Wow!! Thank You Lord for Christina Ingram, truly amazing Lady. From beginning to the end of my application, she never let me miss a beat. Her joyful laughter reassured me my mistakes were just find. Ms Ingram represents total professionalism. Her mannerisms makes it a A+ for Woodlake and Yes Communities. She has been a prayer answered and I know she was sent from Heaven just for me and my grandsons. Thank you again and I mean it from the bottom of my heart.I failed to mention that Community Management Organizations desperately needs a Representative in their leasing/renting office like Christina Ingram who will help the familys seeking a better way of living. I have lived here for 2 years now. things were improving in this community when Mrs. Denise Smith was here. over the past 2 months cars have been broken into, 2 cars have been stolen, 1 house was broken into a month ago, over Christmas weekend someone tried to steal my sons car, someone unplugged our cameras an broke the glass out on my truck, last night 2 more houses were broken into! not one time has the manager sent out letters or emails to let the community know what is happening!!! they will not anwser their phones or respond to emails. my window is going to cost me over $200 dollars to fix! I live on a fixed income. but hey why do they care?? it didnt happen to them!! people pay good money to live in this community an they are doing nothing to protect them!! I went to the office an called to try to talk to the manager but since they want to act like I do not exsit I will call the news media to see if they want a story about this community!!! An just to let anyone know who is taken the time to read this, not one time have we been late on our rent, not even during covid!! this is how you get treated here when all you do is the right thing!!

Most homes are new, thats the only plus you will get here. Landscaping will look HORRIBLE during growth season. There is no grounds keeper that picks up random trash or tree debris. Pond is 90% lily pads. If you like to walk, there is geese droppings everywhere. Not only does a flock of geese live here, so does a herd of stray cats. Seriously, we could hear stray cats fighting daily. Water will be turned off at least once a month if not more, without notice (ever). They will lie about that, as I asked during my intake. Our ceiling leaked for a week before anyone came to look at it. We got our neighbors personal statements from the office attached to our door multiple times. Four of our neighbors had restricted dog breeds. Parking is inadequate if you want to have company, unless you want to ferry people back and forth from the parking lot at the front office. The pool gets closed for weeks at a time for 1-2 person(s) broke the rules, so now everyone suffers reasons. Our lease couldnt end soon enough, and wasnt worth the $1k/month. I do not recommend this place or the affiliated company, they only want to profit from you.

Toward the end of our stay before we moved the place was getting ratty. Allowing any and all people in, although management seemed to do their best.We had multiple items stolen from our porch, and then the inspections came.They come by once a month to check all your windows and locks and ensuring youre in compliance of living there, which what my wife and I left for, we couldnt deal with such invasion privacy.Someone was trying to break in to our house, we found our windows pulled at and screens cut. My dogs would go off like sirens in the middle of the night for no reason, well, know we know and are thankful they were there.Once Chris The Collector started working there, this place was nice, now its a turn over place wanting money.Water was shut off almost daily at one point, most of the time it was off 4-5 times a month with out any notice.Complaints werent taken seriously, kids were hanging around my house, local kid fights in the park (fist fighting). Police being called all the time and filing complaints then nothing was done about it.Neighbors trying to peak in our windows, this was becoming a consistent thing.Old Review before we moved:Lived here for almost a year now, and my family and I love it. The house we have is sturdy, very large, comfortable and safe.Management here have made the effort in every way to ensure that we are attended to and have always made good on their word.Whenever Ive had to had something that needed repair it was done quickly and professionally.5 Stars for a 5 Star location.

This community is absolutely awesome. I just recently moved into the community. Amanda and the office which is the community manager very polite I absolutely sweet. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was into a home this week. My application experience was absolutely phenomenal

On the brink of becoming a TRAILER PARK! 1.) They guy Chris in the office, dont expect whatever you ask of him to get taken care of. 2.) Rules are not enforced, putting away trash cans, how many & what types of animals are allowed. 3.) You pay a nice amount of money to live here & yet the do not follow through with their end of the lease by cleaning the air filters or spraying for bugs (this is supposed to be part of it, all they care about is making money) 4.) You are NEVER told when they are going to cut the water off when they know darn well when they plan on doing that (again caring about making more money by putting in more trailers), not everyone works a 9-5 some of us also have children, I need my water running or you to tell me in advance so I can do what is needed and not be in the middle of a shower. 5.) Just go rent a house it will be so much better!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There are way to many little hoodlums running around all hours of the night. Peoples doors have been kicked into by the same little hoodlums. Front office do not care about its residents they only care about moving more and more places in for the money. Also the lot rent is reticulated almost $500 plus the rent which is high to. Better off looking at other people besides YES! Communities.

If you pay your rent you dont have a problem. Their homes are well maintained.

They have a very strict towing policy, which is understandable, but the place that is contracted to tow their cars is very unprofessional and GHETTO. The back and forth with trying to pay a $250 fine to retrieve a towed car and having to wait over 2hours to get the car back from EZ TOWIING located on Spring Garden St in Greensboro, NC was unbelievable. This was a terrible reflection of Woodlake Community and it’s sister properties. As I mentioned towing is understandable but the people that they expect you to get your car back from are ridiculous, pathetic, unprofessional, and a threat to the look of their community.

Great place very friendly office making it my new home

This community is not all its advertised to be! The pool was closed all summer, finally repaired just before it snowed although there was no work even started in warmer weather. Our water is off 3-4 times EVERY SINGLE MONTH, often with NO NOTICE AT ALL. (In fact, its off at this very moment and I only realized it when the clothes I was in the middle of washing tried to rinse and could not.) When it does come back on its a milky white color for about a week. There is a theft problem that management doesnt want to acknowledge. My sons bike was stolen right off our front porch! I was told it was prank and not to worry. . . . Management appears to pick and choose who they enforce their policies with. Alllll that going on around here and the only concern I see from management is where you park your car. My advice? Save your $850+ a month and find something else!

After requesting torn linoleum to be replaced 5 times and being hospitalized 2 times and sick for months along with my animals, I found black mold and hired mold experts to come and do an indoor, outdoor, and surface test, the results determined that the air quality inside was way worse then outside. The attempts to fix things resulted in an uncanny professionalism and it looked worse then a kid would do. I had to threaten a lawsuit and buy expensive equipment to prove there was moisture in the walls and floor. They made 7 attempts to fix my awning. It still leaked. They put us in another trailer in another community and made us sign another lease for auditing purposes. This lease raised our rent $45. Now pit bulls are running loose attacking dogs, laws are being broken (allowing fire pits in the community), they promised pest control to do preventative care and I waited 5 days, we were promised gold star service (which is when they replace furnace filters) and they haven’t done it once. It took me having to go to the courthouse to get the awning up I was promised before they transferred us to the new trailer, they never cleaned the trailer before move in and they hired them to come out again bc I had construction dust all over everything, READ YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. They won’t abide by the lease, don’t maintain the homes, dogs of leashes attacking geese and other residents dogs, I had a gun pulled on me, the lake is 80% covered in lily pads, the office personel are nice until you sign the lease, black mold was covered up in the first trailer, people (kids) are fighting in the streets, they only have certain peoples cars towed, the staff are not educated enough and very rude, Andrea in the office lies to cover her own a** (our contact with the office is always recorded so I know she didn’t make an appointment with my fiancé), regional manager patrick said the wall wasn’t moist bc he couldn’t feel dampness on the wall so there wasn’t mold [i hired mold experts after buying a moisture meter reader, air quality was worse then outside and contained black toxic mold]. I am currently teamed with our attorney general and mayor in building a case against this company. WORSE COMPANY THEN CARDINAL APARTMENTS ON OLD OAKRIDGE RD

Big and clean. Nice mobile homes.

Pleasant. Not too far from local businesses and not too close. For rentals maintenance is provided and the pool is kept very clean. Only problem is the lack of communication between the rental office and the tenants.

Was disappointed that no one told us the electric was on before moving in. This showed a lack of respect to the tenants. The place wasnt cleaned before move in. The Gold Key service wasnt done in a timely manner. An awning was promised to be put up within 6 weeks of move in-it was put up 5 months after move in. The filter is supposed to be changed every month-it hasnt been cleaned as yet.

Staff is nice and alot of the neighbors are too just depends on where at you live in there

We were looking to buy a home here, they said beautiful lake front lot, NOT the lake was FULL of lily pads, not a pretty site. Not good for fishing, which is what my husband was looking forward to.
