Purchased a Body Solid Fusion 500 home gym and leg press attachment. Everything about the experience was just perfect. Home gym equipment is hard to find with covid, but Donny at CFE kept on top of locating the equipment we wanted; kept us informed all along the way, delivered quickly; and expert installation. I am so glad I found Carolina Fitness Experts here in Greensboro. I decided to just drop by their office, which is not a large space and more focused on listening to what you need...this isnt a huge wasteful showroom floor you end up paying for as a customer! I found exactly what I needed as someone who is an experienced fitness buff...a multi-function cable weight system, an elliptical with a 10 year warranty and weight rack for my home. I also was able to use a space planning tool on one of their vendor websites. It was easy, efficient and even finalized everything through email, they called to confirm delivery and were super nice. I just bought a leg press last month and they delivered and set it up in awesome fashion and even serviced my treadmill while they were here. As always, they did an fantastic job. The OWNER of Carolina Fitness Experts is quite RUDE! He spoke to me as if it was a problem to answer the phone when I initially called to schedule an appt which should have been a red flag not to use them. Now i understand why they were available so quickly. CFE was not able to solve the issue with my elliptical but another True Expert did repair it the next week. I suggest never using CFE services.
