If I could give them a half star I would they dont care about the small businesses only the big businesses then when you call up there requiring about a product you ordered 2 months ago the woman on the phone will laugh at you

Had exactly what we needed at a price I couldnt say no to.

My sales lady, Taylor Hayes, is one of the best in the business! The remaining sales staff, and warehouse workers make it a quicker, hassle free process than box stores. The price is always competitive, and Ill continue business for another 20 years.

I called in on a Tuesday for a specific part that the store said they had in stock. I drove an hour to pick up the part rather than ordering it online, since I figured I could pick up the part and knock out the repair the same day. Paid for the part and went around to the loading dock only to be told it is not in stock. They said another location had it and they will ship it out to me that day. Received another call from this store stating they actually dont have it in stock either, and that they will order it for me. I was told it would be in on Thursday. Friday afternoon came around and still no part.I called in to find out where it was, and was told they would find out and call right back. Never got a call back. Called in again the following Monday, said they would find out and call right back. Again, no call back. Reached out to corporate, they had the branch call me back. Was told that they should be receiving the part and they may be able to have it shipped out tomorrow, but they couldnt confirm that. I just had them cancel the order.I have never received such poor service or been blow off as much as I have by this branch. I could have had the part ordered and installed by now, but they wasted a week of my time and the part still hasnt shipped. Do not recommend at least this location for business. All I was looking for was some clarity, or information. No one likes being left in limbo.

I purchased several thousand dollars of materials from Lyf-Tym and needed to return one set of deck railings because they were the wrong length. They refused to take them back because they were special order. I was not told they were special order, and nothing on the paperwork indicated they were special order. I still need to purchase several thousand dollars of more decking and railings but will not do any more business with this company.
