I had a fear of going to the dentist, but doctors Steve and Michael and their staff were so caring and compassionate with me. After several visits with them I no longer have this fear and theyve done a wonderful job on getting my teeth healthy!!! I have recommended them to several family members and friends.

Great experience both times I’ve had a cleaning, I plan on making another appointment tomorrow.

The worst customer service ever! I had a tooth pulled in January I called them to schedule my next appointment for a bridge. They said they would ask the Dr how soon I should come back and I never received a call back. Forward to April 28th I come back for a cleaning they say they need to do an exam and X-rays and can’t clean until then ( why didn’t they do this in January?) So I come in and they say I need a deep cleaning and need authorization from my insurance company. I call back a week later they say it’s too early they haven’t heard anything back yet I need to wait 4 weeks?! I call today May 29th and was told to call my insurance because the hold up is on them. Guess what? I call my insurance and they have contacted the dentist office just two days later April 30th and are waiting for the dentist office response! So I call back to the dentist office and they say they will send the info out today!! I’ve done way to much work just to get my dam teeth cleaned!

I love Dr. Stephen Chou. The Best Dentist in the world!
