I had ordered some products and it’s going into two weeks. My payment went through but never received an email confirmation not tracking information for my order. I ordered through QuadPay. I had email my concerns and also call the Greensboro, NC location about this issue and was out on hold for close to 10 mins and when I called back was told they’ll give me a call back. It’s going into 2weeks and I haven’t received my products along with no one reaching back out. I will not be ordering again and will tell my family and friends about the bad costumer service that I received.
I have been a customer at the store now for over 10 years! I know that I’m always going to get quality products. Just about everything that I use is Bovanti. They have yet to disappoint as I have gone to them for many different occasions for birthdays, photo shoots, and other events. Marquis is AMAZING and always makes sure that I get exactly what I want. They have a client for life!
UPDATE: The owner called me to apologize for the bad experience. She also offered to give me a $50 gift card. I really appreciate her calling and understanding why I was upset.I had scheduled a make up appointment for my engagement pictures. I arrived just before my appointment time at 11:00 only to find no one in the store, no lights on, nothing. So I waited 10 minutes and still no one shows up. The owner arrives at 11:20, 20 minutes after the store is supposed to open and when my appointment was supposed to start. I finally get in the chair and say I want a natural look. She caked my face! I didn’t even look like myself. I also told her this needed to be quick because I had to get to my pictures. Long story short, I was late. I wanted to book Bovanti for my wedding, but definitely not now. How can I expect you to be there for my wedding day when you can’t even open your store on time?
My favorite makeup counter! I always have a positive experience with the girls in the store and they remember me when I come in. They make suggestions for new products I might like and keep a steady flow of new colors and products to choose from. If you need a makeover, they is the spot to refresh your look. They are busy, but thats because they have a great products. Love Bovanti!!
Marquis James, the owner, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating. She mailed my order to two different addresses even though it was my fault. I love Bovanti cosmetics and highly recommend to anyone! Keep up the great work!

I went to Bovanti in Four Seasons Mall to get my eyebrows done. First time going there. HORRIBLE! I told the lady that I have been growing out my eyebrows for 5 months, and that I was a little nervous. Told her I like them really thick, just shape them up. I even showed pictures of how I had them before. Well she just waxed away, then started filling them in with a bunch of makeup before showing me my brows. Once I got home to wash my face I seen my brows and they are awful, one is so thin and arched so bad and the other has a huge hole taken out of it! I have never had anyone mess up my eyebrows this bad! I’m so upset and I will NEVER return!
It took extra long to be cashed out for two items that Ive waited for for almost 5 months. I chose my item and then when Im at the register with my items I get both sound ladies asking is there anything thing I was looking for .. eyebrow raised in look like nope. Im at the register with my things..The young lady at the register is trying to help the customer in front of me but doesnt know how to do an exchange or return it take 10 mins to get cashed out for 2 items ... Not the best but hey I waited 5 months to get the product whats 10 more mins right ....
The young lady found the color 4 my skin type and even put it on and I looked wonderful, will b going back

Listen! You got makeup needs or are challenged in that area like me?... this is THEE place to go. Their makeup is tops and their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Im going to take a makeup class in a few wks and I cant wait! The owner is wonderful!
I purchased Bovanti products before and loved it so I went back to purchase more. The lady working was helping another client so I patiently waited. Once she finished she (Murphy) began showing me some foundation. While I was telling her what I liked and disliked about the product, she yells HEY PROFESSOR out the store and across the hall. Professor was across the hall a few steps from walking in another store. The lady then walks out the store to talk to professor. So Im sitting in the store alone for about a minute before another employee walks in ask me did I like the product, then continues to walk to the room in the back of the store. So once again Im sitting in the store alone while the lady was out talking to the professor. After about about 45 second, I politely walk out. I drove 40 minutes and had intentions to spend most of the 140.00 that my boyfriend gave me to purchase make up for Valentines Day. Smh
This place is amazing. I have been a Mac woman since high school. I stopped by here during their anniversary. The young ladies were kind and helpful! They have won me...no questions. I was having painful skin issues from wind burn. Their specialist knew exactly what I needed. Not only that, my foundation matches PERFECTLY which is an issue I have had in the past with major cosmetic companies. And to top it all off...THE VALUE!! Its less than mainstream make up, better staff, and they have better matches with shade and color. I will be going back forever!
I took my daughter there for eyebrow waxing. It was a horrible experience for her. It is not just the wax burned her it looked like the wax ripped her skin. The next day It caused a bleeding in the areas under her eyebrow for both eyes. It was so painful. I will never go there again.
I have been a Bovanti customer for over 5 years. This business Is failing and failing fast!! I called 8 months ago to inquire about their staff coming out to do my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding. I spoke with Rosie and she told me she would send the information via email. I never received it so I called back 2 weeks later and she told me she would send it. I’ve been married for 4 months and I still haven’t received the brochure. Im not going to chase you and give you my money too!!Another issue is that they don’t keep certain products on hand and you have to “pre- order” the item or hope that 1 of the 5 delivered to the store isn’t already sold. According to other reviewspeople aren’t receiving the items they ordered which is why I’m skeptical of preordering it. What successfully company operates like this? Even the Mary Kay lady has products on hand!! I have tried to work with them however it’s something deeper going on. I even called the Charlotte store because I’m in desperate need of my makeup that’s been out of stock for 2months and their CLOSED for business!! I’ll be headed to my local M.A.C counter TODAY!!
Total RIP OFF! Just wanted a make over they said a purchase of $65, but somehow I couldnt just spend $65. It was $98! I feel dooped and swindled. Dont do it.
I place an order on May 15th to received most of my order today, June 8th. My receipt shows product names but the actual items received was completely different. I am not a dark skin woman so why did I receive a dark camouflage cream and tan pressed power which is a little light... the two colors dont match up. I asked for moisturizer not sunscreen. I have sunscreen with zinc thats from my dermatologist.My receipt indicates foaming cleanser, I received a scrub where I cant use daily I have rosea my skin turns red when I use a scrub. I have sensitive skin this will not work for me. I didnt receive a toner for reason its coming later.How do I get my money back? I will be happy to send the products back. I informed the caller that I am under doctors care for my skin.Vickie Collette

I’m writing on behalf of a friend who was eager to get her makeup done for her belated birthday. However, that wasn’t the case. The service was lack luster and not timely at all. Not to mention the finish product (her face). They did not deliver!
