Bought my second car here about 3 months ago since the staff is awesome and got and a great rate on my car. My first car came in for a power steering high pressure hose leak. Crown Honda and the team diagnosed my van fast and fixed the problem accordingly. The technician did awesome work and the staff here is friendly, courteous, and awesome to work with. I will be bringing my cars back here from now on.

Joe Dilello was fabulous! He took fantastic care of us-- we would not hesitate to work with him again in the future!Despite being quite upset when we arrived, all ended well. We had an appointment at 6:30pm and drove over an hour from Raleigh. When we arrived 2 minutes prior to our appointment, a person who had a 7pm appointment arrived before us and was checking out the car...then test drove the car, then haggled over the price, and we continued to wait. We finally let Management know that we would be leaving in 15 minutes if a resolution had not been reached with the other prospective customer.If not for Joe, we probably would have left in the first 10 minutes. We would have appreciated a phone call to let us know that someone else was checking out the vehicle in our time slot-- we could have decided whether we wanted to wait or continue our drive to Greensboro. Or, they could have asked for a deposit. We had already test drove the type of car we bought, and we were ready to purchase as long as we liked the color in person. It felt like a too bad, so sad situation. Joe was apologetic and was already researching other options, and promised that he would drive our car to Raleigh if needed. He was professional, considerate, thorough, and caring. He checked on us later in the week to make sure we were enjoying our car, and that we knew how to use all the technology.This 5 star rating is for Joe-- he earned it! Thanks Joe!

My service guy was Jason and he was excellent. His communication was great and he kept me up to date with everything that took place during the repair of my car. Although the part is back ordered and I still have to take my car back to finish the repairs, Jason made up for it with his pleasant personality. He took the time to explain everything and if I have to take my car back for anything else, I hope he will be there to assist me.

This is by far the slowest serviced Honda dealer I’ve ever been to. I made an appointment for 1pm to have an OIL CHANGE and even managed to arrive 15 mins early. I waited 3 HOURS TO GET A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you are still required to wait this long for such a simple service! This is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! No one should have to wait this Long. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME TO THIS PLACE! Management needs to do better at staffing or at least give customers a heads up so they can decide whether they want to spend their whole day there! Beyond disappointed!

I hit a tractor trailer retread with my honda crv, and was close to Crown Honda so drove right there because something was dragging under my car. It was 5:45pm when I got there and they close at 6pm, and Cody told me to drive right in and they would take a look at it. They reattached a part that could be reattached at no charge, and told me what I would need to complete the repair. I was grateful, and impressed that Cody took such good care of me and my CRV even though they were about to close the shop for the day, and it is not my regular dealership.

My husband and I drove two hours to come check out a van. When we arrived we where greeted with a salesman name Chuck. He was great and very friendly. They van was already ready and waiting for us to test drive. I didn’t feel we was being pushed into something or pressured. I had my own financing available and that was not a problem. Fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this location.

Dishonest, rushed serviceI bought a 2022 civic I was quoted for a civic with pro package installed from the dealership on a Friday. I went back the following week to get the vehicle. I gave Preston [the seller] my estimate were it clearly stipulated a civic with a pro pack. He took the papper to the back and did not gave it back. While we waited for the paperwork to be completed, I asked the seller to show me the vehicles features. He said it was getting detailed. [3 hours?] At the end the seller rushed through the features. But thats not why I am writing this review. A few days later I noticed that the car did not have the accessories I was expecting Confused I called Preston and he said I did not purchased the pro package. Okay? I called the sales manager she said the pro package was not in the bill of sale. so On Friday the car had all the accessories associated with the pro package. On Tuesday when I arrived at the dealership it had all the accessories. When I took the vehicle home. It clearly did not have the accessories if youre wondering I was given a different car or the accessories were removed from the car. Either way it is was dishonestI really like my car but I would never buy from the Crown dealership again

As always, friendly service in Crown Honda’s service department is top-notch. While it is important to ensure one has an appointment, all of my requested and recommended services were completed in a timely manner; I cannot imagine how, given limited staff and excessive clients to assist. Easy to schedule online, next morning got a follow-up phone call to confirm my appointment, and they were on time when I arrived. Nice spacious lounge to wait in (easily more than 3-6 ft from others waiting). Oil change and minor repair and out in about an hour.

So, I made my first big purchase with Crown Honda Greensboro last Friday. I just wanted to say the process was so simple and I was not rushed. I did not have a pleasant experience with Crown Honda. Chris was my salesman. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Murano in 2018, After a few hours of leaving the dealership the vehicle broken down and had to be returned back to Crown Honda. The next day I requested the vehicle to be returned back and I was told by the manager that it was not possible. My car was held for a month for repairs and I was reassured by the manager that I shouldnt have any more issues. Three weeks later the vehicle broke down again and once again had to get more repairs done. Unfortunately, within three years my vehicle been needing more repairs. Ive been having so many issues with the vehicle before I can even enjoy it. Thanks Crown Honda for selling me a lemon.

My salesman Terrance set a service appointment for 7/23 at 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:00pm. Several cars there so I waited in line. Then I saw no one was in their vehicles. These were just waiting to be moved to the parking lot. There was another lane open with no cars so I backed up to go in that lane. Currently waiting at the front. No one acknowledge and just looked at me sitting there in the car. A customer pulled one of the guys to talk about some keys and need to exchange with. He apologized to me by saying, I didn’t mean to jump in front of you. I said, no need to apologize. I’ve been sitting here for awhile and no one has still walked up to the door to ask what I needed. Customer said, Oh. Like he was in shock I haven’t been helped yet. Especially with two guys sitting at their desk. Literally was arm reach from us. Cody finally stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me. This had me furious in the inside that I had to complain out loud to another customer for me to get some acknowledgment. My car still have the same issue it had when I brung it on Friday. Someone is not programming the tire sensor properly. It came on again.

This dealer had my car over 30 days. I called for a update a dozen times, they promised to call me back with status and update by the service writer as well as the service manager. They never called me.My part was supposedly on back order. Not a problem IF I would have been informed.Communication at this location is very poor.Spoke with service writer that was dealing with my vehicle. Very polite guy who tried to make the problem right. Problem starts way above the service writers position.Too many people in front of who we want to speak to when calling.

Yesterday, for the first time I went to Crown Honda in Greensboro, I received an outstanding service.

Cody was very helpful and knowledgeable. He let me know everything that was going on while I waited. He was very detail oriented. He also applied his employee discount for my service because my coupon I downloaded while booking the appointment wasn’t showing up. Everybody in the service center is always so nice and they open the doors for you when you arrive and depart. They also washed my car for me and shined the wheels!! I just purchased my Honda in January and this was my second time using the service center. But everything went well both times. I look forward to having all my maintenance done there in the future because it’s so pleasant & they get the job done in a timely manner. They also have coffee and charging stations. I can’t complain.

Anthony was great to work with on vehicle purchase. Sales manager was less than transparent about total cost of extended warranty. He focused on monthly payment and not total amount financed. I was able to delete the extended warranty with final paperwork.

I had a great time working with Bradford, customer service was excellent. Before going to Crown Honda I visited CarMax and when I tell you the service is night and day I’m not lying. Upon walking into CarMax I managed to walk the sales floor entirely, walk the entire lot, try to view cars in which some I could not because they were locked. To top it off salesman were everywhere I passed two walking in, many were on the lot and some were moving cars and I was never greeted. At Crown Honda as soon as I arrived on the lot I was greeted and taken of and I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Crew they have there is very diverse, personable, and pay attention to the details.

Tyler was extremely helpful and kept us updated on the wait time for our vehicle to be done. He even gave us a 10% discount on our tire purchase! We will definitely be back for our Honda needs.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed, rotors replaced, and computer entertainment/display system checked out. I gave them instructions on how to create the environment for the computer system to malfunction. I left the car with them overnight when I came back the next morning, the only thing that they had done was change my oil. When I question them about the entertainment system they had did nothing that they were told. And when I asked him why didnt they change the rotors, The service rep was micro aggressive towards me and stated “he didn’t wanna do anything he didn’t think I could afford.” I was well prepared to cover the cost of what I asked them to do. I won’t be using them for anything else because of the service rep. My service rep name was Colton
