Didnt exactly know what we were signing up for other than having our irrigation system serviced; but from step one of scheduling the appointment all the way through the completion of the work, the customer service far exceeded my expectations. Sarah let me know what the process would be in terms of first having the area surveyed for utilities lines as well as what the initial fees and hourly charge would be. Fully transparent which I truly appreciated. Seth showed up this morning and walked me through what his plan would be. He made recommendations on what needed to be addressed right away as well as areas of opportunity over time. His professionalism and workmanship were outstanding! So much, in fact, that I decided to write this review (which I do not often do). Absolutely 5 stars! Thanks again Sarah and Seth

This guy ran out an took care of the head I had leaking in the front yard which was the same head that was leaking last year . My irrigation guy I had last year said he couldn’t move it.It was constantly getting ran over. Seth moved it so it shouldn’t be a headache from now on.It did not take him long at all to fix it he ran off like he was trying to get to the choppa .
