David Emery convinced me to buy first Cadillac in 1988 and I have been loyal customer since then. Unfortunately, I know few individuals there any longer.Billy O’Conner, has been trusted service advisor for many years. My change oil notification flashed, I immediately called him, worked me into their schedule. It gives me great confidence to work with someone who know me.
The only thing I can say about these guys is that they are simply amazing!!! I took my car in after my wedding ring fell down through the front defrost vent. (I was careless and had taken off my wedding set while detailing my car and sat it on the front dash.) Not only did they retrieve my ring, but they were able to do it in half the time they originally expected! They kept me updated on their status and were upfront with me as what to expect and what would be worst case scenario. This was no small feat as the entire dashboard had to be removed and then carefully reinstalled. Once they found my ring, they kept it in a safe for safe keeping and were excited with me when I finally got it back! Its not too often that a bunch of men would feel empathetic with a woman losing her wedding ring, but these guys truly cared and worked diligently to make sure I got it back!!! I will definitely be visiting again in the future (I live 30+ minutes away) and will be sending others their way as well! If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! Overpriced service department. Not very cordial to the customer. Not able to give time estimates for simple code learning requests. Vague on pricing and cost. Unfair time repair cost estimates i.e. one hour for each code reset is charged even if multiple code resets are done at the same time and could be done in less than an hour for all the code resets.
Excellent experience having body work done. The entire body shop staff was was very friendly and accommodating. The cost was a little higher than other body shops but the quality of work was top rate and worth every penny. The work was completed a day earlier than the earliest estimated date. Couldnt be happier with the experience.

Bill Black Cadillac has a fantastic service department. We had an issue with our GMC Yukon XL Denali 200+ miles from home, and Bill Black Cadillac saved the day. From start to finish, their service team kept me informed and delivered fast, quality service. They went out of their way to get my family back on the road and headed back to Virginia. If we lived in the Greensboro area, I would use them exclusively for service on my GM vehicles.
Went to get fob programmed. Left got to my destination cut truck off. Tried to recrank it, nothing! Had to have it towed back to Bill Black. They discovered my starter was locked, fixed it and I am back on the road!
300 dollar condenser Ac went out want almost 1700.00 to fix said there was no warranty to cover this problem .had problems with these silverodes only sounds like factory problem but the hell with us they got there money

This was not the first place I shopped for a new Chevy but it was the last. Best price we could find anywhere in the area, and no games or gimmicks. BB has a reputation as an older, more traditional dealer and not as the kind of place where you get DEALS DEALS DEALS ON THOUSANDS OF NEW CARS (ie Labonte or Parks).I was pleased with the entire experience from the staff to the inventory. We walked out paying thousands less than we would have elsewhere. If I find myself shopping for a Chevrolet product in the future, Ill be going straight back here.
Unfortunately my recent visit was not the excellent service that I normally experienced.The first person I would give a A.The last person, the one that took my $$$ was impatient and rude. No eye to eye contact, no smile, didnt even give me time to look at the bill. My fee went from $50 to $65.00 just for a oil change/ tire rotation. What???It really didnt bother me about the price change. Mainly because these are the front line workers in the Covid19. They are deserving of an increase.But to give my $$$ to a RUDE person furiates me.Nevertheless, Like our former First Lady, Michelle Obama says They go low, We go HIGH! So with a smile I gave my $$.I will go back because of the Servicemen that service my car!Always EXCELLENT work with a SMILE!
Well this was a rather terrible experience! My vehicle was scheduled in for routine drivetrain maintenance and vibration concerns on a Tuesday. Billy whom was the service rep seem to communicate rather poorly. I was asked to ride with the technician to simulate the issue with my vehicle. The technician told me that he would get on my vehicle the next morning. My vehicle sat for a few days without being touched due to the technician being sick. I talked with Ben who was a service manager and was informed that my vehicle would be serviced first thing Friday morning and he would then drive it himself to diagnose the vibrations. Well after all this I only received a transmission flush. With my vehicle being all wheel drive you would think that a ASE certified technician would check the differential and transfer case! I forgot to mention that I paid for a rental for the days which I thought my vehicle was being serviced. To some it up my vehicle was never diagnosed and repaired. Lawrence who’s a Service manager admitted that this was terrible service! What a waist of time and money!
This place is a joke. They have alot of overpriced vehicles. The salesmen will talk sweet on the phone about good deals. As, you arrive the story is totally different. I prefer you look elsewhere for a good deal on a used vehicle.

I usually have pretty good experiences at this dealership, that is why I choose to go here when I can go so many other places. We make ours appointments for 8:30 AM so I can drop the car off on my way to work and then pick it up on my way home around 5/5:30 PM. I can usually slide in and out that way. However, this time, my car wasnt done when I got here around 5 PM. I just wanted my tire checked for a slow leak, and it was there for almost 9 hours. It wasnt even started. After being at work all day and thinking I could just pay and leave (like usual), I had to wait for my car to be looked at. After waiting, I was later told to go out front so my car could be pulled around. After 10 minutes of waiting outside, someone came out and told me to come back in and told the short cut. Well, the short cut was that I had to drive my car out of the garage myself. It also wasnt cleaned out - it still had the floor mat, tags, and junk thats usually taken out at the end of a service appointment. I received extremely poor service this time around, and it makes me question if I want to return.
My 2015 nissan altima was a total loss in a car wreck. I had a option to choose this place and im glad I did. My body shop consultant Jesse Gwynn was the best. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He also made sure that the car was taken care of thanks for a great experience.

Terrible experience with their service division. They told me that my vehicle had a timing chain issue (which could cost anywhere from $1500 to $3500). This estimate sounded ridiculous and the dealer has a terrible reputation for ripping people off. I heard about Smith Automotive, took it to them and they fixed it for $700. I asked Cadillac to give me a refund if I found out that they had misdiagnosed my vehicle, and they declined my request. The purpose of a diagnosis is to figure out what is wrong with the issue so I felt that it was unfair for them to not be willing to give the refund for their mistake. If you have an issue with your car, take it to Smith Automotive. They are honest, reasonablepeople who broke off from Cadillac because they did not like the way they did business. I will go to Smith Automotive whenever I have any issue with my vehicle and I hope anyone who sees this review does the same.
