I just got off the phone with a salesman who was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided a wealth of information. I explained early in the phone call that I was looking at a boat in the Charlotte market, from a private party, but wanted to do some research by asking him some questions. He didn’t have to take my call knowing that he wasn’t going to personally benefit from the sale, but he did, and I really appreciate that. The quality of their boats is excellent. Brandon and Bobby made the purchase as simple as possible. This company goes beyond the sale to insure that I know all there is to know about maintaining my boat. They even spend time on the water, in the boat to show me how to operate everything.

Humminbird Depth Finders Have To Be Hooked Up Directly To The Battery. I tried to tell Boats Unlimited this but they wouldn’t listen. I paid to get them hooked up correctly and they failed to do it. Thanks For NOTHING

I bought a bayliner e16 about 3 years ago from here brand new. Its been nothing but problems. I recently had a short in the shifter and called trying to get some tips on how to get the shifter off to check for a short. This dealership was unwilling to help a customer with even a tip to get it off. Buy your boat from a place that appreciates and values their customers

Found a boat I wanted to buy from the Greensboro location. Emailed and called and spoke with sales representative and made an offer. The sales guys said he needed to ask the owner and I confirmed I would come the next day to buy the boat with cash as they couldn’t finance it. Never heard back from them. The boat is still sitting on their showroom floor. I bought one from a private seller who would respond. Pretty sad you have to do all the work to buy the boat yourself and they don’t even get back with you.

We just picked up our new boat on Friday. We went to the dealership before Easter and made a deal with Bobby. We live out of state so had to make arrangements to pick it up. We arrived in the morning and signed some papers and Bobby had us out on the lake before 12. He had just gotten back from a vacation, but you wouldn’t have know it. He showed us how to launch the boat and put it back on the trailer. We went out into the lake for a ride. All while a strong winded storm was approaching. Bobby answered all our questions and was very patient and helpful. And we got comfortable with the boat and had it trailered up before the storm. The other guys at the dealership were friendly and helpful too. We were told to call anytime if we have questions and I believe they mean it!

My daughter and I walked into BU on sat July 11. 3 people at sales desk, one salesman working with a couple. We walked around back showroom for 10 or mins then went back to the front room. We just there in middle of room looking at booklets waiting for help that still hasnt showed up and as a matter of fact NO ONE Even spoke to us. Guess the three at the desk are just watching the clock for closing time.

I worked on a deal with Jerry. Ultimately it didnt work out because of requirements on my side. You could say I was a pain in the neck customer but Jerry and his team were very helpful, professional, and polite throughout. Even when the deal was looking very doubtful, Jerry had people working at both store locations to answer questions for me. They went above and beyond. I wouldnt hesitate to shop there again.

Brought boat in on August 7th for carb rebuild/adjustment and to chase down a warning alarm. Was told it would be looked at in a week and a half. Called at two weeks and no one had even looked at it. At 2.5 weeks I received a call to ask that was wrong with the boat. I explained symptoms and mechanic agreed it was carb. I called at 3 weeks 3.5 weeks and 4 weeks. Each time I was told there is no update. A couple of times I was promised a return call and did not receive one. The mechanic assigned to the boat was always working on another boat, working out of town, or off that day. Eventually I was able to get an update at about 5 weeks in and was told the mechanic is going to have to work on the carb on that boat. This was the same information I gave them when I brought the boat in and the same information previously discussed on the phone with the mechanic weeks before.Finally on September 20th, I received a call that the boat was ready.I was charged for the carb repair and an additional $100 labor to tell me they didnt find an alarm going off. With the end of summer I have not been able to test it and have no idea if the carb problem was fixed or not at this point.Clearly they didnt value my business for this interaction
