Ordered a speed line kit a month ago. I called them a week ago. Still not shipped yet. They have my money and Im out my product I ordered. Ill stick with Tree stuff from now on. This business is a joke
After reading some reviews i see a pattern. I was promised my order would go out on monday so that i would receive it no later then Wednesday. However, that didnt happen. The only thing i go on when was an email saying my order was just being filled. Something i needed for work and i built my work schedule around those items being here. Yet its not happening. Might be the last time i order or buy anything from here again. I dont enjoy being lied to.
Are you guys open? I been calling and calling and it get through and it seems like someone hangs up 🤨, It said a open but I been calling and no one picks up. I have left two voicemails and have not had a returned call. Had a good experience last time. I am just trying to get some gear. Thank you. Just please let me know if you are open or not before I order anything.
Stopped in to grab an Ash pole. Service was quick and friendly. They gave my daughter stickers and all sorts of goodies while we waited. Thanks again for a great experienceTodd C.
Order for two day free shipping on a Thursday night, Monday and still nothing shipped, order still waiting to be fulfill, no email from them to let you know whats going on or that they are running behind at least something. Better communication will certainly help this company. I understand we are all busy due to the storm but communicate with your customers.
Thats a good place to order stuff but i made 2 item returns about 5 months ago and i havent got my money back
Absolutely disgusted with this business! Ordered from them last week. Today is Tuesday and I have not received anything yet so I called and was informed my purchases had not even left there warehouse. GUESS WHAT!! YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS PERMANENTLY . I will guarantee your competitors will be more than happy to have my business!!!!
Doesnt answer emails from 7 days ago, or phone at 14:30 in the afternoon.Was a mistake to do business with these people Never again.
Terrible service, SHERRILLtree been the worst company to buy tree gear from. I definitely not recommend this company treestuff, wespur are the way to go. I have used SHERRILLtree multiples times because they are like 2 hours away from me and I still get my order late. it hasn’t been one time that I don’t have problem with my order. I promise this will be the last time I deal with these people. If I could give a zero star I would have.
Everything about SherrillTree is 5 stars. From the product, to the employees. The company I work for has been using SherrillTree for the past three years and I wouldnt have it any other way. I specifically deal with Patrick Sullivan, whom, if you ask me; deserves a raise! He is always so helpful and kind. Pricing is fair, and theyre always sending coupon codes that mirror the type of products you purchase. I wouldnt use anyone else.
They say the offer 2 day free shipping with order over 99. But is not true at all. I order some stuff on Tuesday really early in the morning like 5 am before I went to work. And is Monday and I havent received anything. They dont send you an email letting you know about what happend. They just dont care. Go with treestuff. They are the best. Even if they are the same company I dont k ow how they are so different.
They send what I order in a timely manner.thats all I expect.i recommend this company

Communication with this company is terrible, actually brutal, they must be staffed by robots...Smaller companies provide way better service, like Arborist Supply in CalgaryCopy of my last letter to them.......Dear SHERRILLtree Support,I want to express my utter frustration in dealing with Sherrill.If you bother to read this thread you will see I had an item back-ordered in May.After several enquiries as to it’s whereabouts over several months I asked for a refund.I was told the item had been delivered.It clearly had not, as you were still sending me back-order notices, but you insisted it had.I asked for proof of delivery, several times. You ignored me, until the last email when you basically told me to stop emailing you and call you (how rude)I asked for a refund because the item was readily available elsewhere, I actually ordered and received it elsewhere within a few days, so obviously not a hard to get itemMy back-ordered item showed up here last week (3 months later) so you were obviously wrong. But I didn’t need it any more.This has been an absolute waste of my time, and all this could have been avoided if someone at Sherrill actually bothered to look into this.Not to worry I won’t bother you anymore by ordering from Sherrill.Thank you.

Excellent experience ordering a Silky Pole Saw from Sherrill Tree. A friendly telephone salesperson named Donna was very helpful, and the oversized item was shipped free and received within 3-4 days. I even got a new customer discount!

Slow and bad customer service, hard to work with, messed up my order, took 4 phone calls and 7 days for them to finally reshoot me the correct item and it now says it will arrive in 7 days... not like I run a business or anything. Thanks guys.
