Crown as a whole are nothing but scam artists. I had the roof of my truck “fixed” when I purchased it several years back, you can see all they did was bondo the big holes then prime and paint right over the rust that was already there!! How can you guys even sleep at night? I mean seriously….it takes a serious lack of moral values and character to set people up for failure on a daily basis. I will never purchase a vehicle from you guys again and I’ll make sure to send pics to friends of mine who will in turn, hopefully, forward them to their friends and so on. I pray you lose the business soon so no one else has to pay for your shortcomings again.

Our experience at Crown Nissan was unfortunately not as great as others in the reviews. The great reviews were what got us in the door here, so its important for me to share our experience so that others can be prepared for all outcomes when working with this dealership. In August, we purchased used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. At the time we were reassured that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, including regarding a ticking noise that was coming from the front of the car. We took their word for it and went on our way. Where we personally went wrong was declining the warranty (my advice to you, get the warranty when buying used from this dealership). Where they went wrong was selling us a car with an open recall and multiple outstanding repair needs. Within the first month of ownership, the Jeep has been in the shop 2 times with computer, engine, and headlight issues. There were 74 stored codes on the Jeep that our mechanic found - the most hes ever seen. The check engine light has come on multiple times and is in the shop to be diagnosed again currently. We had to pay $2,600 for cam shaft and rocker arm replacements, which was the source of the ticking noise that the dealership assured us was no problem when we purchased the car from them. And lastly, the headlights went out 1 week into ownership, and there were actually missing parts within the headlights that resulted in moisture getting inside, resulting in another $300 repair.Again, we acknowledge we did not choose the warranty option, but it is still extremely frustrating and worrisome that this dealership sold this car to us in good conscience, with so many expensive repair bills within the first month of ownership including issues that were present at the time of purchase on the lot. We and our friends/family are very unlikely to do any future business with Crown dealerships.

The experience was ok I was there for over 5 hours to get an oil change and break service. It took them an hour to just pull my car back to look at it and I had an appointment, that I was on time for. Once they looked at it and gave their recommendations…it was an expensive type of repair but necessary. They didn’t wash nor vacuum my car which I thought was a courtesy. The person helping me was more communicative with other customers…I had to follow up on my own car, luckily I followed link…while the repair service is good some of the customer service needs work.

I would have given a five star rating but the gentleman in the finance department does not have very good people skills. We asked how many times would it ping our credit he said a few and that he would not shotgun it. We told him what our budget was for payments. he came to us the first time with papers wanting us to sign before explaining what offer he had because as I looked at the papers it’s stated the monthly payment $20 more than what we said our budget was. He kept expressing he called in a favor to get that offer. This was my first time buying a brand new car in my life. So when I noted that it was $20 more, he Him hawed around and we said we weren’t paying the $20 more that was more than what our budget allowed because I had to accommodate for a higher insurance rate because of the new vehicle.I expressed this to him a few times. He then tells us he will go see what he can do. When he comes back he appeared to bit a little agitated that he had to rework the offer and that it was keeping him later than expected as it was late in the day and closing time. We accepted the agreement. We later found out he did more than a few hits on our credit and did not disclose that. All it would have took was to explain when he cam back to us the second time that there are more hits due to trying to work another offer, just inform your customer! Our salesmen Joe and Vidal were awesome! I have already been telling everyone about them and they need to ask for them if they are looking to buy a car. The General Manager on duty was excited to work with us on getting this car. Please thank them again. Will be back to buy from you when time comes to get a new car for Edgar.

I was told by 1 finance mgr. they would pay what I owed on my car $8000 the other mgr said only $5000 you guys are selling my car for $13,000 definitely not what I was told. I have an ongoing issue with my back up camera. I have been there 4 times to have this issue addressed and to also have my car serviced. Everytime I am told that the camera needs to be replaced and that they will order one and then give me a call. They never call. Its very aggravating. Ive voiced my frustration the last 2 times I was there and they apologized and said this wont happen again. When you purchase a new vehicle you expect everything to work. I will not be bringing my car back here for service.

Best dealership you would find in Greensboro!!!!! Literally been coming here for the last 3 years and it has been the best experiences ever just bought my 4th car yesterday and We Love it. Jamie has always been and will always be my definitely go to, he is the most understanding and helpful person ever, I always have a bunch of questions but he always come through with all my questions and always make me feel welcomed.

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Jamie this past Saturday. I had contacted several dealerships for a Nissan Armada. Jamie was the first to respond and the most professional. I made the mistake of going to two other dealerships first due to their location, I told Jamie this and he was very supportive in my decision. I went to the other dealerships and was let down in one way or another. Finally after several days I decided to text Jamie and he responded within a few seconds. My wife and I traveled 2hrs away to see what vehicle Jamie had to offer and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever been in. If you want the typical head ache of buying a car go somewhere else but if you are tired of dealing with the stereotypical car salesman then you should make the drive and see Jamie, he will treat you like an old friend.

Salesman Shawn was really amazing! However the person who was “training” my finance person completely ruined my experience. After getting home and speaking to my husband, the man completely took advantage of me financially, lied to me and also illegally informed me about interest rates (told me I couldn’t get the better interest rate without doing the extended warranty). When asking for more clarification he told me “he just puts the numbers in” and acted like he didn’t know what he was doing when he actually did. Upsets me that my family has bought 3 cars from them and my husband thought he could leave me and they wouldn’t do this to a 3rd time returning customer.

Until then, be careful when purchasing from this group.I hope to be able to update this review in a positive light when I actually get the vehicle I have already paid for.Update, 2 weeks later, still no communication or update, and they still have my full payment. This is very disheartening.

A lot went wrong with our shopping experience. I dont have the time or the energy left to repeat myself so I will summarize.(1) Terrible communication skills displayed by each employee(2) Customer service/experience is NOT a priority at your leadership as it claims!(3) No willingness to help find a solution or an answer. Be careful of having them transport a vehicle from another dealer. They will force you to sign papers to get the vehicle to their facility then refuse to fix any defects. Employees impersonate the general manager and give you the run around trying to contact him.
