I have been getting my bags, purses, jackets, blankets, hats and more embroidered here for years! They do great work in a short time and for a reasonable price! And you can buy stuff elsewhere and take it to them, it doesnt have to be bought from them! They have done so many Vera Bradley Bags for me or custom baby blankets for baby showers as gifts which are always a party favorite! They are the only reason I go to Four Seasons Mall!!! Seriously!!

Very pleased with their work, will be back with more shirts moving forward. Competitive price as well.

Terrible customer service. The lady that works here is the epitome of a Karen. You’re not the only embroidery place in the triad and I’d rather pay more money to have decent customer service that to pay less and be treated poorly. Learn how to treat customers and speak to people with respect. If I could review this with 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. My mask was over my nose, and since I wear glasses I was pulling it up more while I walked into your store. We can confirm this with the witnesses that were there.#2. Regardless if someone is wearing a mask properly or not, or one at all for that matter, you speak to someone with respect and not hostility.#3. The responses you have left on other customers reviews including mine, show clearly what kind of person you are, what kind of people you hire, and what kind of company you run.You may need to go to a few leadership courses as well as some training courses on customer service. It is very transparent on how you believe you should treat people and it is unacceptable. If you keep going this course, I can guarantee you that you will not be in business the next 5 years. That will solely be your fault.

Custom Caps Shirts & More performed embroidery on our business shirts. The shirts look great as the embroidery with our logo is legible while not being too big or small. The shirts have held up after numerous washings with no issue. The process was very simple and the shirts were delivered within a week. I definitely recommend and will use in the future!

The two ladies were friendly and very informative! Not as expensive as I thought either! Ill be going back!

Forget about customer service or someone trying to make a sale here. You aren’t going to find it.Hahahahahahahaha....funny reply! There were a total of 4 people in the store when I was there......FOUR! When I called asking directions to your store once I was in the mall a guy told me “look for the line of people”. We got upstairs and guess what....NO LINE! Once inside you were checking out two people. When they left, that left one other couple besides us. There was NOT a line when I was there & I was never in a line.Nice try. What got you this review was when the lady behind the counter asked if we were finding everything OK. I said no I didn’t see the cap I wanted. She said “OK, have a good day”.

I highly recommend this shop for embroidering. The prices are very reasonable and the service I received was outstanding. The sales associate assisted me greatly with choosing a color and font for my scrub top. I will definitely use this business again.

From start to finish the customer service in-store and online was excellent. They were very helpful with everything and responded quickly. They could do my own design which is a big plus ! Overall, this is a great store and I’ll keep getting my stuff embroidered from here !!

I went in to have some company hats made. David help me, he explained to me that everything I was trying to put on the hat wasnt going to fit, but he was very helpful coming up with a design that would fit. I was excited to see that the hats turned out great, and Im extremely happy with the finished product. I will definetly do business with Custom Caps Shirts & More again, thank you David, and Staff.

Excellent services custom logo print was fantastic speedy services brought in at 11am and it was done by 3pm and that for logo set up and 9 uniform with name and logo !

Great job on my cousins baby bag

I had to have a rush order for 14 jackets to be embroidered today AND I had the wrong file for our company logo. The owner David worked with me personally to stay in touch with my corporate office, find the correct file extension and finished all 14 jackets in just a couple of hours. The artwork looked great and they are going to be awesome Christmas gifts for my employees for our company Christmas party tomorrow.This is the place to go for embroidery!

Awesome experience with this shop.I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with these guys on custom logos and lettering - primarily because they are fast, responsive, and produce great work.Prices are mid tier and what you would expect from a shop that has mall overhead.After reading some reviews it seems that some folks may have had a bad experience with store personnel or management. Speaking from my own experience I can say that David has gone out of his way to help me meet short deadlines with fair pricing. He seems to be a pragmatic guy, so that may be off putting for some.. but in my experience, if you work with him, you’ll come out pleased with the overall service.I would recommend this place to anyone looking to quickly get an item embroidered all the way to those looking to get corporate logos sewn on and batch orders completed in a timely manner.-Michael

I was looking forward to doing business here until I met with the owner. The young lady working there was nice but the owner had zero sense of customer service. He had this bravado & attitude like he didnt want to collaborate with my company & as a fellow business owner myself it was very uncomfortable. From the looks of the reviews it’s a common thing with him..I left & went to Lids and set up a large bulk order business account with them instead and had a muchhh more satisfying experience there.

Its good to see this business is still alive and well. While I worked there we focused on customer appreciation and satisfaction. I am happy that the knit beanies are still some what of a hit. I still wear all my hats that I got customized while I was there.Keep up the good work David

They do good work. but as other reviews stated, the man in the store has been rude every time i went in. and that shows in the comments they leave to peoples reviews on google aswell. instead of fixing his attitude, he comes on here to continue being rude to customers. youd think as a business owner youd want to fix the customer service issue so that it doesnt cost you your reputation.

The embroidery looked good but the man that you have to deal with (not sure if hes the owner or not) is always rude. Ive have a few things done for our business and every time I dread having to call or talk to him in person. The quality of work is decent, but not worth being treated that way. I wont go back.UPDATE: I gave 2 stars because the work was good. I have no issues with the work. But dealing with YOU, the owner (see response below) was horrible! And from reading other reviews I see that i am not the only person that feels that way. Other employees were nice and accommodating,. ....you are rude. Pretty bad when dealing with the owner is not worth the quality products that the company produces.UPDATE AGAIN: Since we are unable to reply to your replies, I have no choice but to put my responses here. Which is what I was doing in my first update. I am confused by your response to that. My review has always been connected to my last visit to your business which was last year at least. Went to this place on 8/20/2018at 5:23 pm. The (male)manager ran my credit card and I realized it wasnt the right card. It took 7.04 and he stated that he refund it to my card and gave me another receipt to state it was refunded. I still have not got this money back. I called him and he stated that get was to busy to look at that matter. Never would I send people there again for business.

Not very happy with them this trip... They always do such excellent work for my business but $25 to monogram a simple scarf... Just seemed a little insane to me!

Ive been doing business with Custom Caps, Shirts and More for years. For corporate purchases, theyve fulfilled custom large orders for hats and monogrammed Belvah bags. The reason they keep getting my business is both quick order fulfillment, and bulk pricing. For small to mid-sized businesses, they cant be beat. These items have been used for leadership offsite meetings and corporate gifts.For myself and my family, I buy my Jansport backpacks for my four kids there every year and they know me as a regular customer and treat me that way. They ship items as well, as Ive since moved out of state.For those wanting to create a personalized piece or custom product, be ready to work through design options and thread colors to make your piece a one-of-a-kind keepsake. They have a lot of options for you to choose from.David and his staff have always been responsive to my requests, and done everything to keep my business all these years. I will not go anywhere else.My only wish is that theyd carry Headwhipz headbands instead of their current provider as that is what my family prefers.

Terrible experience. Ordered a Belvah Duffel Bag online and when I received it they had clearly embroidered the back on the bag (wrong side). I have two other Belvah duffel bags and all of them are embroidered on the correct front side. Needless to say the bag looked terrible with the odd embroidery placement. I contacted the store and received horrible costumer service from the store owner, David. He was rude and unprofessional from the beginning and instead of fixing what was a clear error on his companys part, he instead told me that there was nothing that could be done. Even on the Belvah Manufacturing website they show the embroidery on the front of this particular bag. I do not recommend this company at all, they are not invested in the best interest of their clients and clearly dont fix their mistakes.
