I work here so this is kinda like a second home to me. I love the garden center, the pin wheels, the $1 checkout candy, lemonade, and etc. 🌻🌈💖

Prices not on sale items. Scanning with my phone did not provide pricing. Employee said everything was priced but would not go with me to see problem. Left without buying anything.

One of the more low-quality Walmart locations in Greensboro. Sure they may have what you need, but selection is limited, and the store is disorganized. They do have a grocery with decent🌽🍎🍅🥦 produce, 🍖🥓meat, 🍞 bread, and frozen foods. They also have an okay pharmacy, toy department, electronics, home and garden, and automotive. They do have ♿ handicap accessible aisles, parking and 🚻 restrooms.

I love this place, I saw several species of aliens there. Check out my photo i took...I really did see them there.

Staff there are very nice, they will let you know about any product you are looking for.

North main walmart in high point, and the one in thonasville, are the worst. Associates act like its too much work to answer your question or assist you with finding a item or getting it out of the shelf. Same goes to management. Poor management with bad attitudes both managers and crew need more training.

Walmart is one store that I can find anything that on my list. Great prices and the quality also.if you need anything you sure can trust that Walmart has it .

Rosalind, in a very rude way, told us (about 6 people in line) at 5:10 PM that Customer Service was closed because they were short handed. At this moment I told her that I was seeing 3 associates (her and 2 more) in front of me and she said this doesn’t work here, that either and I have to go and have lunch. I asked her wether CS will open after her lunch and she said NO. Why? she answered BECAUSE. Game over. Before leaving, I asked her what time CS usually closes at. She answered at 10:00PM. What a lunch she was going to have today.

Employees are well trained and nice ppl. Lines are not that long. Well stocked shelves and plenty of parking

Came here for the 1st time and came straight to the deli just to get a half pd of turkey sandwich meat, waited 20 minutes for someone to serve me while there was 2 supervisors standing around just talking about nothing that had to do with their job while they just watch us stand there. No good customer service at all at the deli thanks to these to supervisors. They should be demoted.

The store is convenient and has many departments such as grocery, clothing, decor, outdoor supplies, etc. They seem to have some difficulty keeping the grocery side stocked so it is not uncommon for them not to have what youre looking for. That is a bit frustrating. The staff is 50/50 as far as being friendly, helpful and courteous. I appreciate those that manifest good customer service.

The store has improved a great deal it is cleaner service is better at one time I preferred any other store but recently you can tell that someone is managing that store very well smells better looks cleaner more organized I am impressed by the change in all around customer service Thank You!

This is one of the largest and oldest SUPER centers in Greensboro NC. I USE it almost exclusively for my shopping needs because I am handicapped and need to be able to locate the things that I use without having to wander around excessively. Overall its very clean. They do tend to rearrange things periodically. So that messes me up. But I just can ask a staff person. Its all about how you approach someone. Ive never really had any bad experiences there. AND bonus round.. theres a pond between the parking lot and W. Wendover Rd... theres a flock of Canadian geese THAT have decided to make their homes in the Sunny South of lovely NC now..so if you like wildlife.. you can enjoy the sight of little baby birds in the spring time... yyyyaaayyy!! Just be sure and watch out where you are stepping if you know what I mean....it will mean a little bit of a long walk into the store from there..but hey... how can you combine Nature and shopping these days! Amiright?

Went to Walmart in Greensboro NC Store#01824 yesterday & upon exiting around 12:10 pm the greeter screamed put your mask on. I wasnt sure whether she was yelling at me. The front sign states masks are recommended not mandatory. There was no reason to yell at customers in this manner. It was humiliating!!In addition the shelves were empty the bathrooms filthy the parking lot had numerous filthy masks on the ground. Kind of hypocritical. As a long time customer I will now shop elsewhere where paying customers are treated with respect.

Fun interactions with the staff. Good prices and easy to find products I need. Wish there were more manned checkout stations. I dont appreciate having to check myself out.

Only ever have self checkouts and one 20 items or less line open. Must get your own cart from the parking lot because they are never stocked inside. Produce is often terrible and store rarely stocked. Tried to use grocery pickup and ordered my groceries for a 5pm pickup at 11am that morning. At 5pm I was told the pickup was delayed. I waited until almost closing and never received an update. The order remained unfulfilled. Contacted customer service to cancel and after being given the run around I still have not been refunded 5 days later and the charge was posted to my account for groceries I never received. I have had the worst experiences at this Walmart.

I steer clear of this Walmart at all costs. Their parking is horrible, their customer service desk makes their own rules about returns, their baskets are always broken, if they even have any in the breezeway. There have been several occasions where I have had to walk deep into the parking lot to find a subpar basket. In addition, the demographic of the customers is less than to be desired which might contribute to the way the store operates. I will drive 6 miles to go to the location on Battleground before I go here unless I absolutely have to. Stay away.

Yesterday 29 August 2021 around 1800,my friends and I went to buy a camera. There was this lady that works at the electronic area. She opened the storage for the cameras and feels like she was rush us. I asked how much was the camera and she did not bother to respond. The whole time she was does not look in the mood of working. We got so uncomfortable and decided not to purchase. Bought a 70 TV had to get it to front of store by myself! No associate asked if they could help! Was checked out and asked for a cart and help to get it out of store and help loading!! Waited 15-20 minutes with no response!! Ended up picking up TV by myself to carry it out !! Never got any assistance with carrying it or loading!! Went back in to talk with a manager and waited another 15 minutes! And seemed as if they had no clue as to who should be helping customer service!! At the rate Wal-Mart is going I see more customers being injured or waiting for someone to help at least an hour or more to get out of store!!

I hate this store. The employees are very rude and inefficient. Never said Hello and think you. Need a good training.

Today was a disappointment. Shelves empty, LOTS of families buying everything, 2 cashiers, self checkout down. They were trying to pull stockers from the floor but they were overhead fussing loudly how they were expected to get their stock out, run a register, answer customers, and clock out on time with the manager telling them theyll get in trouble if they dont finish what they were assigned to do. Finally got to check out, cashier was fuming about she was supposed to get off almost an hour before but she didnt have anyone to relieve her and she couldnt afford to walk out. She also couldnt afford to continue paying extra for childcare when she cant get off on time. So sad... Im not going there about the state of the ladies restroom. 😲 Wow! We are really in a worker shortage. I wish I was still able to work. I was excited/encouraged to see an older lady named Cynthia operating a register! Security was having a conversation with a loud customer nearby and was trying to quickly escort them out. Was able to whisper to her Ill keep her in prayer for her safety. Senior Power!!!👍🏾

It was good there were many people in there cause they have so much of what you need

They have everything that most Walmarts have, but I rate it only four stars because sometimes it seems to me they have not enough wait staff. I was there one day couple months ago late, about half an hour before closing, and they had shut down the self-service and there was a line of like 50 or 60 people waiting to be served by only like two cashiers. I dont know if thats usual for them or not.

Its a Walmart... Generally pretty well kept. Today it was messy, because it was the first day of school. There were huge lines, because they only had two registers open. They didnt open the self check out either. Sorry, but thats silly. The first day of school is going to be busy and you need to have more people manning the stations or at least let people check themselves out.

Im not a person that usually writes reviews. But this was the worse delivery experience Ive ever had. I waited 17 days to get a treadmill I ordered from Walmart. Walmart uses a company called **Pilot Freight Services* to deliver their heavy items. It arrived 5 days late, and the box looked like a forklift driver intentionally dropped the box over and over again. It looked like the box was carelessly punctured with the forks. Despite wanting the treadmill badly, the box was so bad I had to refuse it. I waited to see if I would get a call from a Pilot rep apologizing for the condition of the box. That didnt happen. I feel very disrespected. I took off work early to be home to receive the delivery, just to send it back. I will make sure I go to ever company they have a contract with, and let them know how Pilot is treating the customers they get sent to them. Ive alread filed a complaint with Walmart. Words are powerful, and Ill make sure I share my experience on ever social media platform. **Be cautious if you plan to buy something thats heavy from Walmart online that needs to be delivered.

Quick and easy visit. Plenty of employees on the floor to help me find what I was looking for, and the items were low priced for the quality. I even found something else I bought on impulse.

Parking was crazy but i found what i needed very quickly once i got i the store.

This is a big one and right by SAMS Club with the fuel station. No real issues, just glad I didnt have to drive far to get low prices.

You would think its Walmart your going to get typical Walmart service where its hard to get in and out.. no! Ive never ever been to a store like this. It was awful. There was no air in the place. Workers moved like they were zombies and couldnt move. A slug could beat them in a race. The store was dirty. Come on Greensboro you can do much better.

Im a bounty hunter so I picked up the wife and hit Walmart. I still had on my vest and gun on . Went in and they treated me like I was going to rob them. Will never go back again. And its not like they could have stopped me if they tried. Lol ...smh

Occasionally youd get surprised because the items might be rung up at a different price than what you saw on the shelves. If the price seems too good to be true, check the barcode to see whether its in the right place. Some employees are nice and helpful while others seem annoyed that you ask for help. The merchandize gets moved around all the time so you would end up wasting time looking for your regular items. Using the app to check whether an item is in stock isnt always reliable.

Professional and courteous staff. Had my pickup order loaded in my car in a reasonable time.

Had a return (from a purchase 2 weeks earlier through the Walmart Pickup), and the lady at the customer service counter started treating me like I was a thief because she couldnt get the item to scan with the receipt. So I showed her where the item was clearly right there on the receipt, and she shushed me like I was ignorant and she didnt want to hear it because I was clearly lying and just trying to con her or something. She finally called another worker over who quickly pointed out the item on the register and showed her that all she had to do if the barcode wasnt working was to click on the item right on front of her. Barcode error solved. Oh look. I wasnt trying to con her after all.Thank you sane customer service lady at the next register. There was way too long a line that day for everyone to be held up for several minutes while the worker I had treated me like I was lying because the barcode wasnt scanning properly. Hoping I never have to do a return with that lady again. Maybe she just needs more training in customer service (and using the register) before shes actually allowed to work in customer service? But, I guess everyone is so short-handed on employees right now that they probably dont have much of a choice other than to employ people with adverse attitudes in the customer service department. So I guess I probably should cut Walmart some slack. After all, the other worker there was great.

This is the Best walmart in Greensboro, it has the largest and widest selection of items. The shelves arent tore apart as other walmarts in greensboro are. The normally have most of the items they carry in stock, even the app is actually accurate for this wal mart. I drive across town to go to this wal mart and i love 6 mins from a different wal mart

Convenience to most hotels is the only good thing about this Walmart. They always have only 3 or less registers open. Always some homeless person or crack head outside asking for money. When you try to make a complaint to one of the managers they could care less. This Walmart has been the location of multiple different crimes. They should have shut this store down years ago but somehow it manages to stay open. Walmart corporate really needs to come to this store and teach their managers how to do their jobs

I just had the same exact problem at Customer Service and the previous poster ( Pekos Lama.) Greeters didnt tell us there CS was closed so we were rudely informed of this by a CSM. I then tried having a conversation as to whether a manager could do this and was told there was no manager on duty (which I highly doubt.) During this conversation the cashier at the tobacco station started interrupting and I proclaimed can you please wait until Im done to which she replied Shes MY MANAGER and I can talk to her! Ive never been to a Wal-Mart that didnt have at least one CS rep at the station. Mind you all of this happened at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon.

As big as it is, is kind of a bit frustrating to know where merchandise are. Also, if you go there during busy hours, be prepared to do some waiting. But overall, the store is neat, items are shelved well, and store associates are there to help. They do have store pickup, pharmacy, and other services like banking, eye exams, and etc. Sometimes, there are not enough cashiers to check people out but the self-checked out helps make things more smoother and faster!!

I think they should open more registers. Also, it would be helpful if they would allow tax exempt to go through scan and go. Its frustrating to stand kn line for half an hour w/cold stuff. At that point why bother, its melting or thawed out.

Never have what Im looking for, shelves not stocked, not enough workers and some of the workers are very rude.

In times like this. Associates don’t care if customers get the Corona. I asked an associate for a mask at the front door, knowing they give them out freely in the mornings, her response was “we don’t have any.” I looked down and saw her with an entire box of masks. I told her they give them out in the morning and she tried to argue with me about how she wasn’t going to give me a mask regardless.

Long line thru the store. Yet you see employees day dreaming off in the corner. Dont ask any employee for help they are useless.

Horrible. The departments never answer their phone. Pay monthly for delivery and they always lose my order. They are the Worst!I can’t believe they even offer delivery service when they can’t keep up their side of the bargain. literally the worst…..Also, no one wants to help you on the phone at the store.They have put me into a mess a few times. Then hold my funds for 10 days and still didn’t get the groceries.

DONT DO CURBSIDE PICK UP HERE!!! Today it took my family an hour total waiting with no one answering the phone or calling the store with still no one picking up the curbside phone. End up going into the store talking to the manager whom told me they are 25 people short. I understand that but have one person answer the phone for our orders by curbside if you offer a service then make it work and not waste my gas sitting there waiting for something that never happens. Will never do this again with Walmart. I will go where i get service from now on since Walmart doesnt care. Even after i called the 800 they could only say they are sorry.

Great place to shop! Parking was a little hectic but it assume it was because of the sales that were going on! Large variety of sale items! Something for the entire family! I loved the variety of fabrics which was my purpose for shopping on that particular day. It would have been perfect if the fabric was on sale. Found items in womens clothing department at great price! Kids purchased toys on sale they had been searching for. Cashier informed me that within a week or so an even greater percentage will be taken off the items I had purchased! The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The lines were long but moved rather quickly! I definitely recommend this Walmart! Get there early to get the best deals and to avoid the long lines.

When you ask for soda They scoop the ice cup with their hands they dont use a scooper. Kind of expensive. The breakfast is great Club sandwiches good.

I was welcomed when I entered and up in check out. The store was very neat and I found the main item I was searching for. Was slightly disappointed that I couldnt purchase Tree Hut Scrubs because there we not available.

Its ok but never can I find things that Im looking for. Online it says that its on stock but when I ask a worker who works at Walmart about it. She gave me a look and said we dont have it. She didnt even bother to look it up on her device or look on my phone. Well she was tooooo busy talking on the phone while on clock really.

This so called super center is always lacking in products, there grocery shelves are never stocked even when there wasnt a pandemic. Is it only the NC super Walmarts or has the status depreciated to Kmart level across the board? Very disappointed since moving to NC.

Not a great Wal-Mart. Shelves are usually under stocked or disorganized. The pharmacy doesn’t have dedicated curbside pickup parking spaces. If you want to order grocery pickup or delivery, the available times are usually around two days out. We had trouble with the last two pickup orders getting delayed and we cancelled the last one. Probably going to stop going here, which is a shame because it’s 5 min away.

The store was busy as expected on a holiday. The deli clerk was so very kind with a smile. She was a busy hard worker. Self checkout was a breeze.

Ok, the parking lot in front is quite narrow. I just moved here, from out of state. The dog leg and narrow with the amount of traffic, just a suggestion, take out 4 to 6 parking spots and widen the pass and walk for customers. There is plenty of parking there very nice store.It is that front pass way for customers and drivers such a mess. Its an easy fix if you do, especially going to the light will help .

2 lanes open, rest were self- checkout, which were lined up quite a ways back. ridiculous, when you just want to pay for your walmart junk!

Go to the Randleman location. curbside took way too long, they never have what I need in stock. I prefer to go to the Randleman location for what I need.

Get the pick up section together! What is the point of doing an online order if it takes forever for them to bring it out. This store has multiple issues and needs to really get it together.

Shelves still have limited products in some areas. Doing away with a lot of Walmart brands bringing in national brands at higher prices. All employees are exceptional with great attitudes.

The workers are more interested in each other and their conversations to be worried about the presence of customers that need assistance. Its ridiculous. I have stopped coming to this supercenter for this reason exactly. I can find another location to spend my money and time. No thanks

We were searching for ethnic and international food at walmart. Close by the Mexican food items we found some Turkish brand items. Very exciting!

This store has very awful Management. Store is always a mess, low in inventory for the most part, employees are fisty (most of them at least) everything is under key in electronics but theres no employees available to help, ever. Online returns are maybe accepted its to Manager discretion.Today 7/30 they truly outdid themselves. The store is packed, lines are a 20 min minimum wait. Store management decided to make some lines Cash only (no sign anywhere informing the customer) so when you get to the cashier after waiting in line for over 20 min, she say: is a cash only line and you say theres no sign of that, I dont have cash. The response is and I quote: you dont like it, take it up with the manager. Just like that you need to do another 20 min line if you need the items.Do yourselves a favor, use any other WalMart in the Greensboro area is not worth the headache.

Walmart Supercenter is my favorite store cause I shop stuff & pay stuff, & I also use a vending machine to buy 1 drink.

The stores dirty and everybody in it seems to be rude and disrespectful there is one employee that helped me in the Sporting Goods section the nicest woman in the whole store apparently theres clearly a lack of management

This is a nice store with a large variety of goods, including the grocery section. The staff seems to be helpful in general and its very often busy with customers. I would advise using the restrooms only if needed, as with many public restrooms they could use a bit more attention. When I had to use the restroom yesterday the floor was littered with toilet paper. I have not used the pharmacy since 2017, the staff was absolutely terrible back then! I have stopped using this pharmacy entirely after one vindictive lady kept my young son from getting a prescription by telling us she had added him to the system and that the medication would be ready in a few days. We went back and he had never even been added to their system, so his prescription wasnt there. We started going to Walgreens so I cannot speak to their pharmacy currently. I have been told most if not all of the staff has changed and they are suddenly more capable of functioning, so I wont dock them a star over it since it seems something may have been done about it.

I stopped at Walmart on W.Wendover Ave. I was extremely disappointed that the candy shelves were almost empty. All they were selling was overpriced Halloween candy in September in small bags for $3.00 each.
