Owner was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about speaker systems. Offers selections in speaker brands Triangle, Focal, and Totem, ranging in price/model lines. Was also very flexible and willing to work with me to find the right speakers, or order if they were out of stock. Overall a great experience and will likely be buying from them.

Full disclosure, I own another HiFi shop in the area, so Im speaking from a place of great respect for Mike and his crew when I say that having him in our general area is a blessing.He and I have worked together with clients on many jobs at this point, and even though we ostensibly do the same thing, our tastes really represent different sides of the same coin - and that augments what we can do together.Where we dont vary is in how we both came to this job (curiosity, love of music and people) and how we go about doing that work (educational, helpful consultation).Speaking for myself, Im a 20+ year veteran of high end audio in major markets, and there isnt much I havent heard at this point. I know good taste when I see it, in short.Mike has some of the best lines of product you could ask for, and hes managed to amass a small crew of amazing, knowledgeable employees over at BKT. I have been merely dabbling in stereo systems over the years. I finally decided, lets get serious. So I started looking for someone who sold home stereo systems. Admittedly, I went to one of the big box stores, but somehow I felt they just didnt get it. But then I ran a Google search and found Big Kids Toys. Hmmm... I thought. Intrigued I called. I found I needed to set up an appointment. And that started the adventure.I arrived not knowing what to expect. I walk in the front door and Mike offers the beverage of my choice. And we talked a bit... and then he started showing me stuff. Amazing stuff! You actually hear the systems play in rooms in the house. You hear the REAL acoustics!!!!Long story short: we built a system. Wow. I could talk about it for hours, but just go in and you will live the dream.Finally, the support is amazing. Mike and his guys come in and install the system. We had a few issues with my home network, and he helped me rebuild it. OMG. Everything works like a dream.Mike does not walk away until he knows it is up and it is working.Give him a call. Make and appointment.
