From both Aaron’s to Ahmad to upper management these guys did an awesome job helping me through the car buying process. I went to the Chrysler Dodge place after my sister saw a Jeep like the one I wanted. She spoke with the Salesman Alex he was as working on Saturday, we came by the late evening. He had two 2019 Jeep’s available. I looked at each of the them and was able to test drive my favorite. The experience was wonderful and Alex answered all questions I had and some after I purchased my vehicle.

I was happy with my salesman Kevin. He was polite and helped find what I was looking for. The manager was hard to work with. The volume knob in the truck was broken and would not work as well as the defrost button and power button to the radio. I asked to have this looked at and he said no way it was an easy fix, Going to cost me around 600 to have the unit replaced, I would just replace knob but there is a panel behind that is connected and it all has to be replaced to fix it. Also the air filter was just hanging on it had been ripped. They did offer to take 100 dollars off the price instead of fixing so I am good there. Also oil was due to be changed in 200 miles when I purchased and the manager said no to changing the oil also when spending $20,000 plus on a vehicle I think an oil change is not to much to ask for. Overall I think they could have taken the time to fix the other issue before selling or be more honest about what the actual problem was after having their service team look at it. Kevin was great I would use and buy from him again. The truck mechanically is sound and has no issues. I also have yet to receive my tag and we are going on 34 days today. I called and was told this is normal with DMV back log and that I would receive a citation for it even though my temporary registration has expired. I am hoping this is correct information because I if I get a ticket for it it will be based on the information I was given on Aug 21, 2021 when I called and spoke to the sales department. I do love my truck and it is in over all good condition minus the items mentioned here which have mostly been corrected by me since purchase. What will keep me from coming back was the interaction with the manager I had when asking to have these items corrected at time of purchase.

What can I say after 28 days of buying a 2019 dodge challenger with only 46,000 miles check engine light tpms light and other light came on took it back to them to get it fix and of course they came out saying I need to purchase a battery for them to diagnose it my answer to that was battery is under warranty but steal they told me it not since it had over 36k yet I took it to a close auto parts store and battery is good know I feel that they want to to help my in this situation I feel like I been scam by them for the reasons that I stuck with a car that is not Functuating like it supposed to and a $25,000 bill

Great customer service! Kevin Moore was my car salesman, he meant me in the lot while I was just looking around. He was very professional and even helped me with my 1 yr old. I ended up getting the car that I wanted due to his persistence and unwillingness to allow me to walk out unhappy. He set up my Uconnect and everything else in the car. If I could give 1million stars, I would! I will forever be a customer.

Not recommended. I decided to bring my truck here for service and a minor recall. After dropping it off, the service staff made excuses, refused to answer the phones or provide updates. When you are there, nearly every service person was playing on their cell phone, while their desk phones where ringing and not being answered.Not knowing it would go this way, I dropped the truck off at 7am on a Tuesday. The service “advisor” said they would let me know around lunch that day. They didn’t even touch it until late Wednesday. Wednesday they tried to say they didn’t find the issue and after I explained to them, again, how to reproduce the issue they did find something wrong. That took me telling the actual mechanics - not taking to a service “advisor” who barely pays attention in the first place. That meant that they needed to keep the truck longer.I don’t know about everyone else but I need my truck for work. I would have rather them just tell me they would have it a few days versus me trying to figure out every day if I needed to go pick it up or find another way to get to work. They had no vehicles to borrow and I had to get an Uber there and get the General Manager involved before they took it seriously.Even their own staff elsewhere in the building (sales staff) say that everyone complains about the service staff and often times end up answering phone calls of people calling sales trying to get someone to actually help with service. The service manager was no where to be found the days my truck was there, which he may have had something going on but the GM should be on top of things while he is out.From now on, I’ll go anywhere else. If you have time to waste, you do you.

I had some unforeseen issues with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and was able to easily trade it in and purchase another newer vehicle. Aaron in sales was such a pleasure to work with, listening to what I wanted while also being extremely personable. It was also great working with Ahmed in finance, who helped make the entire process smooth, simple, and friendly. I also wanted to add that Curtis in service was very responsive and kept me updated frequently on the status of my vehicle, although I ultimately traded it in rather than have it repaired.

So I had the pleasure of getting my new ride from this establishment. Let me tell you I was honestly scared to venture out to get a newer car but I knew it was what I needed. Im so happy that I came here. I worked with Isa. And as soon as I walked in she was a pleasure to work with. SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. Thanks so much. Oh yeah also its a lightskin guy that works there kinda sit close to where the financial office is and he is a nice lil joy as well. At first these people were great. Now I have discovered that what they verbally presented me with was lies after I was required to resign documents. Didn’t know that until I got my pay off balance from after I talked to where I have my loan at. Christian Hicks is nice but the rest of the people there do not help you. Do not purchase from here.

I never fill out these types of surveys, but I feel compelled to do so in this case because Kevin Moore did such a fantastic job. He truly was outstanding!! This was the easiest and most professional car buying experience I have ever had. We had done our research ahead of time, and your dealership had the Cherokee that we wanted. When I called the dealership, I asked Kevin to confirm that the price on the internet was the true price of the vehicle and that it met all of the specifications we were looking for. He did, and so I told him we were on our way down from Virginia to buy the vehicle. When we arrived, Kevin had already arranged for the car to be washed and ready to go. We looked over the Cherokee and took it for a quick test drive. While we were gone, Kevin arranged for all of the financing and paperwork to be completed. He explained fully and in detail how everything worked on the Jeep, while also keeping in mind we wanted to get back to Virginia as quickly as possible. Our total time in your dealership was LESS THAN 2 HOURS! But, yet, I didnt feel rushed in any way. I think this was all due to Kevins competence, professionalism, and diligence. I really cant say enough about how incredible he was...and, like I said, I never fill out these kinds of surveys. But, I wanted to in this case so that the management at Crown Jeep knows how good of a salesman Kevin is!!

Gerri is a very personable guy.I was not planning on buying yesterday. I was nervous about my credit and was going to go to my credit union next week to see what they could do.Gerri put me at ease and just worked with me throughout the whole process. He was so encouraging about this transaction being one of many great things to happen. He should also be a motivational speaker!The finance guy was nice too (kind of hurried - but nice)!I will be a resident of Greensboro when my job relocates next in August, and I intend to refer everyone to Gerri.He also said I can keep being a part of the family by regularly keeping the car healthy by coming to the maintenance area.I haven’t even moved yet but feel like I have new friends already.Thank you so much.

The service gets worse every time I go in this place. I went exactly 2 weeks ago from today had a 945 appointment for a simple alignment and I did not leave out of there until after 3 and that was only because I went up and asked the advisor what was taking so long. Of course they hit you with you cant get this done before you can get the alignment done. They sent that through a text for approval and said you can text or call this number for questions or updates. First off I text the guy and he never responded back. If my car is going to be there for a long time I would appreciate a heads up so I can make arrangements for someone to pick me up since they didnt bother telling anyone the shuttle was running either. I will not be going back unless I specifically have to. Last and certainly not least I dont even know if they did the alignment my car is still pulling to the left. Every time I go I feel like they dont do the repairs correctly.

The experience at Crown in purchasing our Jeep Wrangler has been extremely memorable and helpful. We started off with our salesman Kevin, then talked with Juan, and ended with Mo over in finance. This trio were fantastic. I cannot say enough complimentary things about them. We were there for quite some time (5 hours) and we had our daughter with us, and they were so accommodating to her - bringing her pizza and snacks. They went above and beyond to be friendly with not only me and my husband, but our daughter as well. We really appreciated the effort they made.They were great with dealing with the financial aspects of purchasing our Jeep. Kevin was able to show us the car in our price range. Juan was able to get a great deal, including (but not limited to) BUMPER TO BUMPER COVERAGE for the duration of our financing. He really pushed through, while also being direct and honest with us. Cancelled first service appointment without notifying me, because they didnt have a loaner vehicle or a shuttle driver. Rescheduled appointment and was notified upon arrival that once again confirmed loaner vehicle was not available. I rearranged my day to eliminate the need for a loaner vehicle and waited for the shuttle. They couldnt diagnose anything wrong with my vehicle and said they were sending the shuttle to pick me back up if I was available. It took over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Time I couldnt work and had to wait for them. Dealership might be fine but the service department doesnt value their customers time.

I was actually disappointed with my experience at this location. My jeep wrangler had to be towed to the dealership. The next day I received a phone call and they could not locate my vehicle even though they had the information from the tow company. They asked for my license plate and details about my jeep so it could be located. And then said they would call back which they did not. Only sent information by text. They actually fixed the issue quickly and and I was able to pick it up the following day. But when I arrived for pickup they could not find my key. I waited almost 30 minutes until they found it. I payed my bill with no explanation of the issues. Then found out when I got home my after market running board was not working. It was working fine before the vist and during the tow. Now its almost impossible to get a return phone call to deal with the problem. I want be back for any service at this location.

At the beginning I asked for oil change. When I arrived I was recommended to have tire rotation too, and I said yes please have that done too. I was then told it will be about 1 hour to 1.5 h before it is done. I waited for almost two hours, then at the check out i was told only the oil change was done. They said they can take it back to do tire rotation real quick for me, and I said yes. It then took them another 50 minutes to get the tire rotation done for me. The whole process was really frustrating. I dont want to blame anyone there though. There was one person who seems really busy and everyone else was not doing much. I dont want to blame that person because he seems he could use some help.

My 2019 Rebel Ram was misfiring badly and had a check engine light while I was visiting family in Greensboro. My home dealer is in Roanoke and I needed a quick turn around on getting it looked at and repaired. After calling the other guys who wouldn’t give me an appointment that wasn’t a month out the folks at Crown hooked me right up with same day service. It was a warranty repair and they turned it around in two days! Super service department, they kept me informed both through the app and with daily calls. If I lived in Greensboro Crown would be my dealer!

It took 6 trips and 3 different tries and close to $1400 to get my Jeep fixed, and the service advisor acted like it was standard business and never apologized or acted like he really cared. Ive finally learned my lesson from this dealership to never to go back and spend my money. And If Im ask if I would recommend this dealership to anyone I will sure tell them about my experiences.

This place is HORRIBLE!! my wife called to make an appointment to have some recalls fixed on my truck. The person on the phone was so nice and promised us a rental truck so we could leave our truck and still get other things done. (we know they surely are never in a hurry and there was like 5 recalls to fix). Well when we get there for our appointment, the nice went out the window! The guy says its unfortunate that we woke up early and drove 40 minutes one way to get here for our appointment but we dont have vehicles here Well why did they tell us everything was set up 4 days before?? BEYOND FURIOUS!! They need a zero on this rating!

Poor experience in my opinion. Had my car towed in two weeks ago, got no real communication or update the entire time. No one ever answered the phone or replied to texts and calls. Trying to communicate about payment/warranty details through Chrysler customer service and they can’t even get information back from the dealership. My car is fixed and I appreciate their work, but the customer service could be so much better.

Watch out for the service guys here especially Aaron. I called to schedule a appointment for a pre purchase vehicle inspection on a Dodge Ram 4500 he said I didn’t need an appointment to just come in and ask for him it’ll cost 350 dollars and it’ll be done within 2 hours . I called another dealership (kernersville Chrysler dodge jeep ram in High point ) they said the inspection would cost 129 dollars plus taxes for that vehicle but they couldn’t get me in the day I needed so when I got there I asked another guy working in the service department how much it is and he said 160 plus taxes when I insisted that was the price to Aaron he said he couldn’t get me in but then when I offered to pay 300 he acted like he made some calls then got me in and done in 1 hour and still charged me 320 plus taxes . So either the whole dealership is in on the scheme or he’s making extra money on the side .

What an amazing experience. My daughter and I were forced to detour from our college visit road trip when the alternator in our Dodge Journey went out. Being from Cincinnati, we feared the delay would be at least a few days. When we arrived, Curtis Tate took point and he along with his team had us back on the road in about 18 hours. I use to take my jeep there to get oil changes and all. They have always accepted my coupons from other places on a matching value. I recently went (3/3021) and they refused to accept my coupon and told me it would cost almost $90 out the door for a standard oil change. Needless to say my jeep and I left! I now take my jeep to the Jeep Guys in Greensboro and they do the same thing and its their coupon for $19.95. Being away from the dealership just helps me from buying a new Jeep sooner. OK we understand dealerships charge more but at least complete the project. Nothing was fixed so literally paying over $400 for a oil change and air conditioner diagnostic/ fix but AC still dont work because you never found the leaks (second quote when I returned 1,000 labor/1,000 parts) so we had to take the car to another shop for them to FIND leak and complete what you were supposed to complete for half the price and still certified parts with warranty. Dodge needs to really look into the management and repair group at this dealership. People are already suffering due to a pandemic why continue to take and take take! Btw- then you quote a higher price just to fix what you miss! Wow! Unbelievable! I will never purchase from Dodge again! Durham nor Greensboro ! Both have been consistently Insubordinate...Bottom line we wasted $400 at your shop and only spent 700 at the next place for what you said would be $2000. Unbelievable. By the way thanks for the $50 off that should have never been charged early on. Wow

My wife & I considered trading our 2020 Cherokee for a 2021 Grand Cherokee. After speaking to a sales person we decided to wait. A finance manager came over & boastfully assured & guaranteed us that he was capable of & would get a deal done to fit our allotted budget. Fast forward… We were approved, but the monthly payments would be 33% higher than our agreement… 33%. This was similar to & reminiscent of the old bait and switch tactic… one star for attention!

Scheduled service for Friday morning at 8:15. Drop the car off Thursday night and when we called Friday morning they said we were not even in their system and had to wait for the service manager to get in to find out what was going on. Finally was able to pick up the car later in the day but I had to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to see if the car was eventually ready.

Horrible place to buy a car. My car has had issues since I bought the car. I took it back to have it looked at in the first 30 days and they wouldnt look at it. The car fax is false. I have emailed and emailed and no emails back. When I call they are fast to get me to the right department then they find out who I am Im on hold for ever. I keep telling them I just want they problems fixed that was there from the first day I bought the car. I feel like they dont care about the safety of my family I will never buy a car there again

We brought a fleet vehicle for inspection and recall. They did a $100 dealership inspection and not the state inspection and charged my employee in stead of billing the fleet service. We are still working on getting refunded through the fleet service, not the dealership as they refused. It could have been much easier or a sincere apology would have gone a long way.Came back again with my own car, great service like I usually get. Diagnostic fee has gone up. In and out quick, nice staff and facilities.

Very impressed with Aaron...and Crown Dodge. I asked to have my Dodge 2500 serviced... needed new Fuel filters and oil oil change and asked him if it could be done before I left for the beach... I could see they were incredibly busy and Aaron got it done before the timeline we discussed. Zero Stars. If youre going to let my 2021 fully loaded JEEP Rubicon Gladiator with 3k miles on it sit in the front of your dealership for a week without working servicing it, after we made an appointment due to every warning light going off in it, then you can at least put a for sale sign on it so I can get my money back on a Jeep that doesnt work. Your service was horrible.
