Love this shop! Everything about it is amazing. I love the perfect mix of bohemian and class when it comes to style of clothing provided. As a 30 year old woman, I want to dress my age, but I still want my clothes to be fashionable and edgy.I love that there isnt an abundance of the same products either! This means your item will be rare, which I love. Her pieces are always unique and I am constantly complimented on everything that I wear from this store!

Always worth a stop in when Im in the area! The selection changes all the time, and there are so many good gift ideas. I like to splurge on a few self care items for me, and stock up on gifts at the same time. The clothes are unique, as you should expect at a boutique and the jewelry you cant find anywhere else. Like a lab grown opal in super fun shapes. Opal is my birthstone and I just love that I can wear it everyday, with a cool story. I get a ton of compliments on that find.

This poorly ran store is not the place you want to shop in Greensboro. The pricing on the merchandise is triple, sometimes more than triple, and the quality is not what you are being told by the employees. For example, you might be told a piece of jewelry that costs $124.00 is from Tibet, however, this exact piece of jewelry is actually from Atlanta, sold in bulk, and only cost roughly $30.00-$40.00.

Came across store when I was stopping for dinner. Fell in love with the bohemian rustic clothing lines, interesting setting with unique and fun gift ideas. I have been in three times this month :) and BEST part was the help I received from all the employees. Thanks ladies :)

The owner is a horrible person. I watched this woman treat my wife with no respect. My wife bought something and found a stain, after she got it home. She didn’t notice it in the dressing room. The owner reluctantly exchanged it, but basically told my wife that she must have done it and she was lucky to be given the exchange. Pathetic! Couldn’t even admit that it happened in the store. My wife had just pulled it out of the bag, and then put it right back in when she saw the stain. Horrible customer service and the clothes are too expensive.

I can’t help but agree with Carolyn. This shop is NOT the one you want to go to. If you want to get some good gifts, jewelry, accessories, and more, I would highly recommend sisters on Tate street. Everything in here is over priced, the staff is underpaid, and the owner is rude. If you’re wanting to work here, I have one word for you: DON’T. You’ll thank me later for dodging that bullet. Will never shop here again. EVER.

My mother just bought a house and I was taking her shopping to help give the new place a little edge. The products in this store were something I was interested in but the service was not. I have worked in customer service for many years( aka the restaurant side of the service) and dealt with a wide range of patrons. I know it is hard to keep your cool sometimes. I only write reviews if you are really awesome or you really offended me. My mother managed to knock a few things over and instead of whole heartedly asking her fellow employee to help her, the employee/manager in charge announced go help her shes already knocked two things over in a irritated and rude tone like my mother was a toddler terrorizing the store. She said this while two customers including myself were present at the cashier. I understand this is not the worst thing in the world, but I chose not to buy any of the items I was interested in because of how the situation was handled and the employees attitude. Like I said I deal with a lot of ridiculous requests and attitudes on a very regular basis and there was no need for her reaction. A little kindness can go a long way.

This is a wonderful shop filled with beautiful and supremly well made clothing, jewelry and all kinds of gifts from around the Globe! It is so much fun to spend time there with the truely helpful and enjoyable pleasant staff whose knowledge of the products is outstanding. Every time I have gone in to Art and Soul I have found great items that I have never seen anywhere else that I was able to purchase at extreemly reasonable prices...AND that when I have worn have received massive positive compliments about!I recommend this beautiful shop to everyone who appreciates authentic Arts Sources and great customer service!!
