I went in here a couple days ago just looking for an outfit and the people working where extremely helpful. They gave great opinions for me and really helped me pick the one I liked the best. When I got to the register to pay, my card kept declining. The person at the register was very helpful, tried fixing the situation and gave me other solutions which eventually helped me get my card to work again. I will definitely come back to this store, they have great customer service paired with the great clothes and shoes they sell!

The lady there told me I could return the shoes before 14 days. I went over there & tried to get my money back & next you know they said I could only exchange or do a store credit thing only. Highly disappointed!!!! It was the employees fault & I still can’t get my money back.

Walked in found a shoe we liked stood there while the staff talked to friends and not one person offered to help so left and headed to foot locker. Didnt find the shoe we needed there but customer service was great at FL.

If youre going to have a sale that says 2 for $40 YOU NEED TO MEAN IT. I tried to purchase 4 pairs of the cargo shorts and when I went to check out I was told that only two of the pairs were on sale. But yet, they all were located on the same shelf in front of one sign that said 2 for $40. Then I was told that 2 of the same color shorts were not on sale together because they were different sizes. I only go to this store every once in a while, and its usually the same craps, poor customer service, and misleading information.

They have a variety of shoes you will like, sometimes the prices are high. They also have sales, just keep checking and the shoe you like might be the shoe on sale.

Great staff, good selection

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Employees are very rude and misleading. I bought a pair of Jordans and tried them on in the store. They were tight and the employee told me that they were stiff because they were new and to give it a little time and that I had 7 days to return them. I took them home and wore them for 30 minutes in my house but they were still tight. When I tried to take them back, I explained this to both the employee and assistant manager that were there the next day, and they told me I could not return shoes that were worn. Needless to say, I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot fit because of one of their own employees misleading cooments just to sell a pair of shoes.

This is not a professional store and definitely not an environment to bring children. The music that was playing as well as the TYPE of music is not conducive to people shopping outside of the trap house. If I as a parent do not introduce my children to derogatory music, they should not be subjected to it when our shopping. Needless to say I will not be entering this store to spend my money and will advise other not to as well.

Everytime I go in this store Im dealing with major attitude either from the employees or customers. My boys and I were just in Sunday July 31 buying back to school shoes and we had to ask serveral times for help then a customer was showing off at counter which my 12 and 14 year old boy both witnessed. I wish management would be a little more concerned, being a manager myself attitude would not be tolerated on my floor or someone would not have a job. Clean this up management . This could be a great store a 5 star place, but needs alot of help.

I went in Jimmy Jazz because I was looking for shoes but 2 associates walked right by me and never asked if I needed help. I was obviously in need of help because I have never been in the store. Needless to say..I walked out and gave my business to Finishline. I will never go to this store again at least not this location.Note to staff: dont pre-judge potential customers. My money spends like anyone elses.

My experience with this store as always is horrible. Today I went into the store and seen they had baseball jerseys that were 49.99 well that is what the sign said. So Lonte Smith who is the assistant manger told me that his employee didnt take the sign down which had nothing to do with me. Lonte Smith called his Manager Nikia George who I personally think was rude basically told me oh well she not giving me the jersey for 49.99 instead she can only give me 15% off. The price signs are all wrong in the store and unorganized. Not only is it unorganized its false advertisement. I suggest you all need to get new employees and management who really cares for your store.

They do not greet you what so ever when you enter the store. No matter how busy or slow they are they will NOT GREET or even give you a smile. 0 customer service it’s ridiculous. Makes you not want to shop here.

For such a wide selection it just doesnt really have a variety of clothing types.
