Truckers are dangerous here. I understand giving latitude to a flatbeds pulling out because of their size, however, it gives them no right to pull out right in front of you. I’ve stopped on several occasions waiting for them to pull out at 6am understandably.This morning a flatbed pulled out at the last second right in front of me to the point I had to slam on my breaks and I almost collided. This happened at about 6:05 this morning 4/20/2020. Truckers aren’t heroes. You’ve just been allowed to continue working at your job. Get it together.

A small piece of shaft was ordered and paid by phone, for pickup at the counter. One hour later when I arrived to pick it up, no one had done anything yet. It took another 45 minutes before I was able to walk out with the part. Nothing but burocracy that you might expect from a government but not from a commercial business. Going to think twice to go back here for anything.

We order metals to our fab shop all the time. Sarah is nice and gets our material there when we need it.

Poor salesmen and management! Lost this customer of 15 yrs due to inability to deliver! They claim to be a North American distributor of metal but can’t service all of western North Carolina! Try somebody else like EASTERN METALS
