They came in identified the issue and got our printer working again. We have an older laser HP printer and they were able to get the part in in about a week. The called to schedule the installation with my office staff and were very professional.

We called this company because we were having problems with our printer. We called got an account set up,and had the tech come out. He found something that may have been the problem, we replaced that part, but we were still having an issue with one specific part. The tech told us that a big part needed to be replaced it was somewhere close to $400. I explained to the tech that we just replaced that part about a month ago and its supposed to last up to 100,000 copies and there is no way we used that. The tech then explained to me that maybe I got a bad part and should look into returning it or replacing it so I did. I then purchased the big part through their company where it was about $75 more than the one I bought myself but thought it was worth it. While the tech was here he explained it was a very easy part to replace and showed me how to replace it myself which I though was very nice. About a week went by and I finally got the part in and put it in the printer hoping it will now work and NOPE, doing the exact same thing. I called the company and explain the issue that now I am stuck with 2 $400 pieces which looks like now wasnt even the problem.I called and spoke w/ them about the issue and I called on a Thursday and they said they couldnt get someone out until Monday. I explained that this a business and we have been about a week and now even later without our copier working right and now in the same spot and I need to have someone come out and see what the problem is and now take back the part we never needed. Someone on customer service transferred me to a manager Rick which was very rude and explained to me that bc we put the part in ourselves they would no longer take the part back, if the tech would of put it in they would have taken it back. I explained that we were never given this information and that would have been nice to know bc now we have 2 and still have an issue. He said there is no need to explain that, its not necessary. I said I took the advice from your tech about installing it myself, why would I question the professional? He kept saying that wasnt necessary I then explained that is not customer service. We will now close out our account and start with someone else, hopefully we will have better luck! Dont waste your time here!
