Advanced Overhead installed a beautiful new garage door when our last one had run its course. They gave quick and fair pricing and made the whole process easy and seamless. A few months later, our garage door opener was on the fritz but, since the opener was installed by Precision Door we had them come look at it. They came out to look at it twice, the first time they didn’t find any problems and the second time they diagnosed it as a control box issue and told us it would be $300 even though it was under warranty…they said the warranty on the opener was voided because another company (Advanced Overhead) installed the garage door. We had Aaron, from Advanced Overhead, come out who found a simple loose wire and fixed it for free. We have been long time customers of Precision Door but they have now lost our business over this simple fix. We will use Advanced Overhead Door for all of our garage door needs now!

In a time where you cant get anyone to come to your house to do ANYTHING... These guys came the same day, figured out what was wrong with the motor in five minutes, fixed it and then tightened up the door and lubed the thing up so it would roll better. I will call them for everything garage door related from now on. Super nice guy and I think he was even one of the owners. Great company!

Recently our garage door started making noises and would not close completely on one side. The gap was large enough that it allowed a snake into the garage which was the last straw for my wife... I called during business hours and was able to schedule a time for a technician to come out and diagnose the issue. The day of service, one of the owners Aaron, arrived early after calling to see if I was at home. He quickly discovered the issue (frayed cable), replaced it and calibrated the motor. Our garage door had an unfortunate run in with the Christmas Tree on top of our car. We tried to get it back on track ourselves for a while and quickly realized we needed a professional. I am very proud of this company, I recently came home late at night and my garage door would not open! Once got in the house I inspected door to see the tension sprints have broke. The next morning around 715 am I called, I got a friendly answer almost immediately. As I decscribed my issue the young lady offered me an appointment same day on the spot. One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke. I called just after noon on a Saturday and Aaron was at my door a little over an hour and a half later. He replaced the springs quickly checked everything out and told me the potential lifetime left on the other parts. Aaron was quick and did a great job on our home garage door, which we needed a new motor for. Its very quiet now, and we love the high tech features it has! Also, we had him enlarge a garage door to fit our new RV, which the competition was almost twice as much, if not. He once again did a quick job and a great job. The absolute best service ever! My garage door was stuck. Aaron came to check it for me because I couldnt get it down. Turned out that my broom had fallen over and was preventing it from closing. Even though it was my fault Aaron did not charge me. This is an awesome company!

Our garage has a slanted floor, and we could not find anyone who would even discuss a garage door for our house. I finally found Advanced Overhead who sent someone to look at the project. He provided a very clear and reasonable estimate that would solve the problem. For a number of unrelated issues, the time for delivery was a little long but understandable. We were kept informed during the delays. Finally, yesterday and today, the installers arrived, and we now finally have a beautiful garage door. See picture. What a refreshingly positive experience we had with Advanced Overhead Garage Door Service. We had a new garage door and opener installed. The owner himself showed up. He was on time, friendly and communicative. He explained what he thought we needed and the cost involved. He also offered us options if we wanted to stick with our old door. There were no pressure sales tactics used. The price was very reasonable and he returned in a couple of days and did a beautiful installation. I highly recommend this small local company. So much more pleasant than dealing with the big box stores.

So my garage door broke today and I called my usual folks and they couldnt fit my schedule until the first of the week (5 days).I called Advanced Garage Door Service, spoke with Terri and she said she could have someone out today (I called at 2:30 PM) or first thing tomorrow morning.
