Please do not waste time ESPECIALLY COLLEGE STUDENTS.1. They will try to show you compared prices to make it seem like they have good prices but the little tiny bed frame I bought from them was $150 but on amazon (the store they “compare” their prices with) for 1/2 the price. Paid $690 for a full size mattress and bed rails.2. They have a habit of ripping college students off so thats why there is a no refund or exchange policy and this is for the company overall read others reviews. Plus when the salesman himself said that this isn’t nt the first time where a parent was upset at what was sold and my mom was the buyer as well due her paying 1/2 of the amount. He lied about the explanation of the bed. He also was like it isn’t his fault we didn’t do research and etc.3. The salesman agreed to give me a refund. He didn’t respond to me until two hours after he agreed to say he was not at the store. Then he was upset that I left him a 3 star review at first and constantly asked me why do I deserve a refund. Lastly he paid me in cash and didn’t include the tax and threw it on the counter*I would like to add that I did not send a picture to my mom as the owner is lying again about the situation all we did was talk on the phone . As stated before this isn’t the 1st time he said this happened with college students.*To the owner let the situation be you got my money and still have a terrible attitude. Just have better customer service.This is the picture that was sent to my AFTER i left the store and this was $690

Dont like the appt thing. Not open regular hours. Mattress price werent any less expensive than other stores. The mattress I picked was higher for just a mattress and no box springs. I thought the price would half of what in other stores but it wasnt. And he wanted to a application for credit even before I laid on mattresses to see if he had one for me. And I had to ask questions to get answers to how mattress was put together. I will keep looking. Not having regular hours to be open is a hassle.
