When you call the phone number, the phone system will auto-hang up if you press zero for the operator. Try it if you dont believe me... You have to know the name of an employee to get transferred. If you send an email for customer support, you will flat out be ignored. No people are available to assist you. If you call any other Barnes and Noble, they wont have access to the college bookstore info... I called for 5 hours straight trying to reach a real person at their only phone number. There are none! Barnes and Noble college bookstore is a joke! I will never order anything through them again!

My favorite coffee spot on campus. If you bring your own cup you can get filtered coffee for less than a dollar. A number of food options are available from cake to cookie to Crowe son as well as it a number of Starbucks drinks are available. You can also get the wraps and a quick lunch boxes from here.

Twas great! I only went for the bathroom cuz I had to pee, but it’s a great atmosphere and I love it! I believe they had a Starbucks inside for those bookworms who need a hot drink, which is amazing! 10/10, love this place :)

Hours should be updated on google, said they were open until 4 today (Sunday) but I walked there to get some supplies I need and they were closed along with hours in the window stating they were closed on sunday. i ended up wasting a lot of energy walking over in the heat :c

Firstly, this place is incredibly overpriced. Employees are unwilling to provide any assistance or effort if you have an issue, and the management is disrespectful and downright rude. Also, if you have a question or concern, dont bother calling or emailing, they wont answer. Avoid this place as much as possible, there are much better (and cheaper!) places to buy textbooks.

This is the bookstore on UNCG campus. It has an array of college books on the second floor, while the first floor features UNCG merchandise and more. There is a section of best selling books, cute accessories for everything from hair, jewelry and charging packs. You can pick up testing booklets and everyday supplies for school here.What I really like is that you can pre-order your books for the upcoming semester, either owning or renting, and come in and they will already be boxed and waiting for your student. Plus the money spent stays there at the University.

Drove 45 minutes to return my 2 overdue books and employee would not accept them, which is idiotic because it is the same book whether it is a week late or not, but I paid them off. The employee was sweating and frantically yelling at other employees and told me to hold on because his boss was on the phone. I felt bad for this employee who was clearly terrified of putting his boss on hold to help a customer. He then sprinted into the back to ask someone a question. A month later I’m still receiving emails that my books are not paid off. Apparently the employee only charged me for one book.This was a huge inconvenience and waste of my time. I hope this poor employee got a new job where he is not overworked. I will be using amazon to purchase books in the future because this was a big waste of time.

I am a student at UNCG. I went to the book store to purchase my text books. For some reason, when you buy a digital book now, they want to keep the slip that you use to make the purchase and tell you that youll get an email with your digital book. Its been about 4 hours and I still havent received an email yet. My main problem with this is that, my bank doesnt take 4 hours to send you my money, so why is it taking so long for me to get what I bought when its supposed to be immediate? I also called and no one answered. 2 stars only because you had the books in stock.

Minus being required to spend my life savings here due to the way our educational system is set up, its a very nice store that has all the gear you could want to show your school pride.

Its got everything you could need including a Starbucks and a great little lounge area with a massive TV. My only complaint (and that of many others) is that the gear is sooo expensive. Shopping sales is the best way to go!

As an alumnus, i thought i would have recieved better customer service, but i guess not. Did not provide direct answers to where things were in the store. Very dissappointed.
