Wish there were more than 5 stars. My husband dealt with hearing loss and tinnitus for years. Dr. Agolli fitted him with hearing aids and she worked so carefully to properly adjust them....the results were beyond amazing. Truly a life changing experience for which we will be forever grateful.

I have been here twice and both times they were prompt, professional and courteous. The first time was my initial screening and my hearing problems were explained to me and various options were discussed until one was chosen. The second visit was a routine follow-up. All my questions were answered, a few adjustments were made and now I can hear again! I would definitely recommend them for all your hearing issues.

This week I received my second pair of hearing aids from Connect Hearing in Greensboro, North Carolina. Before making this decision, I Googled several other brands to see the latest advances. This is my third set of Phonak hearing devices. I returned to Connect Hearing primarily because of the excellent, professional and friendly assistance I have received from Dr. Eneida Agolli and Denise Wadlington. I highly recommend to anyone who is considering hearing aids stop in to see and talk to Dr. Agolli and Denise.

My experience with Dr. Agolli goes back half a decade. It was my second hearing test... she explained that my loss was from birth. I came back roughly 5 years later with a more optimistic attitude about my hearing loss.... She made Some suggestions and to my surprise everything worked out for me. Dr Agolli has changed my life unimaginably! I’m in my early 60s and knew my hearing had faded. Just didn’t know how bad. I was interested in Phonak Lyric 3 aids. The Asheboro office referred me to Dr Agolli in Greensboro who has the special training for these aids. I had never worn aids before. Dr Agolli fitted me same day! Dr Agolli has worked with me at every step to adjust as I adjusted to this new experience. She promised several progressions that I was skeptical of, it sounded to good to be true. Surprise, everything Dr Agolli promised about my hearing has happened. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. Also, the Lyric aids are just unbelievable!

I recommend Connect Hearing for anyone who needs hearing aids. My Aunt Rosa was expertly fitted with her new hearing aids and today she was back for a normal adjustment. Wow..... what an improvement in her quality of life......plus I am not constantly repeating myself to be heard. This is by far the best Audiology location I have found in 15 years of hearing aid use. Dr. Agolli is very helpful in explaining hearing problems found and in identifying reasonable solutions. I have been to Connect Hearing three times now. At the first visit, I thought I was just going in for a hearing test. That test revealed that I had significant hearing loss in both ears and I left there with hearing aides and alot of information. I used those devices all weekend and heard many sounds that I hadnt noticed in years. Then on Monday I went back with my husband. We talked to Dr. Agolli and made the decision to purchase the hearing aides. Dr. Agolli and Denise made the process easy. Specified what I wanted in hearing aids and the were not available but were coming out in a month or so. The Dr. fitted me with the best available and told me that when the Marvel came out she would upgrade at no additional charge. I now have the Marvel and they are great! Do not purchase any hearing aids if they do not do a Real Ear Hearing test. The Dr. two and adjusted to my comfort each time. Follow up is great, and the sencerity of wanting you to hear as good as possible is reassuring. They will not let you leave until YOU are happy! Thanks again for the help. jj

The reception area is inviting and so is Denise the receptionist. However your time waiting is always brief, then Dr. Agolli will greet you with a smile and begin an extensive exam using all the latest audiology tools. She will make sure that as you leave the building you will clearly hear birds singing, your families conversation at the dinner table and your favorite TV program. Dr. Angolli ensures that you are able to hear every tone within its proper frequency. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with a hearing issue.

Connect Hearing in Greensboro, NC, is great. Went in to have my Phonak hearing aids, that were purchased at a different Connect Hearing, adjusted and they did a wonderful job. They reprogrammed the hearing aids and they are like new. My hearing is better than when they were brand new. I could not rank them higer.
