Went to got a new radio put in my truck a while ago and come to find out the didn’t cover the wiring back and eventually caused my truck’s anti-theft to trigger while i was riding down the road and almost killed me a couple times…had to get that fixed myself. Recently my girlfriend got a new radio installed there and now her dash is all torn up with no discount or solution or anything. Pretty unfortunate is both situations so I would not recommend to anybody for any reason.

Went in for recommendations about upgrading my truck’s factory stereo. Awesome customer service. I got a truck that didnt have a securoty system on it and thus didnt have keyless entry. I called mobile autosports, got the alarm system put in the new day! It only took them a couple hours and I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. I will def be back for future stuff!

Had two pre ordered speakers installed on my 2021 polaris slingshot and I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Technician Jamie did a great job and I would recommend him for any electronic work on a polaris slingshot.

Very bad experience The people are not honest and do not stand behind their product. Brought a 60 bad boy mower did not like the way it handled took it back to trade for another model but all of a sudden the mower I brought the day before did not have a warranty anymore only put 3 hrs. on the mower

Look no further.Back in September I went to them with a target price point for an audio revamp to my ford fusion, they simply explained the available options for the price target I had in mind and had all stock speakers replaced with memphis PRX620s and DD audio speakers, a CT sounds BIO 1.0 subwoofer and a D4 DD audio amplifier added, they also included window tinting in the job all for a extremely low price compared to any competition around. The work was outstanding and I was a satisfied customer.Then December rolled around and I had been abusing this new sound system and blew my subwoofer.. I took it back to them, and on sight they replaced the sub and handled the warranty process for me. They care about their customers and provide excellent customer service. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a working subwoofer, free of charge.I recently came across an Arc Audio Amplifier, which is a much stronger amplifier than the D4. I brought it to them and they informed me that I would need a stronger sub to properly work with the new amp if it were installed and gave me another amazingly low price for the work and new Diamond subwoofer. They had the products installed in 5 hours, and they sound incredible again.If you need any work done for your boat/car or just advice on anything in their store, do yourself a favor and go to Mobile Autosports.

Got my windows tinted. Great service. Didn’t take too long at all, only about 2 hours for all four windows. Very professional and polite staff. Did a great tint job.

If I could give them zero stars for customer service I would. I scheduled an appointment to have my windows tinted on my suv brought my suv there and left it for the time Ken told me to leave it and came back to pick it up when I got off work. Since then the top of my windows the tint is peeling and you can literally take your finger and flip it back and forth at the top of my window and there are spots where the tint is not right. I took it back and let Ken look at it and he told me he could come and pick my truck back up one day the following week. That never happened! Then I called to find out why I never received a call to set up another appointment so the issues could be fixed. Ken told me he wouldn’t be able to do it that Saturday because the job he was expecting showed up so to call back the following week. I did that only to be told that the following week he wouldn’t be there he would be on vacation. Now almost two months later and my windows are still not fixed. I really feel like I got the run around and a messed up window tint job. I wasn’t called back at all nor was I offered a refund for the inconvenience or anything or to try to make the situation right because clearly I did my part as a paying customer to continually reach out and still nothing corrected. I would never refer anybody to go there to get tint on their vehicle if this is how they are going to be treated!

Great customer service, low price, quality window tint job. After my windows were tinted, I was asked to come back in the next day or so to inspect the the tint for imperfections but there was no need to come back. Windows looked great and still do after several months.Update: Just had the windows tinted on my 2020 Tacoma. This has been the 2nd truck they have done for me (first was a 2019 Tundra) and it will not be the last!

First off I would like to say they did a great job and are nice people but here is why the rating is one star. I picked up the car with my wife and she said it smell like weed. Once we got it home and I sat in the car, it smells terrible. The car had never been smoked in and now we are probably going to have to get it shampooed to get the smell out. Everything was pretty professional but this is not what should be going on when your dealing with someone else’s propertyFollow up to the situation...... The owner reached out to me and was very understanding and concerned about the problem we had. The smell is almost gone after letting it air out. I wasn’t asking for anything free or money off but the owner did offer to pay for whatever needed to be done to get the smell out which goes a long way with me. When I get another vehicle I will return for other tint services I just wanted to inform about that part of the experience so someone else wouldn’t have to deal with that as well.

I originally stopped in to Mobile Autosports to replace some factory speakers, something I have been meaning to do for a while. I did a fair amount of research, and had read a fair amount of good feedback on this location, so took a chance. From the moment I walked in the door, Skeet and the whole crew really took pains to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Even though this wasnt going to be a big dollar sale, they took the time to explain what was going to be involved, to take a look at my car to figure out what would/would not work (apparently some VWs have some specific issues w/ crossover wiring). Skeet took the time to listen to the type of music I listen to, and recommend speakers (Hybrid Audio Mirus) he thought would really help me add clarity to my sound system, as well as demoing them for me in the store. At no time did I feel like I was being upsold - he found something that was going to be reasonably priced and, although we discussed what next steps might be in the future, I never felt pressured in any way.As these things do, this ended up being a more involved project, with an Amp and Sub install added on to the original order. Part of the reason I chose to move forward with this is because it was clear to me that the advice I was being given was from people who truly love music - these are the people you want to be advising you: those who care about getting you the sound you want, just as much as you do.Top marks all around. Day of install, even though they were slammed, Skeet very kindly gave me a ride back to work. I had one issue w/ the amp cutting out at low volumes that they were able to fix, in half an hour, no charge.If you need car audio done in Greenville, I can think of no better place to go. Very friendly, professional and reasonable period of time to complete the task. I took my screen receiver unit to them, to be installed, along with a backup camera. It looks professional and Im very satisfied with the job. Autosports has a good selection of speakers, amps, receivers, etc., for the cars and trucks, old (like mine) and new.

My sub went out in my car, so I purchased a 12 JBL (from another business) and wanted it installed professionally. Im not from Greenville so I had no idea where to go. I did a Google search and came across Mobile Autosports. I called them up and told them what I needed and the guy advised me to stop by. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon, the guy looked at what I had, gave me a price quote, and told me about how long it would take. Not even 30 minutes later I was picking my car back up. I really appreciate the professionalism as well as knowledge base about what I wanted done. My music sounds great, it was installed professionally, and the staff are very willing to help and wont try to cheat you out of your money at all. I ended up paying less than what I was quoted because they didnt have to do as much work as anticipated, very honest people here. Thanks guys!

I had some custom Digital Design subwoofers that I ordered from mobile autosport as well as got a custom enclosure made for my 04 convertible cobra about a year ago. It is still holding up great, and I get compliments everytime I go to a car show/event. Skeeter and the team there are awesome guys to work with and extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer any questions I had, and really made me feel welcome. I will continue to come here for any car audio needs in the future.

Mobile Autosports has just tinted my 6th vehicle in 10 years. Exceptional attention to detail and they are very polite. I also bought a kicker amp and two 8 inch kickers...They built custom boxes (about the size of a shoebox) for that extra bass drop. Don’t be fooled, everything included me was on vibration when turned up. Most impressive is that I was able to keep reinstalling the same system over the years into the new vehicles. If I moved to the other coast, I’d still come back to get my vehicle serviced here. Thanks dudes!

So far, we have brought in 5 vehicles to have the windows tinted. They have always done incredible work. There was only 1 instance where the window was not exactly right, but they recognized it and very quickly and professionally fixed the issue. The tint that they use does not crack, bubble or discolor over time. It is the closest thing you can get to factory tint on your vehicle. I very highly recommend these guys, they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Thank you Ken, once again for another awesome looking vehicle!

I have had them Do Audio work for all my Vehicles and they know what there talking about. They are very hard working at bringing your vision for your needs to light and tell it like it is. Had speakers put it front doors, back doors and rear subwoofer in my 2003 Ford Explorer. Brought my own speakers for the rear doors. Gave me a ride back home while they worked on my car. They dont usually do that but the owner was going that way anyway and did me that favor. Dont expect a ride home though. That is not included normally. Quality work and speakers and these guys know their business. If you need a car stereo or speakers this is the place no doubt. I have to go back for an amp on my 4 speakers now to get everything the way I want. I had to do it in stages which is fine by them and me.They are even going to buy back the amp they have on the subwoofer so I can put an amp on all my speakers now. How cool is that? All the parts they sell are guaranteed along with the installation as well. You get your moneys worth and then some. Super customer service. I kneel in the long shadow of their excellence

Wanted a touchscreen radio and amp wire pre-installed in my car. After receiving the car my dashboard was scratched, light bulb for a button wasnt working, and back seat cushion wasnt fully install back in.I went back to them and they compensated me for gas to fix my seat because I live 1+ hour away. Manager said he was going to look into the light bulb for me but never heard back from him for over a week now.Seem like good people but for how much I paid for installation, I expected to ride away a little happier than how I was.Update: I was contacted about the bulbs and the install was quick and easy. Customer Service was top notch. Would do business again

There is no one and I mean no one who does it better. There are others who will sell you anything even if it doesnt make since. Not these guys. They will explain to you what you need and why you need it to make your system sound great.

If you bring your own parts, they double the labor they will charge you. Thats not fair. They honestly tell you theyre going to do this. No body else does business this way. The people that work here are very unappreciative of customers. A real real bad place to go. Please do not go here. They are a very scary staff. Not friendly, and proud of it. Very expensive.

Been buying from Altons since 1999 when he was on Vernon av in Kinston, always recomends the best bang for the times this man knows his stuff, Im a lifetime customer with trouble free experiences . They do excellent work and wil fix their work, if you have a problem. Only if you bought the items from them. They tinted my Range Rover, and kept doing it till they got it correct w/o any bubbles or anything else! They also, fix other shop work in the surrounding areas, i.e. AUTO AUDIO( DONT STAND BY THEIR WORK & DOES TERRIBLE WORK TINT, ELECTRIC WORK ETC...) THIS IS THE BEST SHOP TO GO TOO, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! WHEN I GET MY AFTERMARKET NAVIGATION, 2 REAR TVS, BYPASS THE FACTORY AMP(FOR AFTERMARKET AMP) & CHANGE ALL FACTORY SPEAKERS, SUBWOOFER & TWEETERS THEY WILL DO THE INSTALL!!

Very rude, didn’t want to tint my windows the % I asked for. Was saying how I was going to be wasting my money because I will get a ticket. Really rude about the whole thing.

Gave me a price of $240 just to install my kenwood radio. Not including the box that I needed that goes behind my radio. The box was $130 something on top of the $240. Too pricey.
