Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. My brother and I were visiting our mom in Greensboro while on a 12,000 mile road trip when one of our moms neighbors backed into our 22 travel trailer. We called Owensby and were told to bring it in so they could look at it right away. We drove it around the corner to their shop around 2pm on a Monday only to find out that the mechanic, Zack, wasnt going to be able to look at it until the next day. Leaving both my brother and I wondering, Then why did you tell us to bring it in right away? It only got worse from there. We asked to speak with Zack and the owner both, on separate occasions, and they both were conveniently out to lunch every time we were told they would be there. They were told by the insurance company to send a picture of the VIN and they sent a picture of a RV membership number that had nothing to do with the VIN. You would think they should know what a VIN looks like; apparently not. This set us back 2 days. At the end of it all, their repairs were so poor and our frustrations so high that we are now having to search for a reputable RV repair shop to right their wrong and clean up their awful work. I would never recommend Owensby for any work unless you want to have to pay someone else to fix their negligent labor. This sorry excuse for a business should and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Dont waste your time with this place, you will regret it.

Dec 2012 I brought my Honda Odessy there to have airbags installed that I bought online to beef up the springs. About 3 months later the air bags stopped working. Brought it back down to see Zack Zack replaced the relay for $40.00. 6 Months later a wire broke and I called Zack. I brought it down and it was fixed free of charge. 4 months later, corrosion set in and pump stopped working and it was repaired for free. Second thing I needed was a trailer. I saw one there and asked Zack how much it was. Zach advised me that that one would not work for what I wanted. He then referred me to where I could find one for my needs. More importantly he told me where NOT to go. I have been very impressed with the knowledge base of the employees and follow through. I have no problem recommending them for spring or trailer work They are very talented especially with challenges.

They came quickly and did their best until its done.Azi is a nice guy and he tried to fix my iron pad thoughtfully and he did it.I appreciate his hard work!
