3.5 is what Id give this store. This happens to be the only Toys R Us in the city where I live (used to have 2 yrs ago). The store has a decent selection of toys but has drastically decreased their selection of birthday cards and clothes. I paid $2.39 for a plain pink gift bag that would have been $1 for 2 at the dollar store. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is always clean.

One of the few stores left in the state. though older it is very well stocked with toys and baby things. there is knowledgeable staff here and located right off interstate 40 making it easy to get to if you are traveling. staff is always polite and good to deal with.

I love the variety of items that they have in the store. Its always organized and cleaned and staff is very friendly. I went here looking for the Legend of Zelda breath of the Wild game and they actually had it in stock. All other stores that I went to were sold out.

They never answered the phone because I wanted to know how much the ps6 costed

This is my daughters favorite store and we dont come very often but when we do there are always store associates on the floor to help if you have any questions! All employees that I have had encounters with are friendly . I like that most of the time there are Buy 1, get 1 half off, especially on Barbie items. The only complaint I had with my last visit...it was very warm in the store and like 80° outside that day so just keep customers (& employees) comfortable. :)

I forgot to use a coupon for a $10 gift card on a $75 purchase. I had to return my items and repurchase them in order to get the coupon. I felt there should have been a better way and that the manager should have been able to simply override this without having to return all my items. Anyway, it was done and Debbie was very apologetic and took care of the transaction, etc.

This is an enjoyable store to visit. Even though prices are a little high, its a wonderful place for both small and big kids. Staff is always helpful and available.

Its terrible this store is closing. I dont know when. I was able to go Christmas Eve and do all my shopping for my granddaughter. I work 3rd shift. I always shopped at this store after my children came. Over 30yrs. Bitter Sweet.

The staff especially the management the manager name Stephanie was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that my needs were met. Her understanding knowledge and willingness to help made my shopping experience very pleasant and memorable.

The outside and location of this store really doesnt give the inside justice. I thought it was going to be a small dumpy store but it was so nice inside. It seemed huge inside. Isles were clear and it was very well lit. One of the best stores I have been in.

Older TRU. Been around since I was young. But always seem to be updating. Some of the carts are old and not in the best shape. The store itself is easy to navigate and finding what you want is pretty easy. Good wide selection of toys and keep an eye out for odd clearance items.

Big store, huge selection! Its older, but very clean and pretty neat/clean considering the demographic. Staff was very helpful and Evan in electronics was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to all for a pleasant experience. 5 out of 5, will return!

Its always been a mediocre store. However checkout took unusually long and the staff was moving extraordinary slowly. The General laxidasical feel of the store was as if theyre waiting for corporate to call and tell them their store is closing! This is my only local store I have no other physical options.

The CSR at the store was wonderful. I quickly returned a toy truck that was delivered at my home without a returned receipt. Thanks young lady. Happy Holidays

Toy selection is good. The store is getting old and the prices are about 1 to 2 dollars higher then other store. I will say the store is staffed well and staff is helpful.

I am sad to see it go. They have a great selection of games that are hard to find online and at Walmart. However, the prices are very high and can really burn a whole in your pocket.

Went in for first time in Greensboro had to use restroom and it was very clean and the inside of the store was as well. I purchased a few and had a great experience thanks to a young man who i guess was maintenance staff he said im not sure. Basically very helpful great experience.

We went in to this location looking to save some money since they are closing. We found a toy Chevy Silverado that was on sale for 299.00 usually 399.00I hate to see this store go. We always enjoyed shopping here.

Good place to buy toys but unfortunately this place is closing in 55+ days according to their employees.. so expect closeout sale very soon

Love it. I put a lot of stuff on layaway and they kept them all together and because a lot of items I put on layaway a month or two ago was on sale I saved 85.00 off my layaway.

Experienced horrible customer service at this location.Before purchasing I was directed to the store after searching online for an electronic item when seeing that the item was available for a lower price. Once I arrived I was told that the price may have been for a used device so I agreed to get a new device instead.After purchasing I arrived home and I opened the box of the device to find everything but the power supply of the device which was a complete turn off since I was under the assumption that I was paying a higher price for a new device so I decided to return the device.The next morning (about 14 hours after the purchase) I returned the device and was told that I was unable to return the device because it had been opened but I was able to exchange it. In most cases I would be okay with this policy and may have been talked into exchanging but when asking for more clarity of the policy the customer service rep radiod who said that they could only do exchanges. I had more questions so the customer service rep waited for a manager to come to the front. I explained that the box did not have all of the items in it and before I was able to explain the situation the manager became extremely dismissive and did not stop to listen to the reason why the return was being asked for. Instead she proceeded to say that its was just their policy and that shell just do it (the refund) this one time and it will be the last time as she proceeded to walk off. No customer service at all honestly. Instead I was treated as if I was attempting to work the system. From there I explained the situation to the customer service reps who didnt have much to say at all. Understandable since they work there.After that experience Im willing to drive as far as possible to not have to go to this particular location. No one should be treated as if they are doing something wrong when they are being sold something that they didnt agree to buy. And no manager should treat customers worse than what they are likely requiring their employees to treat customers. Customer service is not for everyone, believe me, and theres nothing worse than having the top representation operate without trying to provide any sense of customer service.Sorry for the long story but it takes a lot to upset me. This situation completely turned me off from buying their in general. At the end of the day Im only one person but Im sure that Im not the only one whos been treated this way unfortunately.

Im so sad to see Toys rUs go. I have loved this store since I was a child. I have brought my own children here.

Horrible customer service!!!Employee failed to print my receipt and when I asked for one before I walked away, she said her computer wouldnt let her and I needed to go to customer service to see if they can pull it up. Another coworker corrected her and told her there was no way they could pull it up. So the original cashier told the manager it was my fault for not directing the pen pad to do so (even though I paid cash and never once was I told to even look at the pen pad, much less direct it to print me a receipt). Manager then said if you want a receipt then youll need to stand in line behind everyone else in customer service.Seriously?!?! What happened to Im sorry or let me see how I can get you a receipt? Ive worked in customer service and I would never make a customer feel like they are the problem for something that clearly shouldve been common practice. I wasnt asking for the girl to give me her left kidney, just my freaking receipt. Ugh!Tis the season for rude seasonal employees 😡

Very rude workers.Me and my family was buying a bored game.When I thought the game was on sale it came up to normal price. Then I said to the cashier it was on sale. She was very rude and said GO GET IT THE SIGN OF IT ON SALE. Then I told her I didnt know where it was she became more rude and just walked away from me. Very very rude lady

Old and run down store, poor toy selection, while some of employees were pleasant on arrival, when i had a purchasing problem at the register and a supervisor was called to the assistant me was immediately noticeably aggravated and when i commented on the systems faults she got aggressive and rude. Will never come here again

I was pleased with my visit. I got help when requested. Especially for the time of day, evening, and Friday before Christmas.

Loved it! Mainly because they had this one specific toy I was looking for, for a week straight!

In this store, my interation was great, because of an employee, named evan: he really knows his department and all the things that a gaming daughter wants and needs, he was also willing to go the extra mile, by pricematching the local competitors price in my carried in ad, to close the sale, so yup ill be headed back for sure.

Not the best toysrus Ive ever been in. Its a little dingy and the entrance needs a remodel. Its not very inviting. But other that thats its a basic toy store.

This is a small.store. It always feels dirty and cramped. Usually hard to find a staff member to assist you and always have to wait to check out because of low staff numbers.
