Had my order ready in just a few days, and e-mailed me as soon as it was in the store. Also diligently searched for another item that unfortunately had been sent back due to failure to pickup in time, and reordered promptly. Much appreciated.

Great place to get hard to find electronic, electric, tools, and safety equipment

Terrible customer service! I purchased an $800 generator from them. Gentleman comes over to set it up. Its broken. He loads up this 400lb generator and takes back and they wont exchange it!!! He had to find someone who would fix it under warranty. This generator still had tags and stickers on it. I will NEVER go back!!!!

Pricey, but if you need it they will do all they can to get it for you

We were in the store on Monday 6/1. Store service was good. Chris was very friendly and helpful in identifying the pump we needed. He was a pleasure to deal with.We had to order it from another location. They said they would call when it came in on Wednesday or Thursday. They took my number and put it on three places of the order. No call Wednesday or Thursday. Late Friday afternoon I called and got a main distribution number, they said the items was in the store and had been for several days. I couldnt get by as the store closes at 530. It is Saturday and they are closed. Weekend project just got washed out. Now I will have to wait another week. Based on this experience I would say their follow up is greatly lacking. Looking elsewhere this weekend to find another resource if I can.

I bought a 4 bags of a product called Quick Dam 9×17ft bags. Hoped they would stop the flow of water in my basement. Product is no good. Product failure. I am going to contact Grainger for refund. Not sure if they will take the product back since it was used. However product is not what is advertises. Its a gimmickGrainger is a great store. They have goods that Lowes and H Depot does have in stock.

Called knowing only that I needed a water pump. Unsure of exactly what I need was transferred to tech help line. Ask a few questions told were to find info and boom had part shipped to nearest location next day. The staff there was polite also.

Really nice staff but prices are high.
