My family and I were not greeted upon entering which was fine because they were engaging with other customers but when they were done still no acknowledgement more of a why are we there bothering them vibe. My son seen something he liked but after that ice cold welcoming we went and spent our money at another sports fan store in the mall.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service Ive encountered at this mall which is saying a lot. Shopper inside without a mask, yet I have to wear one?!

I love this store, but I do not like the location. They need a store at friendly center, its a safer place for people to shop.

Hire people that move a little faster than molasses. It was ridiculous! I know it was busy, but gees!!!!!! They were moving like turtles.

Couldnt find what I was looking for and for a store that big and supposed to specialize in sports merchandise thats ridiculous. The products they did have were overpriced.
