to for any and all of my automobile issues. I know that I can trust them, they’re experts, and they take care of me like I am family. I recently took my car to the dealership and left with a list of things that my car “needed.” I was told that my car’s power steering fluid was leaking and that I needed a new power steering rack that would have cost me over $1,000. Took my car to GSO Autotech and not only did my car NOT need a new rack, it wasn’t leaking at all!! As a woman, I know that unfortunately people think I’m an easy target to take advantage of. At GSO Autotech, I know I’m dealing with people I can trust and they do a great job!

This place was recommended to me as a very honest and fair repair shop that did great work. I am usually hesitant to take my car into a shop and try to do the work on my own, but I decided to give this place a try. They did a thorough check of my car, found the cause of my leak and completed the fix for a very reasonable price. Scott and his team did I great job and I will be taking my car to their shop whenever I have an issue, as well as my wifes car.

Company mechanic at our home office out of state has been having some concerns with my main mechanic shop, so I decided to try these guys out and I could not have been happier. I wasnt but 2 miles from my sisters house when my suv just shut off at a stoplight. It started raining, id replaced so many things in my vehicle recently that i had no clue what it could be. Triple A was going to take an hour, i was supposed to be at my sisters house 30 minutes prior. It was not a good morning. Someone helped to get the truck going and we called greensboro autotech and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. They got to it so quickly that morning i was shocked. First of all, I do some of my own automotive work (only what I feel comfortable with). This is because I cant stand dealerships (stealorships) or shady auto shops and have been taken to the cleaners in the past. Due to lack of time and my questionable ability to rebuild the front suspension of my Durango, I followed the recommendations here to go to Greensboro Autotech. Glad I did. Scott was out of town, but Nolan was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He gave me an honest assessment and cost effective options to resolve the issues. Timely and quality work. Scott and Noel found a major issue with my 2008 Ford Escapes break system, when I brought it in for an oil change and tire balance because the car was shaking at high speeds. The break line was clamped which caused numerous issues. They explained everything in detail. When I was apprehensive about having the additional repairs done, for financial concerns, Noel was extremely candid in explaining the rationale for the repairs, and expressed understanding for my concerns; he felt these repairs were critical and worked with me to get the most crucial services performed.
