This place is amazing. First of all, we’re horse people and I like to think of myself as a cross between Dolly Parton and an art teacher, so I could browse all day. Pristinely clean store, nice displays, and one bajillion boots. But the very best part is the customer service. Rachel was so educated about the selection, helped us find the best boots, and explained how to care for them. She was also endlessly patient with my kids, who were incredibly distracting ;) I had my pair stretched, and the service there was also fantastic. I’ve never left a review like this before, but this place and it’s people are amazing. New favorite place!

Emma or Owen are the most professional young sales people I have seen. Very polite! I needed a pair of boots for welding, so I asked Owen, he knows the boots like the back of his hand!! I ended up getting he HH square steel toe pair. Good price as well, if you want a sturdy long lasting pair of boots.. ask either Emma or Owen!!

Great shopping experience. Found just what I was looking for. Going on trip and needed some new shirts. Multiple offers of assistance, but had what I wanted. But, was impressed with the offers. Store is well stocked orderly with a pleasant atmosphere. Store is conveniently located with everything one would need for Western and Work attire.

Pulled up to buy a pair of work boots it was 6 minutes to close I get it. But I already knew size and style of the keen work boots I was after, a new pair of the ones that were on my feet. I get they were getting ready to close but when I pulled up at 6 minutes before, an associate walked to the door locked it and turned the open sign off. Got back to my truck and it was still 4 minutes to 7. I guess it doesnt matter as Boot Barn probably didnt need to sell that pair of boots to me. They have plenty of stores and have an online store. I try to support brick and mortar stores so out of the 10 places that sell work boots in less than a half mile of this location I went to a competitor and purchased a new pair of work boots.

I absolutely love this store everyone is always friendly. The only thing negative I can say right now is the need to update their boot selection.

They were very rude and acted as if they were better. I was not given a fresh pair of boots as requested, instead I got the displays. They were not helpful at all. 8:00pm 10/19
