Ordered a piece of glass for my office desk. Price was reasonable but asked if they deliver said they charge $75 extra which was even more than glass itself. So I picked up glass myself. They loaded it in back of my suv but it was completely filthy. Got to office and had to clean it for about an hour to get it clean enough to place on top of my desk. Unacceptable!!

My store in High Point was robbed. The robber broke the glass in the front door. At the recommendation of a friend at the American Sign Shop I called Lemons glass. They came that morning and repaired the glass. They could not have been nicer or more responsive. As a matter of fact, they completed the repair before their competitor called me back. They offered quick service and great value in a moment of crisis. Unfortunately I needed a glass door and window replaced at about 4:00 AM on a Saturday morning. Lemons Glass was there to help. Great people and a great company.

Lemons was very helpful finding some rare-ish replacement glass for our kitchen cabinets. The staff is super friendly and very efficient. Lemons delivered exactly what they promised. They also stored the leftover pieces for us until we completed the project. We forgot all about the inventory and called them back almost 2 years later. They still had our glass - no problem. I use them for all my glass needs.

The fire marshall had a problem with the opening and closing of several doors at our building, which means we need to fix it quick. Called Lemons and they came out to assess the issue and came up with two plans. Replace the door closures (which were in the ground) for $$$$ and probably have the same issue again in 10 years. Or remove the existing door closers and replace them with one continuing hinge (I believe it was said they way it should have been done when the original contractor built the building) and should never have this issue again. The right way cost less than the exact replacement! Who tells the customer there is a better way and it costs less??!! The men on site were nice, professional, communicated and cleaned up every single piece of debris.You have our business for as long as I have a say.

They Installed A Shower In My New House 16 Years Ago And Done A Great Job But, Recently When I Contacted Them For A Piece Replacement For My Shower Door The Receptionist Didnt Seem To Be Very Friendly..!!!

Our shop was broken into at 3 am after calling a few 24hr glass places I stumbled upon these guys in google. Im so glad i did. They arrived super fast, finished the job before our business reopened and the price was very fair compared to what I was being quoted. Most importantly they were fast! As a small business owner its vital to get everything back to normal asap. They made sure of that. The owner is an honest and I felt like he had my interest as a higher priority than his pocket. Friendly people. Window was made very well. Reason for only 4 stars, they sealed around the double pane glass unit with some kind of tar. It made the fit into the frame to tight.

I cant recommend at all. Very impolite people, very slow process, and terrible communication. Try other stores first.
