The service advisor that I dealt with, I forget her name unfortunately, was extremely friendly and helpful. During my vehicles servicing she continued to keep me updated and got prior authorization before all work. Not only that but I my bill was $200 less than expected. Now for the auto technician. Whomever this person was deserves a raise. My 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer SE drove like it was practically new when I dropped it off for the 60,000 mile service. After all the work was finished, unbelievable to me, but somehow it runs even better. It drives like he installed a brand new transmission. Feels like it has less than 10 miles on it. Outstanding all around. Thanks again! Definitely returning for future vehicle work as long as I can get that same technician. With extreme happiness- Chris W

I think that kindness is free and it seems very difficult to find. My husband was hung up on and he is quiet as a mouse! We were never offered a rental and our vehicle was in the shop for 2 plus weeks!! Mitsubishi took days to respond? The problem was solved but we were handed our keys and that was it? No instructions- no information??

Terrible place buy a car. My car is a 2019 and burns 3/4 of a quarter of oil every thousand miles. Even though it’s under warranty the dealership said that’s normal or not be covered under warranty. This is not normal and should be taken care of. They said some of the Mitsubishi’s will burn oil. I will never buy a car here again and know a lot that will no longer

I know I picked 10s in this survey. The reason was that purchasing this car was stress free. I was not insulted with an unreasonable price for my trade. The price for your car was accurate. The car was the one I wanted at a price that was fair. Compared to another dealership, this location just falls below average. The service techs care more about talking to one another about weekend plans than serving customers and do not update the customers waiting in the waiting room until the servicing is done. Also, it was extremely hard to schedule service online - it kept pushing me 2-3 weeks out and when I would email asking for a sooner date, I got no response. When I would call it would give a busy signal (not even voicemail to leave a message). I had to call the sales department just to reach the service dept. I have a million suggestions for them to do better in the customer service dept in both sales and service but I know they wont listen to them.

Sendell Mitsubishi service team is great! I have been there many times for oil changes, brakes, rotors, inspections etc. I just recently had my catalytic converter, exhaust/muffler replaced on my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I am SUPER picky about who works on my car and I know I can trust Sendell. Great work, fair prices, and super reliable! When the time comes to buy a new car I will definitely go to Sendell. Thanks again!!

***THIEVES*** Took a 2019 Outlander in for its first yearly inspection and was charged $588.14. With only 13,022 miles on it, it was declared that the vehicle should have rear brake pads and rear rotors replaced at a cost of $451.35. That is absurd!! Unfortunately, they spoke with my wife on the phone, not myself, and she authorized the repairs. If Mitsubishi factory parts are this POOR in quality, I would much rather have replaced them with an alternative option. However, the more likely scenario is this dealership is attempting to recoup losses from COVID and are fabricating issues. Steer clear of this service department and run away if Herb M. is your service consultant.

My wife and I bought our Eclipse Cross here. Bridgette, our sales rep, was extremely courteous. She didnt pressure us to purchase anything we werent interested in.The whole process of purchasing our new car here was extremely easy and surprisingly fast. They even contacted the rental company and my insurance and had everything taken care of.The only negatives I can think of is lack of parking, and they forgot to put a current inspection on my new vehicle. The inspection is being resolved this week.I recommend Sendell if youre interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I heard good things...but I didnt have a good experience. Underhanded tactics to get you in the door. Then they drop the hammer. Which is unfortunate since we werent looking...we came to buy.Edit: Sendell responded below saying they would like to talk to me further, but how does that happen?

Terrible service. Had a coupon for a 30$ oil change and they refused to take it but only told us after the work was done. It was not outdated but I bit my tongue and went along.At another visit I took my car in to check why the service engine light was on and to have a few recalls done. They fixed the issues, the guy called to tell me it had been my gas cap and I could come pick it up. I get there and Im given a bill for the diagnostic to find my loose gas cap for almost 40$ ....on a warranty vehicle. That was lined up for warranty issues. I was never told the diagnostic would cost anyhing, when service called they said nothing about that costing anything. I have the voicemail to prove it. This service is disappointing and shady. If I could rate in the negative I would in a heartbeat.

So a year later took the car there for inspection it passed no gimmicks did not try to sell me parts I dont need was very pleased did tell me that it is going to need tires rotated and possible front tires soon

I bought my car here 8 years ago because of the friendly and honest sales team. Even though I live over 20 miles away and there are other Mitsubishi dealers closer, I choose to take it to Sendell because I trust the service department there. My car was acting strange, and Bob was very committed to finding and fixing the problem. I never feel deceived or ripped off with them. Thanks!

I called and made an appointment for Sendell Mitsubishi to replace my transmission on a lancer. They had at least two weeks to order the transmission for me. Yesterday I drove from Johnstown to go to my 8:00am appointment and they told me that they never ordered my transmission. I left and called Tri Star Mitsubishi in Altoona, they said they were booked all day but managed to squeeze me in that day. I bought my lancer from Sendell, and tried to stay loyal to them. After having my time wasted by Sendell and having poor customer service. I will never give them another penny.

Not sure how they sell cars everywhere else but the saleswoman picked my cars trim for me and told me thats what I was buying. Also told me that the lowest they would go is msrp minus incentives. I walked over to the next salesman and they came closer to my price but still couldnt beat Shorkey.Edit: Glad to know you as a company are pissing off more and more people. Apparently, you dont know your customers! I was in nearly a week ago with my wife looking at an Eclipse Cross! She assumed we wanted a specific trim, right, we did, just not even close to the one she chose. Hope this is more satisfying to your request. Oh and Im sure if she apparently sold a car her reputation was not hurt by so called defimation which one (you) would have to prove.Now, I request you to remove your assumption of who I am since you clearly have me confused with someone else.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating for service. Took my Lancer in to Sendell Mitsubishi in Greensburg for an airbag recall. Dropped my car off, when I picked it up the friend that drove me to pick it up followed my back to work. Upon arrival he informed me my passenger side tail lights werent working. After checking my car over I found several dash lights out, passenger side tail lights and passenger side low beam out (all which were working when my car was dropped off for a routine recall). Contacted Sendell about the issue and they said bring it back so they could look at it. After looking at it they told me there were bulbs blown and a fuse blown, but offered no reason as to why. They told me they replaced the fuse and it blew again. When I told them all my lights were fine when I originally brought my car in for the recall they told me I must be wrong, it cant possibly be anything they did and for a diagnostic fee they would figure out what the problem was. I told them I was a tecnician at another dealership and I would trouble shoot their screw up myself. After getting into the dash board behind my radio (where they were working) I found they had pulled several wires on the back of my radio apart. The bare wires were grounding out against the radio chassis causing the fuse to blow. I repaired the wiring, changed the fuse and the blown bulbs and now everything works fine. The service advisor I talked to said it cant be anything we did, we werent working with the lights. Obviously he doesnt know that different circuits throughout a car share power and ground wires, OR.....he thought I didnt know that. Surprise, I did, and in a matter of about 30 mins I found what they screwed up and repaired what they wanted me to pay them to find, even know the diagnosis should have been free since it was their screw up that caused the problem. Bottom line is something as simple as an airbag change caused these problems, they refused to accept responsibility, basically told me I was wrong (as if I wouldnt know that half the lights in my car werent working, especially being mechanic myself) and wanted me to pay for them to find their mistake. Since this happened I have sent them 3 emails and left 3 phone messages for the service manager, none were returned. Im glad I didnt have to take it there for a big problem. I wouldnt suggest going to Sendell if you have ANY other options.
