I loved my experience at this beautiful store. I was able to find beautiful Indian dresses for a reasonable price with the best quality! The lady, Dee, is also very nice and helpful. The jewelry there is beautiful as well, I was able to find new and unique designs.

The lady who works the store (Dee) is extremely rude and tries to body shame people that come in there to potentially spend money. Unfortunately believe that she is impartial to black people. I only came in this store cause my daughter likes to get her brows done here but she acts as if you will steal something and just assumes things about your purchases before she asks questions. She also asked us if we had enough money on our cards. Very rude and very discriminatory. Do NOT shop at this store. Horrible experience

Magic brows are the worst. This was my first and last time coming here. There’s nothing magic about the brows. My brows were naturally thick I requested that they remain thick and just cleaned up a bit. Once she was finished my eyebrows were thin. I never had to fill in my brows with makeup now I have to start. Do not go here.

I went in with very thick long brows. I asked for my eyebrows to remain thick and long with a small shape up. She took off too much of my brows and then brought out the scissors. I don’t believe that she listened to my instructions at all. I do not suggest you go here if you like your brows full and properly arched.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. She was so nice and explained the process and suggested how to make my eyebrows grow. We will definitely be going back!

The lady who work there is not professional . Telling me to cut the hair her ways. When I told her I want my hair cut in step-cut only she was not able to cut she make my haircut so bad one side of my hairs are short and other is too long totally disappointed . And while having hair cut she had another customer she just finished so quickly that she didn’t check my hair how they look my hair look so bad after haircut please don’t cut your hairs there .

I absolutely love Bollywood I travel and hour a half to go here. And would drive it again the ladies in there are so cool, so nice so helpful. They went out of their way to help me. If you want something different, beautiful and classic Bolly this is the place to go! Thank you for a great experience you are everything I was looking for

Please DO NOT go to this store! My mom was in the store looking for clothing, while my sister in law and I parked the car. As we enter the store we see lady that worked there (forgot to ask- maybe the owner), yelling at my mom to step out side the store in the cold so she can use the bathroom. I really feel that’s highly not professional, especially to an elderly lady. Not only is this poor customer service, but did she think we were back home to Just randomly kick people out the store to use the bathroom. I mean does she not have a camera in the store? I mean why doesn’t she employe others for her breaks? We will not tolerate this kind of behavior. I own a business in Chicago and I could have never done this to a customer. Please obtain some type of structure we are not in South Asia and being inhumane is just not acceptable.

I absolutely LOVE the lady that does eyebrows in the back of the store! Im pretty sure her name is See. I was so so afraid to get my brows threaded because of a past experience I had. But my experience here was awesome! It was clean, calm, and peaceful!! And as far as the pain from the threading there was NONE at all! She was super gentle! I will never ever again get my brows waxed!

The lady there is very rude, tells you your size before considering who you’re buying for, tells you that you’re a big person too big for their clothes and watches you like you’re going to steal anything. I hope this place shuts down finally and someone reopens a better boutique.

I went there to thread my eyebrows and it was well done. The women who works there is nice and respectful. I guess I will be a regular customer at Bollywood fashion for threading.

I walked into this store with eyebrows that have never been done or touched. I asked her if she would outline my eyebrows first so I can have an idea of what her work would look like. She said she would outline them like I asked her to. But she proceeded to thread my eyebrows like she wanted to and didnt outline them like I asked her to. Once she was done with the first eyebrow I looked in the mirror and told her it was too thin. She then proceeded to tell me thin is good arch is good everybody like arch. When I left this store I almost had a breakdown! I barely had eyebrows! They were way too thin and they ruined my life.

Just what it says, Bollywood fashion, loads of colorful India dresses. Clean, quite, well laid out, with a nice salesperson to help you with your selections.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Threading service is horrible and each time you come out with cuts on your face. It is better to pay some extra money and get good service at other places.

Worst experience of my life!!! I got my eyebrows done there yesterday using thread. And what started off as thick eyebrows ended in a few hairs left on my face. She literally removed half of my eyebrows and was super rude about it. After I specifically asked for just a simple clean up, she removes most of the hair. Removes my shape and everything. Worst customer service ever. Never go there ever. If youre looking for cheap quality clothes, horrible service and also unskilled eyebrow threading this is your place. I warn all.

The best collection of South Asian clothes in the NC and prices are great too!! I was very impressed with the collection, better than Charlotte and Raleigh. I am so glad I found this place.

Was really really very pathetic experience...I would highly recommend pls don’t not go there.....the lady is so rude insensible inexperience...she doesn’t know how to talk to a costumer n also very bad at her work ..I was telling her at the starting only what I want n how I want my eyebrows but the insensible lady continue doing her work without asking n all false thinking telling while doing n was telling me m professional I know my job.....n lastly ended with all messed up work with my eyebrows... I would have given zero star but it’s not there 😡😡😡😡

I do not recommend going here. The lady is very rude and I just recently made a shalwar kameez here for a wedding and she did not give me the quality that I wanted and I believe that she used another fabric rather than my own. Do not go here and find a better place.

Horrible eyebrow service. She went way too fast and cut me in several places. Did not care when I told her to slow down. Also ruined my shape and made my eyebrows too thin. Would rather pay the extra money and go somewhere with better service.

Went to get eyebrows done here and the woman over charged me on purpose. She has a huge banner hanging from parking lot for $5 eyebrow threading special and charged $7 when she was finished. I will NEVER go back here! They are CROOKS! If you have sign for $5 it should be $5 and not charging $7.
