Fantastic place!!

First time customer and we were so pleased with the service here. They had exactly what we needed for our dryer and while we were explaining the problem we were having he went over a diagram of it in detail. Great customer service I would give it 6 stars!! I highly recommend this place for any of your appliance needs these guys know exactly what they are talking about.

I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years and I have always had great service..

We make 2-3 trips a week to D & L and couldnt be happier! Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! You cant beat next day pickup on parts that arent in stock at this location! We wont shop anywhere else!

My father had done business with them for 20+ years or something like that so when I needed to replace some burners I went there its a small store the employees are amazing Steve was a huge help even showing me how to replace a wire or two that had gone bad on my stove after I asked if I could do it myself that completely flaverghasted me and Im just so amazed at their customer service and knowledge forget going to Lowes they would never think to show you how to do that much less actually teach you how they have definatly earned a life long customer!

They take too long to get back to customers about pricing and availability. Also the young lady who answers the phone should probably not work there since she has the customer service skills of a brick. I believe her name is Emily.

I called them and had the answer i needed within 3 minutes. The girl who answered the phone even helped me find the model number on my washer when i didnt know where to find it. They have the part i need in stock and im going to pick it up in an hour.
