I love my Doc Mike he’s wonderful and he always give my son a treat weather he’s with me or not. And he’s a perfectionist he always make my prosthetic perfect I love this place and will always recommend them for for amp services

Im a polio survivor. I live in a full-leg brace and have for many decades. For those of us who live, day in and day out, in a leg brace, fit and comfort are critical to keep tissue in good shape, and avoid having to continuously use bandages to protect our skin. Bio-Tech gets this. Their skilled and experienced people took all the time and effort necessary to give me one of the best fitting new braces Ive had. Their attitude was always caring and willing. They carefully listened to my concerns, and made useful suggestions for improvements. They were willing to try things in ways they hadnt done before. When it comes to braces, Im hard to please. This was an exceptional experience, and my complements to the craftsmen at Bio-Tech for producing such a high-quality and usable brace.

Called to set up appt. for my mother who is a recent amputee. Surgeon had previously explained to us that what my mother needed would have to be invented. Biotech receptionist was quick to respond with we dont have anything like that. I was completely taken aback that she made this comment without ever seeing my mothers heel/foot. Is the receptionist qualified to diagnose medical devices over the phone? I then asked if at least someone in the Biotech office could see my mom and receptionist responded with I guess so. Unprofessional! Appt. was cancelled.

Wonderful office, the young lady at the front desk was so kind and the dr I saw was great. I came in for a maternal bandage and the dr was great explaining how to use it. Wonderful office if you have medicaid or prefer a small and intimate business.

I am an above knee amputee and have worked with these folks for over 20 yrs. They are knowledgeable, skilled and very caring people. Whenever something needs fixed, it happens quickly so I can go on with my daily activities. They take the time to get to know what your needs are and put you in the best equipment for those activities. Theyve helped me with dealing with insurance companies and introduced me to other amputees so I didnt feel so alone. You wont find a better group of folks in my opinion. If you have a problem, they fix it. If you have a problem with them, maybe its you.

I have worked with Biotech for over 5 years. I have received amazing, personalized service from the entire staff from day one. I feel so blessed to have a team of professionals who put my prosthetic needs and mobility goals as a top priority.

We were out of town when I noticed my prosthetic wouldnt lock. Needless to say the stress level went through the roof. Did I mention that it was Saturday at 5:30 pm? So Michael was on call and came to our rescue. He fixed the prosthetic in little time and sent us on our way.God gave us an angel today in the name of Michael. Thanks so much for Bio- Tech. Plus Mary at the 24/7 desk help too.

The front office is extremely unfriendly as though they have an issue working with some people. I received no welcome unlike others who came in after me. This was my second visit and the reaction was the same. The gentleman in the back did patch the aircraft splint that came apart just after 3 weeks of wear. NOTE: only used this company because my doctor recommended them.

The office it’s self is ok the dr are great however they had us come back every week for nonsense reason I think just for the insurance money the young girl at the check in desk is very rude very unprofessional if they get rid of her it may make the whole place better most days she wouldn’t even speak and if she did she just had a rude tone about her all the way around she was rude to everyone who came in while we were waiting for our appointment just my opinion if you are easily offended go else where.

In 16 years of dealing with tramatic brain and ortho injuries this is the most rude, disrespectful, arogant, group of people (cant even call them professionals or care givers) that I have ever encountered. I feel like they owe me a star....

No welcome when i came in or have a great day or thank you for coming in.The front desk and staff are the first things you see when you come in. They need a big lesson in customer service.
